Personality:
In his younger days, Walter is known to be belligerent, short tempered, foul-mouthed, arrogant, and almost sadistic in his love of battle. His words, and his actions in a fight holds no remorse. He will cuss out, a baby, an old sick elderly person all without feeling an ounce of regret. He will walk away like what he did and said was okay, having a giant smile on his face. Walter was been told about his foil mouth, many times but he gave zero f*cks what so ever at the time.
Now a days, Walter has mellowed out greatly. He's more cool headed compared to himself in the past. He more polite with words, instead of outright cursing someone out. Walter has grown mix feelings for the elderly and kids. When he was younger, he could careless about them, but now if a beggar was to walk up, he would help them out instead of up right punching them in the face; like he would've done a few years back. When Walter kills, it's with cold precision instead of complete glee like he was younger. As Walter grew older, he lost his short temper as he learned how to control it, and use it for his advantage. Walter is known to also be blunt and straight forward with someone. He holds no regrets in his words, just like when he was younger.
Backstory:
Walter was born into a family known to be affiliated with the works of assassins. Since he was born, he was training in the art of killing. He was taught many fighting styles, and how to endure pain. His punishment wasn't a simple ass whooping or a time out. If Walter disappointed his parents in anyway, he would've been tortured for hours, maybe even days. As he was growing up Walter, where given countless drugs with many side affects just so he can become immune to them. He was the prodigy child, always excelled in everything, causing jealousy to grow between his siblings. What made it worst was that Walter was the only one within his general family to actually have gifts, besides his ill grandfather. So when Walter's abilities were discovered his siblings started to despise Walter with every ounce of their blood.
Soon even his parents joined in the hate. Walter was better than his family in every way and they all hated it. Walter started to feel like that one day his family will kill him, and he was right. One day when he was visiting his grandfather. He was very weak and looks as if he would die any moment. His grandfather's final words to Walter was his family's plan on killing him. They were planning on killing him on his birthday, just so he'll leave the world the same day he came into it. But Walter had a better idea, he wanted to live and he didn't want his family to kill him, just because he was better. One night Walter killed his entire family using both his gift and his assassin skills. The killing was a breeze for the assassin prodigy. As time went on Walter continued his way of life, pulling off assassination jobs whenever he can. He became very famous for his work, and gained many names, with "Angel of Death" as his favorite. Walter single handedly made the Black's family name worth far more than what it was originally.
Gear/Weapons:
Walter's primary weapons are a set of very long razor wires, which he controls as if they where extensions of his own body. The wires are sharp enough to slice through steel and concrete with no trouble, he can use them to bind and restrain targets without damaging them. He can move objects without damaging them. He can also use the wires to impale subjects and control them like marionettes. He has also been shown to be able to weave the wires into almost any shape including shield, weapons and much more. The wires themselves can be used to attack from virtually any angle, and seem to hover around Walter himself in an omnidirectional manner during combat. He is able to cause drastic shifts in their positions with extremely small movements, and in a few cases has been seen to manipulate them without any movement at all. The wires move much more quickly than even Walter himself does, and are extremely hard to see. No one really knows where Walter's wires comes from. He's been seen to pull them out of portions of his hands, including the fingertips, and metal rings around the base of his fingers and the palms of his hands.

Besides his charming British accent, Walter can solidify or give solid-like properties to darkness/shadows with the level of solidity going from loose jelly to metal-like hardness or beyond. Walter has been seen to uses this ability within combat creating tendrils, weapons, or even allies/servants. The range of Walter's constructs are unknown.
