  The home of countless intelligent and non-intelligent lifeforms. The Laniakea Supercluster is home to approximately 10,000 galaxies. At the rate the universe is expanding, the supercluster is commonly agreed to be the limit of exploration for the life within it, as even the latest technological advancements produced by the most advanced intelligent civilizations and alliances cannot produce fast enough transport.​
  
  
  
  
  
  
  The first contact between the NGC 2841 Supercolony and the Solar Interplanetary Alliance happened in the year 3180 of the human calendar. It has been 2 millenia since then. Contact between other intelligent civilizations have rapidly followed, forging a new age for humanity: The Galactic Age. An initiative to create an intergalactic alliance to aid peace and stability in the region has been created, which is later named the Intelligent Confederacy of Immense Heaven (ICIH). For the longest time, the Laniakea Supercluster's multitudes of inhabitants experienced mutual trade benefits, rapid expansion of knowledge, and the discovery of near limitless sources of raw materials.
  
  The Galactic Age Deal does have its losers however. The Digitorum Animo Deus, a hyper-intelligent virtual race whose planetary systems rely on an extremely rare mineral called Riondrium to power their technology, have begun forcefully settling on Riondrium-rich galaxies protected by the ICIH; thus a millenium-long war of the largest proportions have begun.

  The Intelligent Confederacy of Immense Heaven
  
  
  
  
  
  
  The first and current alliance between the intelligent races in the Laniakea Supercluster, the Intelligent Confederacy of the Immense Heaven brought forth an age of mutual prosperity, technological advancements, and a fragile peace across its domain. Now engaged in a losing war with the Digitorum, the ICIH finds itself losing its forces and the allegiance of its members.
  
  Recently, the ICIH has been scouting for new talent and is currently looking for explorers to find sources of raw materials. Aid is direly needed.​

  The Intelligent Confederacy of the Immense Heaven was formed for maintaining peace, providing protection, and promoting friendly relations. It is the first and current alliance formed between the intelligent races of the Laniakea as has stood strong from the day it was established up until the rise of the Digitorum Animo Deus.

  "Unity in our differences" is the core philosophy of the ICIH

  The success of the ICIH can be attributed to the the Laniakean races' mutual need for the aforementioned purposes.
  
  It is an organization governed by a select leaders and an assembly of numerous representative of each race in the ICIH's sphere of influence. Each galaxy in the Laniakea Supercluster is represented by a single individual of the most prominent race.
