(partially transformed, and no metal face shield)
-Personality-
Casimir is very proud of his dragon heritage. He's one of the leaders in the upcoming rebellion, and has grown up hating humans. After all, they wrongfully broke the treaty between humans and dragons. He does have a few human friends, but for the most part just wants to get rid of the humans.
He's intelligent, and prides himself on his quick wits. Though, he hates to admit he's wrong, even when he knows he is. Sarcasm is his second language.
-History-
Born from an egg, Casimir isn't a full blooded dragon. Full blooded dragons were a rarity these days. His parents had both been dragons, but his grandfather on his mother's side had been a human. That didn't save his mother though. Once word had gotten out, she had gone on the run.
He hadn't had the chance to meet his father; and his mother had only been able to protect him long enough to get him to the safety of Dragon's Reach. They'd been happy until hunters discovered the lair the small family had been hiding out in. She left her 10 year old son, with the promise that she would always keep him safe.
When his mother never came back, he went out into the human world. It was scary, he knew if anyone found out what he was they would kill him, or worse. The only thing that kept him safe was that even if he was accused as long as he was a child they couldn't prove anything. He spent most of his childhood on the streets, and when you're a dragon and age much slower than a human; your childhood is much much longer.
He would move from town to town, region to region. Every few years, changing his name and his story. It worked simple enough, he'd even found a family to somewhat adopt him. It had been easy until he became of age. Once a dragon turns 18 years old (72 in human years) they get a marking. It happens on the morning of the anniversary of their birth. The placement is random, sometimes on your back. Sometimes on your arms, legs, feet. Casimir was lucky when his mark appeared. The black figure ran up the right side of his neck over his jaw and onto his cheek. Plain as day, there was no longer any way to hide what he was.
Once his "family" had seen the mark, they told him he had to leave. He knew they were just being nice, since law stated he had to be turned in. But it had hurt none the less. He'd gone on the run for a while, before coming across a group of other dragons. Others who had felt the injustice of the human world.
The group made it to Dragon's Reach , where they began to plan. The group expanded as more dragons would come to hide in the caves along the cliffs. Now they were nearly 100 strong. Not including women and children. There were even some humans who were planning to help.
And their plan was what had put him in his current situation. They were ready. And Casimir was willing and ready to give his life for his people.
