Personality: Noah is an unnecessarily loud, happy go lucky, spass who absolutely loves adventure! He talks a lot and always has something on his mind, and tends to not have a filter, letting whatever's on his mind slip out.
Background: Noah grew up in Treasure Town and was constantly running around being a dunce. He made it his goal to make friends with everyone and succeeded to a part until he was six. His Papa vanished without a trace leaving Noah without a family. This was a hard blow on Noah until he met a Vaporeon named Troy. Troy helped Noah get out of his funk and Noah definitely saw Troy as an older brother. After that Noah returned to his old self and dubbed himself Troys BPFFAE (Best Poke Friend Forever And Ever) and always wanted to hang out with Troy. When Troy started Team Scylla, Noah was ready to join him and start adventuring!
