Housing

Orion Academy takes a more unconventional approach to its housing arrangements compared to other magic academies. Rather than large dormitories, students are housed in small cabins. Four students of the same gender will all stay in one cabin, if one is neither male or female or both, they will be given the choice to choose which gender they would be the most comfortable rooming with. Cabins are spaced about half a kilometer apart, making it easy to visit other cabins while maintaining a bit of privacy. As long as it is not explicit, students are allowed to choose the name that their cabin will be known as for the rest of the year.

This is the typical bedroom of an Orion Academy student. A magical barrier has been set up, so that anyone besides the student is forbidden in the room unless the student gives full consent. The bedroom comes already decorated, but students are encouraged to add their own personal touches as long as it does not permanently affect the cabin. Students will find everything needed to carry out a successful school career in their room, ranging from textbooks to first aid kits.

This is the living room of the cabin, every member of the cabin is allowed to roam about this room. Students are allowed to invite up to three guests to their cabin during visiting hours. The visiting hours are between 8:00 am- and 9:00 pm on school days and 7:00 am-12:00 am on weekends, any guest who stays any longer than the permitted hours will face serious consequences.
