The park is the only bit of respectable green within the city, it being directly within the center of all the buildings with ample amounts of trees, grass, and a play area for children. Walking paths surround the area and are frequently as it is a much more pleasant view than jogging along the streets. It isn't uncommon to find more earth inclined supernatural creatures hanging about as well as humans simply wanting to get out of the house and sit with nature for awhile.
