In the late 1930’s when gas was only ten cent Mr. Steven Oakley started up a twenty stall boarding ranch on a six hundred acre property in Wyoming. He named it after his deceased wife. Currently it’s where two hundred horses are living and being ran by Mr. Oakley’s son Jake and his son. Jackson Hole is a little bitty town thate verybody knows a little too much about one another. Have you just moved here or are you visiting home? You pick if you are known or a complete stranger.

Personality: Brandon has never been anything but a ranch boy. Even on weekends when he doesn’t have to work for his father he still wakes up to help out. He believes people should actually like working but still enjoy the simple pleasures in life. He would never lay a harsh hand on a woman or raise his voice to one. When it comes to women though he has a lot of experience with them but never found someone that truly made him happy. He currently has just gotten back from Iraq with a Purple Heart and Bronze Star for protecting his men on the field. Considering the scenes he had to encounter he is doing fairly well adjusting to life back at home unlike Luke that has just gotten back also.

Personality: Luke was always the ladies man of Jackson before he was about to settle down with his fiancé. Right before he proposed to her he was told he was going to be deployed to Iraq. The war got to his mind and now that he’s back in civilization his just not quite right. His worst enemy right now is himself especially when he gets some whiskey into his system.

Personality: Candice used to be one hell of a wild child when she was growing up. She has seen what alcohol can do to people which made her settle down with such a substance. Luke has been promising her that they were going to marry when he got back from Iraq but he is not the man he used to be when he left her side.

Personality: Debbie was the kind of girl who sang at campfires and loved nature. She was the 'hippie' back at her university. She loves animals and plants. She heard that the Oakley family owns a great buisness that she would love to visit. She comes from Kanasas and has a addiction to beer.

Name: Rosa Smithe

Personality/History: Rosa grew up on a ranch a few towns over from Jackson and up until she was thirteen she was happy. Her mother and father were kind hearted and took wonderful care of her. Financially the ranch was thriving and they had just given her a yearling to raise and train but happiness can't last forever. A few weeks after her thirteenth birthday her mother and father were killed in a tragic car accident, the ranch and her life was awarded to her Uncle her only living relative. Rosa had never really met him but if she went into the government system she would lose everything she loved.





However that decision changed the rest of her life, her Uncle was an under the table alcoholic and a pervert. She was subjected to his desires and abuse until she was eighteen and able to get a place of her own. She worked as a resident student at a famous barrel racer's ranch for a year than worked their as an employee for three more. The barrel racer, Margaret Jones, was a woman and had little interest in men and Rosa devoted her whole life to the ranch so going out on the town was not option; this meant that she had little interaction with men for around four years. This was fine with her because she was and still is scarred by her life with her Uncle.


Now she has moved onto Jackson Hole and is hoping to get a job at Summer Leach Ranch.

Autumn grew up on the ranch always around animals and always outside. Being outside so much she became a very fun loving and outdoorsy girl. She was a smart girl and eventually became homeschooled due to her extreme smartness (can't think of another word). She's stayed at home for most of her life and has stayed there since she graduated high school.

Personality: Mark is an easy going kind of guy who manages his family's cattle ranch. He is a total gentleman who enjoys hard work and a little fun every now and than. The "W" ranch backs up to Summer Leah Ranch and so he sometimes goes and visits the Oakley's when he need a break. He is good friends with Brandon (if that is okay).

Personality: Barry is a sweet, kind-hearted, hard working guy. He was born and raised in Jackson Hole's neighboring city. His father farmed, and his mother drove into the city everyday for an office job. He had two sisters that moved away with his mom when his parents got a divorce. Barry had always been his father's right hand man. He was to inherent his father's farm once he passed away, well that came a little too soon for Barry. Last year his father was killed in an automobile accident. Besides Barry father, Barry himself, and his pregnant girlfriend were also in the car. Barry was the only one who survived. That left Barry alone with the farm. Having no family that he stayed in contact with, and missing his dad and gf too much, Barry decided to sell the farm, and come to get a job at Summer Leah Ranch, a place he had visited many many times as a kid and teen.

Personality: She's very kind and loving, sweet and gentle, and very quiet as well.


Bio: Ariana lived in California most of her life, with just her mom because her dad died of leukemia. When her mom developed mild cancer when Ariana was 21, Ariana freaked. She needed money to help her mom. After about a year of raising money, she decided it wasnt enough, and stooped as low as prostutution to save her mom. To her luck, she got pregnant with twin girls, Ashlee and Erin, and her mom kicked her out. Ariana's mother died shortly after. Ariana loved animals, so she moved to the ranch.
