Xavier is the one person you wouldn't think would be a flirt. He's quite the jokester despite his rough and tough appearance, along with a big softie. Even so, he's pretty arrogant and a try-hard, always trying to impress others, though mainly his teammate(s), Marina and Lana. He easily tells the two apart and is heavily crushing on both. Around them, he gets a bit more haughty, jealous, and more easily flustered by things he'd normally wouldn't even comment about. When they're not around, he's hitting it up with the ladies to try to "perfect" his charm and making nearly always headbashing jokes that would make the worst comedian blush in shame.
Many 'mons don't take him seriously, and he's pretty okay with that. Besides his two main attributes when one would think of him, he's laidback and extremely honest with others. He hates backing down from a fight, and likes charging head on into tough challenges. You could pretty much describe him as all muscle and no brains, because he really doesn't think things through enough.
Background:
As an Axew, Xavier was always the most aggressive out of his family. His father had left in search of grander things, deciding that being a dad actually wasn't that exciting and his mother was left with three hyper Axews to raise. Surprisingly, she handled the whole thing quite well and took it with stride. All her children grew up to be respectable... in some manner, although all of them grew up with some odd traits along the way and Xavier just happened to find out he liked girls and their attention. A lot.
He grew up the biggest and strongest out of his two younger brothers, and he takes pride in that along with being the oldest. During an "expedition" with his brothers, Xavier came across a hidden dungeon nearby their home upon accident. It was an easy one, thankfully, but the end trip was worth the fighting and everything. A sight he'd never forget, yet he keeps it secret what he saw.
As soon as he became old enough, Xavier signed up to become an apprentice for the Wigglytuff Guild, and there he was paired up with Marina and Lana, who he found to be the most interesting Pokemon he had ever met.
