Hero or villain or neutral: By his definition, a hero.
Name: Elymas Deus.
Code name: The Heir of Change, The God of Motion.
Age: 27
Gender: Male.
Appearance: Fair skin, with hazel eyes. Blonde hair, with its tips dyed pink. 5'7" with an average built.
Powers/Abilities: His ability is to manipulate movement. Now, movement can mean a lot of things, actions, the literal movement of objects, even actual kinetic energy. He can manipulate anything that relates to the concept of movement. However, only to a certain point. After using his powers for a bit, he will begin to damage himself according to how much he is using the ability. For example, say he tossed a rock at someone at the speed of a bullet by manipulating the speed of its movement, well he would break his fingers. If he stopped a truck moving at 60 miles per hour, he would break his arm. His manipulation can be adding, increasing, or transferring movement energy, and transferring movement energy is often painless, while removing or increasing is the most dangerous.
Weapons(optional): His only weapon is a dagger made of pure Silver, his inheritance as the Heir of Change. It attracts towards him, as it conducts movement energy perfectly, and can be manipulated completely.
Weaknesses: His weakness would be outsmarting him to use his ability to damage himself. Once this has been done he would be powerless, and prime for the picking. His other weakness is situations where what he considers innocent people are in danger, as he will not care for his life then. He is also only human, stuff like bullets, knives, and anything that can damage a regular human can still hurt him. Elymas is also allergic to pears.
Backstory(optional): After the death of his father, he met a man on the street. The man offered him a future, in an otherwise hopeless world. This is where he became The Heir of Change, The God of Motion.
Other info(optional): He hates animals, as he sees them as lower than human, and useless for humanity's survival, so besides being a vigilante, he is a butcher. Although he is one, he's a vegan, as he feels that Humanity does not need lower lifeforms, and just butchers animals as a cleansing of the planet.

Weaknesses:Is a vampire, has to be stabbed through heart with stake, head cut off and body burned. Afraid of crosses, cannot eat holy objects/people from priests and nuns to angels, cannot enter churches, mosques or temples. Burns when in contact with holy water or bibles, must sleep in the morning. If she eats any holy objects, she will begin vomitting for hours and be out of the fight due to illness, leaving her weak for a whole week. Cowers in fear of wolfsbane and uncooked garlic, will eat cooked garlic. Can also be killed by a werewolf without any need for holy attributes.
Side note: Can devour holy objects if holy objects are destroyed in fire (I.E. ashes of bibles or churches, ashes of crosses, etc.) Can also devour holy people if they are killed and burned by fire into ash. HOLY OBJECTS MUST BE TURNED COMPLETELY INTO ASH, REMAINS THAT ARE PARTIALLY DESTROYED RETAIN HOLY POWER AND ARE STILL EFFECTIVE (Cross that is half burned and cut in half)

Combining her vampiric hunger with her super speed's digestive system, she grew hungry to the point where she learned to devour more than just humans. She would devour all elements in a world from rocks to metal from pure hunger. But as her power grew, so did her hunger to the point where she devoured planets. She is said to be a myth to most time travelers and universe hoppers but her appearance is said to be the end of all life and non-life. She has devoured for so long she even forgot her own name and only seeks out to devour and satisfy the hunger that plagues her.
