Maki was born into a pretty decent family, and they were considered middle class as they weren't too rich nor too poor. The white/silver-haired kid was the first born in his family, and then came his younger brother, and then his other younger brother. Yeah, the Noriko family is made up of a bunch of boys. Since he was the elder, his father had great expectations for him, like most do. However, he was only met with disappointment when his first son began to turn into something that seemingly resembled a housewife. He didn't grow, and people often thought that he was raising a daughter and two sons rather than a whole bunch of boys.

Maki was very smart, there was no doubting that. However, he still hadn't taken an interest in anything besides cooking, baking, and gardening and his parents grew very upset with him as well as each other. They blamed each other for him not succeeding and having nothing to do with his life, so they began to argue and argue and argue, and argue some more. That's when their eldest boy up and left, the only trace they had of him was a tiny note, saying that he would come back when he had figured things out, or when he hadn't.

Of course, that's how he ended up at the beach house with a bunch of other people. However, later in the summer, he had begun to develop a strange set of feelings for another, and before he knew it, they had kissed, and everything was awkward until said someone was gone. Of course, he owned the place, so everyone else left shortly after, but Maki's heart hurt as they did leave. He called up his best friend Hinata, who lived in the area, and asked him if he could stay for a little bit while he figured out what he was going to do with himself.

He thought of going to culinary school, so he then set out to do random small jobs around town to earn money, while still helping out Hinata at his bakery in exchange for some cash. Before he knew it, he had become an owner and had finally raised up enough money for two years of culinary school. Of course, everything should be great because he accomplished his hard-worked-for dream. But it wasn't.

He worked at the bakery practically all day, and at night was culinary school. He ended up getting about two hours of sleep each night, and by taking lots of energy pills and drinking tons of energy drinks, he managed to fake his happiness, as well as his excitement for everything. He eventually fell behind, beginning to slip in and out of consciousness in random places, which definitely wasn't safe for him. He actually had to be sent to the hospital because he passed out while walking in the street. He fell into a depressed like state, feeling as if he was doing something wrong and how much he felt like going home and giving up. He received lots of emotional support from Hinata though, and the male helped him back on his feet. He convinced him to quit culinary school, and gave him the idea to rest up for a long while, before he finally applied for a job at some fancy restaurant downtown, and he got it. The hours were much easier to work with, and Maki went back to the regular Maki.

However, after going through that rough patch, he decided he needed a pick-me-up and made the quick decision to get a haircut and a change of style. And that's exactly what he did. Anyone from two years ago or before probably wouldn't have recognized him, as he looked more like a boy now, and he dressed on the feminine side of boyish. However, his cooking was the same, but way better. He stil had the same smile, the same big blue eyes, and the same voice. You'd have to look twice before you discovered who he actually was.

Haruna was quickly accepted into a top university, and has graduated extremely early compared to the rest of her peers because she could not stand university life (Haruna actually came for the classes) and wanted to explore the world. She has a major in Physics with a minor in Aerospace Engineering. After travelling everywhere in the world to study, Haruna is best known for developing a fuel made out of dark matter to help power satellites into space, making almost millions in profit. Although she would be considered "rich", most of her money goes into research and equipment, leaving herself with enough to live a comfortable lifestyle. She doesn't have a particular affiliation or "job" to any corporate companies, but has worked with the likes of NASA and other facilities around the world.

Haruna Usagi has changed. Not too much, but just enough. While she is still as intelligent and curious, Haruna has grown to become more independent and has gotten used to being alone because of her time devoted to research. She is still ambitious and competitive as ever, and Haruna still finds it easy to make friends, although she doesn't have as many as she did before she began her passion. Haruna is not used to being patient or being rejected, usually moving on by rather quickly. After her years on the field, she can also be kind and caring towards others, usually women that want to pursue the same fields as her. Many parts of her personality still remains, but her flirtatious behavior is never directed to anyone in particular, only for boredom, never seeming to find anybody quite like Sho.

Haruna has a huge tendency to put things behind that do not benefit her, like negative emotions (such as sadness) and tries to pretend as if they never existed, not acknowledging them until she feels ready to. Haruna Usagi is your typical girl, born and raised in the cities with well off parents. Her penthouse apartment had a transparent ceiling to watch the stars, thus indirectly fueling her passion at an early age. She was the type of girl at school that was single, but only to flirt with everybodyyy. Flirting is simply just a way to get to know someone, hell, she can flirt without even meaning to. Haruna wasn't the most athletic or artistic, but she has well rounded hobbies, but her one main talent was her unseemly intelligence, bordering genius, graduating as the valedictorian for her school and for her university. Her life before the summer home is much like the life of a regular school girl. School and her family was almost all she was used to knowing, it was her whole life. I mean, Haruna was an only child and had no older sibling to look up to... she was stuck. Haruna didn't want to inherit her family's business and she didn't want to stay in school or became chained to her career for the rest of her life.

So she decided to visit the beach before she went to university, just to get a taste of something different and new... and she did. Haruna absolutely loved the experience while it lasted, she met many people along the way and even had what some would call "a breathtaking romance". Saying she didn't love Sho was a total lie, but her mind told her not to dwell on those feelings because of what she wanted for her life. When she left, the only new things she took with her were her birthday gifts...and Sho's unopened letter. Hell, Haruna even left the finished painting in the beach house.

Getting home to her family, Haruna almost bolted to her mailbox, still from shock after reading her acceptance letter up close and personally. As a result, she dedicated all of her time to study and work hard. In this time, she had already developed a few concepts for her new invention. Without hesitation, she packed up her things once fall rolled around. She couldn't stand the university life, classes quickly bored her and Haruna quickly became known for acing every test with a minimal amount of effort despite rarely going to classes, graduating shortly in April 2015 at the ripe age of 20.

While she was skipping classes left and right, her heart was in her invention, almost spending days and nights for one whole year trying to develop it.

Shortly after she had turned 19, she was finally discovered by NASA and other space agencies..and that was when her fame started. Sales blew up almost immediately and her fame skyrocketed. Her humble life of staying in her apartment all day quickly turned into a lavish life of interviews and social gatherings amongst many others. Because of her dreams, her close cousin had inherited the business. Soon she had connections all over the world, yet even after all that chaos, Haruna is still desperately trying to stay grounded to reality. Her dream is to actually find all of the secrets to the universe, even though that probably won't happen.

Vaughn is eccentric. He loves all things weird, especially when it comes to movies, film, cartoons, and books. You'll find that he has an expansive collection of weird art films, 80s action films, and old horror movies. A lover of all things trippy, his aesthetic is truly strange. This love of trippy shit tends to translate to his fashion sense as well. Though formerly relaxed and chilled out, financial stress has found its way into his life. Since the events of A Strange Summer Home, Vaughn lived in America the past few years seeking work as a cartoonist. However, his unwillingness to get a regular job to pay rent forced him to constantly move. He'd started in New York, but figured he'd find more opportunity in California. Before moving out to the golden state, he had a brief relationship with a psychotic yandere girl from Brooklyn...which was another reason why he moved. When he could no longer afford to pay rent in Los Angeles, he used the rest of his money to move to Hawaii, where he lived as a literal beach bum. Luckily for him, being homeless in Hawaii is actually quite relaxing. He made a lot of friends who were also living on the beach and tourists are a lot less stingy with their money.

He finally contacted his father to let him know that he was indeed, still alive and well. However his dad ended up dragging him back to Japan and setting him up with a semi-cheap apartment, much to Vaughn's disapproval. His father made him promise that he'd get a job, but Vaughn never did.

He began to post his art on the internet, and eventually began doing paid commissions. Business was slow at first. He started out drawing people's original characters, but he only became capable of paying his rent after doing hentai commissions. It was fun work at first, but he grew to despise drawing highly sexual content. His work grew in popularity and he was hired to make hentai flash games for a while. He'd only finished one before quitting. Becoming concerned that hentai would prevent cartoon companies from taking his work seriously, he took a crack at comic books.

At first he began to work within the style of American super hero comics mixed with magical girl manga styling. Eventually he created a personal website under his interweb pen name: octopus-kun.com (a name that began as a reference to his tentacle-like dreadlocks but later became a reference to his extensive work in tentacle hentai). He uploaded volume 1 of the web comic titled That Awkward Moment When You Grow Wings about a female high school student who developed the powers of a fairy princess.

It didn't take long for his fan base to demand hentai parodies of the main character. After his constant refusal, fans took it upon themselves to do the job. Deeply disturbed and afraid to make anything else, he's been in a slump and has refused to continue the comic...or anything for that matter.

Then he came up with his next great idea. But he knew that if he simply uploaded it to his site, his pervy fanbase would only continue to demand more hentai.

Finding himself in quite the pickle he fell into a brief depression. He saved himself from deep sadness by picking up the art of meditation. Now, instead of smoking as soon as he wakes up, he meditates...and then smokes. Once he realized the only way he could be taken seriously as an artist was to take his next idea to a publishing company, he decided to look for a roommate to cut his rent in half while he finished volume 1 of Apostles of a Fallen World. Which brings us to the present! Choosing between his old buddies from the summer house from two years ago, he called up Hanako and asked her if she was looking for a place to stay...

Hanako is just a huge, bright, bubbly ball of energy, much like a small child. With this girl around, you'll never have a dull moment in your life! She believes that if she keeps up a cheerful attitude and positive outlook, then good things come to her and her the people around her, so you'll rarely ever see Hanako upset or frowning; in fact, the only time she does frown is when she's playing around or teasing. That's another thing to note; she loves to play around, like, more than fish. And she adores fish, so that's a lot.

... Well, that was the Hanako you knew before. Nowadays, the tan girl is a lot more reserved and quiet. Her bubbly smile is replaced by a fairly neutral expression nowadays, and that childlike innocence is mostly gone. New experiences don't excite her anymore- rather than thrill, it's a completely terrifying rush However, with the right company, I'm sure that sparkling personality will come right back! It definitely isn't lost, I assure you.

Oh Hanako, you awkward character you... You gave me so much bother trying to figure out what to do with you that I felt like punching a wall... But I've finally got it! So, here it is!

As told before, Hanako grew up as the oldest in her family of nine. Both of her parents at the time were expecting a boy to help out around the farm, but, obviously, they were met with a tiny girl with whom they named Hanako. Despite being the wrong gender, they loved their little daughter as much as a parent should, but one little girl isn't enough to help run a farm! So then came a brother, two twin sisters, another set of twins- male this time- and, finally, another boy. Huge ass family right there, but it was pretty much needed for the farm. You see, to get their money, the family had to sell the crops and animals they grew and looked after, and without working parents, no other income was made for the poor family. Farming was the only way they got by, and that's one of the main reasons why they never left the place; if a harvest failed, no money would be made, and that would mean starving children. However, when the family was smaller and Hanako was seven, they travelled for the first time! Well, her mother, two sisters and herself did anyways. Hanako's dad stayed behind with her little brother at the time to tend to the crops. They went to a relative's house, and stayed there for a good week. Although she saw the beach for the first time, ate at a restaurant for the first time, and saw her first real city, all of which were awesome and incredible for the little girl, it wasn't the best of experiences... Hanako and her sisters were teased by their cousins that they stayed with. Just silly things like their accents, awe at simple things like a swimming pool, and just really childish things, but words can hurt, y'know? Especially those of a kid when you're at that age. The experience made Hanako think that her life as a country girl was one to be ashamed of, and that was the reason she wanted to keep it hidden. Very silly, but hey, so is Hanako.

Despite the experience though, she kept a smile and found it helped cheer up her distraught four year old siblings. So ever since that discovery, she made sure to smile, no matter the situation! And hey! It always worked! Soon, she wouldn't even have to even crack a gentle smile for her presence would brighten the room automatically, and the fact pleased her. Nothing made her happier than others around her being able to grin and laugh, so all was good in the Takigawa household for years. It changed once the tan girl decided to go on that Summer trip at eighteen.

You all know the story, so I'll skip to the end. When Ishiki left, everyone was stunned. No one knew what to do, and the people that stayed soon dropped in number. Hanako was one of the last to go, and even with her smiles and attempts to cheer the remaining guests up, it just felt like it didn't work. For the first time ever, she was rendered useless. Boy, did that suck... Still, when she left, she made sure to keep a smile and a promise to see them all soon, but once out of eye shot in a taxi, the poor girl broke down. She didn't want to go home, not one bit; she wanted to travel and stay with the group for the rest of her life, but life doesn't work that way, does it? Life likes to kick you when you're down low, and it grins as it does so.

Once she returned home, Hanako was met with a swift slap from her mother and a roaring session from her father. Turns out her younger brother, the second eldest in the household, had decided to follow in her footsteps and wanted to leave to. Of course, the guy was only sixteen and wouldn't get far, the parents said no, but that didn't go well with Hikaru. Late one night in a pure fit of rage, he went off and released their herd of sheep into the rice field they owned, and the majority of the crop was ruined. To make matters worse, he then stole some of the money from his father's wallet and made an attempt to run away. He's a bit of an idiot though... Before Hikaru could even step towards the door, he tripped over his shoelaces, whacked his head against the corner of the kitchen table and was found red handed the next morning. The parents both blamed the older girl for the action, and the once close family began to grow bitter. Arguments were a common thing, no one smiled, no one danced, and, quite honestly, it scared Hanako. It was often said she was the reason that everything turned out this way and she believed it... So, after a year of suffering and saving up, she ran away without a word, travelling where ever get feet felt like going. With her talent of dancing and acting, money would be earned from performing on streets and the occasional play. Sure, the situation wasn't perfect, but hey, it was better than being at home. It was when she met a certain blond that things began to look up for the sorrowful girl.

See that guy up above? That's Francis, a French idiot. He too had a flair for acting, and he stumbled upon Hanako one day as she performed her little heart out in an audition. To cut the story short for you guys, he found he rather endearing, and the two grew close. They never dated though; they're just rather close friends, and he's helped her through a lot of shit and brought back her smile so he's pretty chill. I dunno if I'll bring 'im in, so we'll have to see, eh?

Anyways, sweet ol' Francis helped her get her hands on a dance studio, and she now works there, teaching various classes as well as one on one sessions. Oh, and a few acting lessons too, but they're usually just silly things for kids that usually double up with dancing. For the longest time, Hanako searched and searched for a place to stay- sure, staying with the blond man was nice, but she felt like a nuisance seeing he wouldn't let her pay half the rent- and one day, a certain stoner just so happened to call her up with an interesting offer... I think you all know what the answer was.

Shigeru is a hardworking girl. Her usual disinterested expression strikes others as an unapproachable person, though. She seems to be calm and quiet, but she actually has a sharp tounge. Believe it or not, Shigeru has a lot of people she doesn't like. For example, She had a classmate who was perky and bright and always annoyed her so, she started to say things under her breath to keep from blowing her cool demeanor and rep.

However, Shigeru is a kind and soft girl that wants the best for others. She constantly goes out of her way for loved ones to help in any way that she can. She has strong ideals regarding friendship and feels easily angry when they are violated.

Akiyama Daisuke has never been comfortable in his own skin. He was born to two very rich parents, Akiyama Togouro and Akiyama Keiko. His father is a corrupt business man and his mother is a high end clothing designer. Daisuke grew up as an only child, and was spoiled out of his mind. The only discipline his parents ever provided was forcing him to learn how to play the piano and the violin. Luckily for him, he turned out to be a bit of a virtuoso, and he picked up the fundamentals very quickly. He could be considered advanced by most musicians at his current age. What he lacks in soul, he makes up for in technical ability.

He grew up to despise both of his parents. Both of them have hectic schedules, and neither of them have time for the boy. He's had nannies since he was twelve, and has been raiding the expansive liquor cabinets in his house since then. In middle school, he was known for hosting parties in his parents' mansion. He'd pay off the housekeepers out of his hefty allowance to clean up the mess and keep the parties a secret. Just before entering high school, Daisuke took an interest in rap music, both Eastern and Western forms. He completely reinvented himself upon attending high school and forcing his parents to pay for studio equipment so that he can record his very own rap records.

At such a young age, his songs lack substance, but they're god damn catchy. He wants to be the coolest kid in school, or die trying. And yeah, that's a 50 Cent reference. Oh and in case you're wondering about the patch? Dude has two eyes. He just wears the eyepatch to make himself seem tougher. Daisuke tells a different story about how he lost his eye every time someone asks. Don't ever touch it, he will immediately punch you in the face.

Nariko is a special kind of crazy. She's wild, energetic, and can never say no to a dare. Dare her to go pour water over the principal's head? She'd do it in a heartbeat! She's very talkative and if she sees someone she doesn't know, she'd introduce herself immediately. She doesn't know when to stop talking and has no filter. If she finds you cute, she'd go right out and say it. The girl has a crazy sense of humor and can crack a joke in seconds. Her personality from there changes depending on her mood. If she's excited, she's boucning off the walls. If she's happy, she'd bouncing off the walls. See the variety? Nariko may not seem like it, but she's quite intelligent, but she never shows it. She understands that there's consqeunces in her decisions and that her grades will affect her future, but she jsut doesn't seem to care.

Ohana Matsumae is an energetic, and mostly optimistic, 16 year-old, high school girl. She has many ideals, and also a strong sense of justice to support them, which often clash with the ideals of the people around her. Even though the school year barely started, Otani already has some reputation as because of his modeling works, and many people recognize him from magazines. He is known as the "First year prince" among some of the girls, but he isn't aware of that just yet. People in general think he is cool and reserved, but in reality he just doesn't want to talk to most of them.

It's conspicuous that Otani may not be someone very easy to deal with. His salty way to deal with everything most of the time is , obviously, bothersome, he does try to tone it down, but most of the times he ends up being really offensive without really noticing, so forgive him. He is very self-assured and doesn't need anyone's appraisal to know whether he did well or not; all that confidence also leads him to not minding people's opinions about him, unless you are someone very special for him like a close friend or a lover, he could not care less about if your view of him. It's very hard not to have strong feeling towards someone with a personality like Shimazaki's, you hate him or you love him, there's no in between, or maybe there is, who knows?

Otani may seem like a very assertive person at a first instance, but he is the exact opposite of that, most of the times there is a huge gap between how he really feels and how he expresses himself, almost like a mountain, stopping him from behaving with honesty, in another words he is a bit of a Tsundere, who deep inside is just afraid of hurting himself, which means that every "I don't care" is suspicious. If you get to warm up with Otani, a completely different side of him will slowly appear, a kind-hearted and unbelievably sweet side of him, he just needs to feel really comfortable with your presence; You'll realize that you what you knew from him was only the tip of the iceberg. of course this will take a long time, and his salty characteristics definitely won't fade. If he gets lucky enough to have a very close circle of friends, little by little, he will be able to become more honest.

The camera loves Otani, and Otani loves the camera. This is the closest to a love story that this salty guy ever lived, it's not like he never fell in love, but he was never able to confess, his personality inhibits him from speaking the truth about his feelings whenever he tries to do so.

Ishiki is sarcastic, and doesn't generally display his emotions. He is often jokingly described as a 'pervert' and a 'lolicon' by his friends due to dating short girls back in high-school. He is very protective over his friends and people he cares a considerable amount for. Despite his sarcasm and hot-headed demeanor, he's actually a very gentle and generous person. Also, his friends would consider him a stereotypical tsundere, meaning he is gradually cold and even hostile towards another person before showing them his warm side over time. Ishiki grew up in a wealthy house-hold as an only child in Kyoto, always attending well educating schools that could really burn a hole in a persons wallet. His parents were constantly gone and barely ever came home, leaving him in a large and empty house. Eventually he grew tired of their bickering and fighting and was given permission to move out and live on his own at the age of sixteen. Ishiki has a younger half brother through his father who cheated on his mother with another woman of low class. From there, he moved to Okinawa -A long ways away I know.- in which he ended up attending Misato High with Morizono Sho, Kiseki Ai, and Hayakawa Toriko. Kiseki and Toriko graduated before him and went to their own choices of college. Kiseki and Ishiki were a couple for his entire first year of high-school in Okinawa -Morizono was only fourteen and still in middle school.- But eventually their relationship crumbled due to Ai being a cheating whore. Once Ishiki was in his second year of high school, that's when he met Morizono. The instantly popular first-year with looks somewhat similar to his own. -People would call them brothers.- Ai was only a second year by this time, but her and Ishiki stopped talking for good until Ishiki introduced Morizono to Toriko. That's when everyone began chilling at Ishiki's apartment and playing truth or dare, the kings game, and different things. Once Ishiki was in his third year of high school was when he and Ai hooked up once again...but he caught her almost cheating for the second time and dumped her. His third year was also when he began studying to edit manga and novels in order to work in an Editing and Sales Department. And that's exactly what happened after he graduated, leaving Morizono behind. Ishiki was only eighteen years old when he first started out in Kadokawa Shoten; he excelled greatly and quickly surpassed his co-workers. All of his time was put into being what he wanted to be. His hard work came to a stop at one point due to pushing himself to hard; he was hospitalized for three weeks before manning up and getting back on his feet. Life continued on like that until Ishiki turned twenty-one. That's when he packed up and moved away from Okinawa and traveled to Kobe to work in another department called Marukawa Department; being near the beach seemed better. Kobe is where his skill began to grow and he finally climbed his way to, his present ranking, the title of Editor-in-Chief! He has been here for a good three years now. Ishiki met Joe about a year ago when some girls were trying to flirt with him, asking if he'd come and hang out with them for a while. Noticing the predicament, Joe came to help but only got slapped due to being mistaken for a pervert. After that, Ishiki treated Joe to a drink and eventually ended up being followed around like the owner of a dog...Now, Ishiki is living in a house full of women and two other men, one being his pal from Okinawa, Morizono Sho.

Upon waking up the next day, after he and Maki had their romantic experience, everyone went to the water park and had a good time. Although, it seemed as though they were each distant to one another, as if something had happened between...well everyone. Maki and Ishiki had been having a hard time talking to each other, even after returning to the beach house in Kobe, in which a week later, Ishiki received an urgent phone call from his father, asking him to come to Kyoto, Ishiki's hometown. Of course, he did. Not a word was spoken to anyone about this, the man just packed up his things one night, and left early in the morning while everyone was still asleep. It hadn't occurred to him that he would end up staying longer than planned. Ishiki thought that maybe it'd be at least a day before returning to his strangely found friends.

Wednesday, July 30th - Friday, November 9th 2013

Upon arriving in Kyoto, Ishiki met up with his mother who was waiting for him at the airport with another young woman. She was rather ravishing in Ishiki's eyes, but he didn't feel anything for her. The three walked together and soon came across a large and fancy restaurant in which Ishiki's father had already reserved them a table. Because of Ishiki's clothing, his father gave him a look of judgement and asked what he had been doing all this time. And, of course, it resulted in the two of them arguing passive aggressively like usual. Eventually, Ishiki asked what all of this was about and his father explained, motioning towards the attractive women who was for some reason sitting beside Ishiki.

"We've arranged a marriage between the two of you to assure the uniting of mine and her father's companies."

At these words, Ishiki blinked in confusion for a moment, not being able to grasp what his father was saying. Standing up and slamming his fist on the table, the man began to decline, saying that he's an adult now and no longer has to do as his father suggests. Besides, Ishiki had pretty much decided on a certain person to be his partner around a week or so ago. Because of Ishiki's actions, many people began to stare, which angered the father, causing him to stand up and raise his voice as well at the horrid actions of his own son. It wasn't expected at all for the old man to fall straight into a heart attack. Upon his father being hospitalized, Ishiki grew with guilt and decided to stay in the area for...much longer than expected. At first, he was going to find and rent his own apartment, but before he had the chance to act, Ishiki's mother arranged for he and Miemi, the woman chosen as his fiance, to stay in a room together at their house. At this, Ishiki was furious but went along with it so as to avoid causing anymore trouble. He refused to sleep in the same bed as her, because it's unrefined; was his excuse. All Ishiki could think of was everyone back at the beach house, what were they up to, are they confused as to where he is, did they leave already? About a month went by and Ishiki's father was still hospitalized, which made things hard...but he was slowly adjusting. By this time, Ishiki pretty much knew that no one would be where he's soon to return. Ai even showed up back in Kyoto, confused as to why Ishiki never returned any of her messages. That's when he turned her down for good and stated that there was someone else he has chosen, and Ai took it like an adult with a smile, wishing him luck. Slowly and unfortunately, Miemi was beginning to fall for Ishiki, but he continuously refused her proposals, which infuriated the woman's father, including his own. Ishiki's father is a public prosecutor...he has a vast amount of authority, and could drop Ishiki's occupational status with the snap of his fingers. So it was important that he stay on his father's good side. This...took a long time, resulting in almost two more months of Ishiki's time. But luckily, and eventually, Ishiki finally got his father's approval in denying the marriage; that's just what he thinks though. A week or so later, Ishiki packed up and left Kyoto to return to Kobe in which his work place and home resided.

Saturday, November 10th 2013 - Friday, February 21st 2014

When Ishiki returned to Kobe, he came to find the beach house emptied out. Everyone was long gone, and probably wouldn't return...well, the chances were slim. Ishiki wasn't very surprised to see this, but he was still slightly saddened by it. Of course, he didn't show it and laughed his ass off for about three minutes while cleaning the place up a little more and unpacking his things. He even went around the place and checked the rooms, there was leftover paint from Haruna in many...random ass places. There was some leftover wrapping paper in Vaughn's room tucked between the balcony door's frame and the floor. Shigeru had left a pack of gum...a whole pack too, hadn't even been opened yet. Ishiki found it under one of the couch cushions, along with Sho's favorite pen and one of his stupid socks. Hanako had forgotten to pack one of her bikini's...it was found in the washing machine, which caused Ishiki's eyes to narrow before throwing it away. Not much was left behind by any of the others...but the smell of Maki's cooking still lingered around the place. Ishiki hadn't even remembered to give Haruna her birthday present, instead he packed it and took it to Kyoto with him upon leaving. After getting all of his things unpacked, yeah, he returned with more luggage than he had left with because of how long it took, Ishiki started back at work like a mad man. He had to give it his all in order to catch up on dead lines and articles that had been done sloppily...etc. Eventually things got difficult, driving back and forth from work, keeping up with the beach house...different things. Ishiki soon realized that he hadn't finished things up with Toriko and that if he didn't soon, more strangers would begin renting the house out for the summer, if that hadn't already. That wasn't wanted either...it would be a pain in the ass. So, like any other person would do, Ishiki sold the house and move into a cheap apartment near Marukawa Publishing. Ishiki's life pretty much continued on as usual, he had pretty much forgotten about the funny memories with everyone from "back then". Yep, that's all it had grown to be in his eyes, "back then"...it's not as though things were going to return to how they used to be, he didn't have the numbers of anyone, including Maki. Thinking about it was just a waste of time...although, it was hard to keep Maki in the back of his head at times. Due to working himself too hard, Ishiki fell ill, just like he did when he first started working as an editor. Despite that, he refused to go to the hospital and soon collapsed at work, only to be, finally, taken to the hospital by force. His employees are kind. Upon hearing about this, some of Ishiki's friends came to visit him. Joe, Kotaro, Toriko and his wife Rin, Sasaku Hime...Toriko's little sister, and even Miemi. He wasn't very excited to see her face...Everyone was very worried about him though, but soon calmed down after hearing that he was perfectly fine and would soon start working again. Although, that was a bit of a lie. Ishiki had a stroke, that was his reason for being hospitalized, but he did start working again soon, just not as hard. Eventually he was given a raise and took over the Sales Department instead of only being the Editor in Chief of the Emerald Division.

Wednesday, December 17th 2014 - Friday, April 10th 2015

And...that's how it is. Ishiki has been through some shit since the summer two years ago, but that's all just a memory in his eyes...which some of it he has probably completely forgotten. Now he's asleep in his apartment, waiting to wake up and finish some things at work. Yes, I understand that it'll be Saturday, and Saturday's are for fun, but his job doesn't always allow weekends. Ishiki is a busy man.

Suzumaki has red hair possessing small waves that frame her face at times. She is normally found with it pinned up, and when it's down it reaches to the middle of her back. She has a petite figure and large, red eyes. Another noticeable feature of her's is the snaggle tooth that sticks out from all her other teeth. Suzumaki is a sarcastic, cynical, and prideful girl who is easily made angry or upset. She hates when people point out her height or call her Chibi Oni, a nickname she earned in high school because of her petite size and tendency to snap at people. . Her broken family has made her act this way. Despite her tendency to be aggressive, she is actually a kind person, especially to people she trusts. She is extremely loyal, too, as she is willing to fight tooth and nail to protect her loved ones. She is not afraid to speak her mind and is often bad-mouthed because of her somewhat rude attitude toward people and lack of social skills. Because she is often misunderstood and judged, people don't see her kind and loyal personality. Suzumaki wants to treat everyone kindly, but due to her broken family and lack of parenting, she has a hard time coping with reality. She apologizes to her friends if she accidentally snaps at them. Also, when it comes to love and relationships; speaking of said topics will cause Suzumaki to grow flustered and aggressive. When speaking, she will sometimes roll her 'r's on accident. She is also very proficient with a wooden sword and always carries one around with her for no reason, and threatens those who piss her off. Suzumaki cannot swim.

Suzumaki was eight years old when he mother fell ill and passed away. Because of this, she and her father moved to America to start anew, but that didn't work out because Suzumaki just couldn't comprehend the language, and eventually asked to move back to Hokkaido, the largest and northernmost of Japan's 47 prefectures. In Hokkaido, Suzumaki grew up in the northernmost city near the ocean in a small cabin-home. They weren't poor or anything, but she never really got much of anything that she wanted because her dad would always leave her alone with her cousin to go to America and tend to his bars. Suzumaki's cousin was very rude and abusive, and would always get in fights with her. This is how Suzumaki developed such a harsh personality without any remorse or hesitation for hitting someone. She learned how to fight with a sword in a small dojo near home, and now carries one around with her at all times; it's wooden. Once she finally got older and earned up enough money to rent out her own apartment, she did. Suzumaki is a drop out, and never finished high school. She began working two separate jobs and always got fired from one, resulting in looking for a new one. At the age of 19, Suzumaki was arrested for beating a police officer with her katana. The officer was trying to accuse her of vandalizing a nearby hot spot for gays in town. She was sentence a year, and got out at the age of 21. Once she was out, Suzumaki moved to Kobe to experience city life.
