Storm - Light Wolf - Age:6 - Starlight Alpha
Storm had been stumbling blindly for what seemed like ages now, she knew her thoughts should have been of her pack. Should have been, but they weren't, her love was gone...as were her pups. A sorrowful whimper escaped her maw and she continued to walk blindly. She had a slight limp and her mind buzzed from some blood lose. She didn't notice the change of the lands, she didn't realize she had crossed the forbidden line. The place that marked where the Shadow Pack once lied, where nothing ever really grew and it was darkness. This had been her fault, she had wanted to go on a walk alone with her mate, telling the fighters to let them be. She had wanted to tell him of her joyous news about being pregnant and the fact that she had been due in only a month. She had kept it a secret going to the healer every day to make sure that they were right...now. Now she had nothing, she heard something that sounded like a chuckle but ignored it still circled in her sorrow. However as she padded through the forest the sound grew louder and more sinister. She stopped in her tracks and actually looked around, had it become night? No...this place...chills went through her body as she began to back away but it was to late. Sharp red eyes glared at her, "How wonderful of you to drop by...Light Wolf." The voice was cold and followed with a terrible humorous chuckle. "Thanks to you we shall be free..." Before she could even think to run sharp teeth sank into her neck and the world went black, her last thoughts of her pack and what she had unknowingly done to them. Her blood pooling into the dark ground and vanishing as if the world was hungry for her blood alone.

Tez - Dark Wolf - Age:7 -Shadow Alpha
Tez stood over the white she wolf's blood as the life quickly drained from her, the shadow grounds taking in the blood and light began to break through. "Finally my pack the time has come to over throw those foolish wolves of the Starlight Pack. Go forth and make our lands, ours once again. Regain your strength by finding the healthiest creatures to prey upon!" Tez took his first step from the void, and toothy wicked grin crossing his face.

Zen-Dark Wolf-Age:5-Shadow Beta

The second creature to come out of the void doesent come far behind as zen takes a glorified stride from the void , following his father . He starts to be one of the first to wait for the other wolves to get through the portal shouting at the void " Come on you slugs!! We don't got all day you know!" He barks out orders to the others awaiting for them to finally mosey their way past the void, his paw tapping and his tail only swaying slightly , loving this craze of power he has from his fathers bloodline ,

Water droplets hit the ground at the mouth of the cave. “The stones have been silent for far too long.” Rain thought as he read the water and the patterns they made on the stones. The morning sun rose up over the horizon to signal the start of a new day. “A new day. All the same.” Rain sighed as he looked out upon the valley. The mountain for which his kin made their home thousands of years prior was covered in a golden coat of flowers and trees. He was at the age where hunting and fighting were not the center of focus. Thus he was able to enjoy the finer things of life. Things that even the wolves of the light overlooked.

Storm - Dark Wolf - Age:6 - Loner
Storm's white coat soon began to change, in her mind there was a dark looking with with glowing marks. 'You have set my children free...for that I shall grant you another life without question.' "W-what do you mean?" Storm's mind raced with confusion until it all came back to her. "Oh...no what have I done." The shadowy wolf stood over the female, 'You set free wolves that should never have been imprisoned. Now that they are free things will be right once again... have a good second life young one.' With that the wolf vanished as if he had never been there. When she came to she was laying in something that felt sticky, the scent of blood came to her. Her eyes snapped open and she shot up expecting to see her white coat now red but instead black greeted her. She blinked a few times her ears pressed against her head. She was confused and only her thoughts of her pack were in her mind. She took off through the dark shadowy stretches of the Shadow Packs land. She needed to find Iah and warn him of the trouble that were going to come. They needed to prepare the pack for the worse.

Tez - Dark Wolf - Age:7 - Shadow Alpha
Tez glanced around as the faint light of the sun peeking through the rain clouds. He chuckled to himself as the soft rain hit his face. It seemed even the skies knew of his packs return and cried, or so he liked to think of it that way. "Son what we need to do is send out out fighters to find a camp we may settle down in. We also need to go hunting about know about you but the taste of a deer or even a rabbit sounds good." Tez wanted to go hunting with his son but also wanted scout out the territory of their pack lands being unfamiliar with them. Lenny2000 Lenny2000

Ruki - Water/Dark Wolf - Age:4 - Shadow Hunter
Ruki nodded hearing her alphas words and Zen's as well. She glanced over to a few other hunters and they headed off. Their target would be a deer if they came across one. Even if it was to be hurt or old anything of that size would do her pack good. She figured that Zen and the alpha would head off in their own direction not only to get food but to get a feel of the lands. She jumped over a fallen tree and froze as the faint scent of an animal came to her nose.

Kender - Earth Wolf - Age:5 - Starlight Fighter
Kender's green eyes opened at the sound of thunder. Starting the day with a storm usually didn't mean much after all it was spring. Everything was greening up beautiful around them, new young ones would be born. This also meant more prey would come to be, he licked his maw at the thought of fresh meat. His stomach growled and he stood padding out if the den set up for the fighters. Kender also needed to talk to Iah about their Aloha's niether had returned and they still had yet to find them. Freydis Freydis

Inari - Starry Light Wolf
Inari's pink eyes had watched in horror as her precious child Storm was killed by Tez. The she wolf had already been through enough, however she didn't expect Zanter to rush in reawakening Storm as a dark wolf. She hadnt had time to slip in and revive Storm. Instead she turned her attention to Rain, thankfully he was awake. She closed her eyes and appeared before him, 'Rain...I've come to warn you about the Shadow Pack, they are back. The Starlight's Pack is now without an alpha as well...I ask that you help them until a new alpha is placed. I know their Beta is well trained but...he will need help. We as the gods can not actually interfere with what happens, as you well know.'
Best Trekkie. Best Trekkie.

Zen-Dark wolf-age:5-Beta

Zen watched Ruki finally come out of the portal as he smirked and licked her cheek as he passed by , walking over to Tez, hoping he didn't witness him doing it ..

After receiving orders from Tez he nodded his head silently before commenting " I won't let you down sir..."

He finally turned away to Runa and the fighters and continues to bark out orders " OKAY fighters! I want Intel on a nearby camp to settle in either by occupation or by force , I don't care how you do it as long as we do it .." he scoffs and keeps his head high before scampering over to the hunting grounds where the hunters are , he finally finds Ruki as his tail swats her butt lightly as he lowers himself eyeing a deer " you see that deer over there.. don't let us go hungry tonight ..." he muttered before he gets ready to ambush the deer and hunt it down..

WOLF BANNER2.png
The trees were tall and provided a lot of shelter for the three wolves but unfortunately, not enough. They had to take shelter inside the hallow of a tree until the storm would pass. The three wolves were quite happy to be together. They had no idea that they were encroaching upon the Light Wolf's old pack's territory. They had been traveling for such a long time that there was not many places that they hadn't been so they were bound to repeat their steps. The three needed to go hunting soon as their bellies were starting to cause slight pain. They had traveled so much that their paws ached and the rest under the tree was welcomed. The large white and black wolves huddled together for warmth. The two older wolves encircling the third and youngest wolf. Her fur as white as snow with pale blue markings on her sides and teal tribal markings on her front paws and under her eyes. She was a beautiful wolf, like her mother. Her spirit like her father.

The youngest wolf often wondered why they kept moving like this. They had run into a few packs but they never stayed for too long in their territory. This was not something she easily understood but perhaps soon she would. She needed to. She had to find a mate soon or she would never find one. She was getting older and was now in her prime years. She couldn't wait too much longer for love to happen upon her. Sure, she loved her parents, Tranquility and Tumult, but she needed to find her own path. She was a mixed breed though, and one of light and dark. Maybe that would make things harder for her? She didn't know if she would be welcomed in either pack.

While the three rested, Serenity's ears caught a rustling through the trees and branches. She didn't know if it was just the wind or a rabbit but she rose her head to take a look. When she could find nothing she rose to her feet, being careful not to wake her mother and father. She attentively stepped out of the hallow and looked around. Her bight, shining blue eyes scanned the brush around the area. Her long pointed ears on full alert. Her white shining fur with hits decorative pattern made her stand out against the forest floor. When she could find no one, she called out, "Hello? Is someone there?" She asked a bit worried. Her guard was up and she was ready to bear her fangs if needed. She didn't know if it was just a small creature like a squirrel or chipmunk or something like that or another wolf or just the wind. In any case she had to be on guard and aware for her parent's sake.

Zen heard the sound of a nearby wolf as he then started to walk towards the awkward sound .. there couldn't be a wolf so close that wasn't of his kin... it must have been another dark pack member playing with him ..

He peeked through the bushes with his red crimson eyes at the female as he saw her pure refined beauty with the scent of a dark wolf " hello there beautiful ~" he approaches her, circling around and sniffing her about " you smell like a dark and light wolf ~ well.. you certainly have the beauty of one.. and what brings you here ?" He asks in a seductive and romantic voice, he wasn't one for romance but his teenage crush years are still in with her somehow making his heart beat faster than before " lay down here and tell me your name ~" he licks her cheek once as he helps her seat before he sits on the pile of leaves his heart continues to beat rapidly as he looks at her more ,

His age was relatively at his prime as he looks at the female , seeming and showing himself to be an excellent mate to provide for her . His body slim and muscular with a healthy black and grey coating ~ even tho she contained a light pack scent , he believes if he could mate with her and make a healthy litter, they could be dark wolf pups that would be accepted into the pack bit ir seems like a risky move, he isn't all that popular and his father is all he can look up to as sometimes he feels more of as a disappointment than a son to him ...

Runa
It seemed to happen all of a sudden. The life she was accustom to was changing, and the she wolf knew this was not a bad thing. Finally, finally they were free.
She slid through the shadows like molten quicksilver. Her eyes glittered in quiet excitement, but her general expression was one of neutrality. However, a dark flickering light, like that of a small flame, glowed from within her red and gold eyes. She felt the shadows within her stir and grow, twisting around her heart and chest as she emerged into the world for what seemed like the first time in forever.
She wasted no time getting her bearings, taking in everything and nothing at once. The actions of her highers were no concern- what she was looking for was an ambush. Finding none, only the dying body of the Light Alpha, she settled a bit, shadows swirling around her paws and flickering like dark flames.
As the others discussed their next steps, Runa scented the air, taking in the now almost strange sights and smells. Despite her relaxed position, the slight she wolf was more than aware of everything happening, from the whispers of the winds to the bugs in the earth beneath her paws.
As Zen came to her, barking orders, she bared her fangs slightly. She was no amateur. She stood, shaking out her coat, freeing the slight debris from the forest floor.
Runa snapped her fangs with a slight growl. "Let's do this then," she said with a slight mutter, gathering the other warriors to spread out and look for a good camp.
She explored the underbrush, on high alert, looking for a suitable place. In almost a twist of fate, not far from them was an abandoned den site, with the faint smell of wolf. There was a large central den, with several other hollows, placed almost strategically in the dip between two rises. It was easily defensible, only open to attack on two sides, possibly a place where an ancient stream had eroded away what had been one hill. A fallen tree fell over top of the two rises, like a bridge, or a place for a good ambush. But upon further investigation of all sides, she found it wholly unoccupied, and on top of that, she caught the faint whiff of prey not too far away. A good place to settle in and plan the next moves, for sure.
Runa marked the area well, and returned to the other wolves. She approached Tez, the only wolf she had any shred of respect for, and nodded slightly to her Alpha.
"I have found a place," she spoke. Her normally gruff tone had evened out, a small, rather minuscule musical note entering her tone. "It is defensible, only accessible from two sides, with a large central den and several other hollows. I also scented prey as I looked by. It has the stale scent of wolf, but not for over a moon or so." Her tone was matter of fact, straight to the point.

Iah

Iah gazed upwards, sitting atop of the rise that overlooked where many of the Light wolves were gathered. Their Alpha had been gone too long... It was worrisome. However, none of this showed on Iah's face. Outward, he was calm and confident. He would not let the other wolves fear for her, or lose hope. He would lead them until it was known for certain what fate had befallen their Alphas.
He moved down the rise, walking among the others, offering kind words and advice where needed, and generally checking up on them as he went. His first priority right now was the pack. Worry and fret had no place here. It could only weaken a pack when they needed to be strong.
He headed towards the healers den, but passed Kender along the way. He greeted his packmate with a gentle brush of his tail against her side.
"How are things with the fighters, Kender?" He asked, inquiring in a way that seemed like casual talk. However, he trusted Kender as one of the stronger fighters of the pack, and he felt in his bones that things may come to head soon. They best be prepared.

Kiesso & Haldis

A storm was something Kiesso hated. Not because they personally bothered him, no, the Light Wolf had no qualms about them. He disliked them because they made Haldis anxious.
Kiesso rose early, hoping to watch the skies for any signs of change before the she wolf awoke, but to his dismay, she was awake and staring intently upwards.
"Haldis?" Kiesso questioned.
The she wolf shifted, her one functioning eye darting around from the sky to the trees around her. Haldis had no qualms with storms. She never told Kiesso that he was a bit wrong about her restlessness when they came through. Kiesso thought it had something to do with her mother leaving during a storm. He also knew about how the wind whispered to Haldis, exciting the wandering spirit within her. But the real reason Haldis always became so antsy during storms was the fact that the Wind and Water in her blood both sang with elation and she felt as if her powers might burst through her skin.
Yes, Haldis was gifted with healing, but she also had a unique affinity for the storm. She could feel the way the air currents changed and shifted, the way the rain gathered, the way it sung to her very being. To her, that was magic.
"Haldis?" Kiesso questioned again, this time breaking her from the songs of the storm.
"Hmm? Yes, Kiesso?" Haldis asked, her one-eyed gaze breaking from the magic only she saw to the wolf beside her. Her father, her mother, her brother, her savior.
"I think its time to get moving. We can still get some headway before the storm breaks."
Haldis nodded, standing and shaking out the slight stiffness in her body. She had been sitting for a long time, longer than Kiesso would guess.
As Haldis readied herself, Kiesso paused, looking up the sky. Something seemed... strange about this storm. Something was changing, something was coming. The tendrils of light magic within him seemed to shrink back as he gazed upon the sky.
"Does something about this seem... off to you?" Haldis asked, and Kiesso glanced to the she wolf to find her watching the sky through the break in the trees.
"Yes," Kiesso answered truthfully. "What do you sense?"
Haldis seemed to frown a bit as she tilted her head. He had no idea what she was listening to, or trying to judge, but Kiesso trusted the she wolf with more than his life.
"The air... the storm... its restless," Haldis murmured.
As they gathered themselves and began to head off into the brush, Kiesso knew deep down, the she wolf was right.

Seeing the bright red eyes in the bushes Serenity gets into a defensive position. She lowers her head a little and bends her knees to get ready to attack if the intruder did the same. When he showed no hostility she eased up and stood calmly but her guard was still up. This was a stranger and a wolf from a pack. Could she and her family have stumbled upon their territory? It was possible. How would they escape without being hurt or hunted? This was a very tricky situation.

17db427064e1d37ef816d302ed16894f--female-werewolves-fantasy-wolf2.pngThe other wolf's voice sounded so pleasant. Slightly deep and light. It made her large ears twitch for a moment to listen better. He called her beautiful. That was a first outside of her parents. She was nervous and apprehensive as the dark, male wolf started to circle her and smell her more. She turned a bit to try and keep from turning her back on him. Something her father taught her to keep herself protected. He was a handsome wolf, to be sure, but he also smelled dangerous. Like something about him could really harm her or her family.

The poor female's heart was pounding in her chest so hard and fast it was nearly painful. Why was it beating like this? Was it because he was basically the first male to approach her that didn't want to kill her for trespassing? Maybe. Could it be that her body saw him as a healthy male that would be a decent mate? Possibly. Could it be that she was terrified? Most likely. In any case she had to stay calm and alert. That was impossible though, especially when the male licked her cheek and invited her to lay with him and talk with him about her. She was hesitant. This was such a new situation for her and she didn't know if she should willingly trust this new comer or not.

Against her better judgement, she lay down across from him so she could keep her eyes on him with her back to her sleeping parents to guard them. Her front paws crossed one another while her lower half lay on its side comfortably. "I am half light and half dark wolf. My name is Serenity. Thank you for the compliment." she introduced herself calmly, "I'm just passing though. If I am in your pack's territory I am sorry and I mean no harm." Her voice like that of a silver bell. She would definitely make a good mother if given the chance. She had her mother's white fur, noble air and kind heart, but her father's wild spirit, cunning and determination.

"May I know your name?" she asked and took in his dark fur and bright red eyes. the midnight stripes faded into lighter shades of black along his body. He was muscular and lean. He was well built and slightly bigger than her. She was slightly smaller and her limbs were thin but her paws were quite big and fit her frame nicely. The elegant curve of her muzzle faded perfectly backward to her long pointed ears with teal colored fur, making them look longer than they were. Her blue eyes were accented with the teal markings under them that turned down under her mouth. The light blue streaks spanned from the corners of her eyes down her fluffy neck and down her body like pin stripes. She was an elegant wolf, to be sure and seemed to be the perfect yang for this yin in front of her, must like her parents.

However, she was not going to give in to any kind of instinct right away. She didn't know this wolf, nor what he wanted with her or her family, if he even knew they were there. She would feel him out and make sure he was even an ally rather than an enemy. Sure he had not attacked yet or right away, but that didn't say much since others had done the same, but they didn't talk to her, they spoke with one of her parents.

Storm - Dark Wolf - Age:6 - Loner
Storm skidded to a stop, breathing harshly and she looked down at her reflection in a water puddle. Her eyes were still the same blue, but her coat was now a black brown and she had a white star shape on her forehead. The rain slowly dripped from her coat washing any blood away, she whined slightly. Her pack wouldn't believe her, if anything they would blame her. And she was to blame, it was all her fault. She was better off never seeing them again, tears formed in her eyes and she cried under the raining skies. "I'm so sorry..." She whimpered her ear drooping and tail curled around her paws.

Ruki - Water/Dark Wolf - Age:4 - Shadow Hunter
Ruki turned to nip at Zen slightly for swatting her but he had already darted off. She shook herself and focused on the deer, tell the hunters how the plan would go. They moved in quickly, one on each side, another came up from the front making the deer back peddle straight into Ruki's awaiting fangs. She jumped sinking uer fangs into the does neck while her comrades went for the legs. The doe only gave a small struggle and the taste of deer blood made them all heady. Once the doe stopped moving they made their way to find the alpha.

Kender - Earth Wolf - Age:5 - Starlight Fighter
Kender sighed as the beta paused in front of him, "They are okay...but they are restless about Storm and Falith having not returned. If you don't mind I would like to set up a search party of a few fighters. No need to alarm any of the others we must find them.'' Kender paused glancing around, "I have a very uneasy feeling...I knew I should have silently tracked them even though Storm begged us not too." He lowered his head feeling he was to blame.

Tez - Dark Wolf - Age:7 - Shadow Alpha
Tez watched his sons movements with a small smirk, he was definitely like his old man. His thoughts were interrupted as Runa appeared before him talking about a possible camp for them. "Ahhh well done Runa, I can always count on you. Show me the way, I imagine they will need fixed up a bit. But that shouldn't be a problem considering we have a few wolves of nature element." Tez said walking along side her, he had to admit Runa seemed to be more mature than other wolves. Then again living your life locked away in the shadows devoring your own kind to survive might make you like that...

Freydis Freydis

"Understood." Rain turned and headed down the mountain path to warn the light of the coming darkness. "This message must make it to the light. If not then the entire world as we know it will be under jeopardy. This message will make it." His bones ached and crackled as he slowly went down the mountain path. Only the woods stood in his way. "This message. It MUST make it to the light if it's the last thing that I do."

Zen scoots up to serenity , his slick and silky fur brushing against her soft and beautiful coat, he poses a tiny bit as he talks to the stunning female, trying to impress her the best he can as he is also somewhat nervous of her impression of him

shadow_wolf_clan__s_macot_by_strongdinnie-d55lq8w.png

He feels his heart beating fast as he is right beside her, he isn't supposed to feel this way but he cannot dent his feelings for her as he says in a softer somewhat romantic voice " my name is zen, the son of the shadow pack ..."

Zen thinks for a while as he smells that light wolf smell... he disliked the scent but he cannot believe the looks of light pack is much better than typical dark pack

He giggles a bit trying to be a positive example giving another few licks at her about and her cheek as he wags his tail softly ,

He rests his head on her paw as he smiles softly, " serenity ... that sounds like a beautiful name... " he starts to look down a bit feeling like he should be with her more. He eventually lays ontop of her from the constant licks as he nuzzzles her softly ~ wrapping his tail around hers as he licks her lips and cheeks more and more lovingly " I can offer you and your family salvation in my if you mate with me ..~" he smiles softly as he nuzzles her chest once more

Storm - Dark Wolf - Age:6 - Loner
Storm shook herself, she had to go to the Starlight Pack even if Iah attacked her. She had to warn him, she held a soft spot for the wolf. Having almost fallen for him instead of her passed mate. She took off again not sure if she was close to the Starlight Pack's territory or not. She knew she had to find them maybe she could get Kender to bury Falith...if his body was still there. She shivered, but not from the small chill of the rain. No she shivered from the thought of finding her mates body, of facing Iah and Kender along with the rest of the pack.

Ruki - Water/Dark Wolf - Age:4 - Shadow Hunter
Ruki and the others hunters soon have the doe in the make shift camp. She saw Runa and the Alpha talking but didn't see Zen. He needed to he here to eat as well, she smiled slightly as she began to track his scent. As his scent grew stronger so did the scent of another wolf and she slowed. Shadow's began to circle her and her steps became light, already they were running into wolves. She hoped Zen was okay but didn't doubt his fighting skills. Though as she stepped closer, she found Zen was more than okay. Her chest squeezed tightly as his words found their way to her ears. H-he...just... She somehow managed to hold back a whimpered and turned sharply dashing off into the forest. Any hunger she had felt was now replaced with hurt. Who had she been kidding, Zen and her had been trapped in that place for their whole lives so of course if he got out he'd want to look for someone better. Not the same old face he knew, and this new wolf was pretty alright. With her pretty little white coat and blue marking. Ruki's coat was ugly compared to that female, Ruki ended up tripping over something. Coming to a tumbling halt she stayed still crying on the muddy forest floor in the shadows. She felt only a small ache in her back right leg but ignored it.

"I-it's...nice to meet you." she replied to him introducing himself. He was getting very close now. She didn't know why he was getting so close but she couldn't say she really minded the attention but it was just new to her. To be sought after like this was a new situation entirely. Hearing he was from the shadow pack made her a bit
17db427064e1d37ef816d302ed16894f-female-werewolves-fantasy-wolf2-png.443988
hesitant and nervous.

He seemed to be pulling out all the stops to try and impress her and have her fallow him back. Laying his head on her paws so innocently and even nuzzling her and licking her so much. His tail was wagging so he was obviously happy but her would not move. If she could, she would have blushed when he told her that even her name was beautiful.

She was taken off guard when the black wolf gets on top of her and starts to lick and nuzzle her soft fur. She was hesitant and the proposal sudden. They had just met and he was asking her to be his mate? This was not a good idea at all. Even more so when a large shadow started to loom over the two young wolves. The shadow was dark and massive, just like the owner.
LUMI_lvlhead.png
The bright golden eyes and markings stood out against the midnight fur of the older male. He was massive, even for a male wolf. A deep and low growl of warning came from behind them.

Serenity's eyes looked past Zen and u to her, now awake, father who was not happy to find his daughter pinned down and being proposed to by, to him, what seemed to be a pup. Her ears went back a bit in worry and fear. She was submissive to her massive dark wolf father. "Uh.....g-good morning father..." she tried to be casual but she was scared.

"Oh really?" He asked with that deep and reverberating growl in his throat, "And what is so 'good' about waking up to find my daughter pinned by this....dark pup?" he was very much upset and had hoped never to have to come across such times when his daughter sought a mate and even worse, a male seeking her as his mate. "Trying to take my daughter back to the Shadow pack huh? Think you're the right mate for my daughter? Try again, pup." he warned and challenged. His massive size easily towered over the younger male wolf. He stood at least a full head and a half over his own daughter and she was in no means tiny. A runt she may be but she was not small anymore and this wolf was huge.

"I am Tumult, dark wolf and Serenity's father. You will remove yourself from her and depart." he declared. The air around him was thick and heavy. He had a strong presence, no doubt, even more so with his size. "Proposing to mate with my daughter while my mate and I slept, at your first meeting and while pinning her down as if you were going to mate her right there. Not a good first impression, pup."

The massive wolf took a few steps closer until he was practically over them. His gleaming white teeth bared and his growl quite loud and warning. He was not ready to let go of his daughter, even if she was already of age to have a mate of her own. He was not ready to let her go. He was a very protective father and would not let any harm come to his beloved family.

Lenny2000 Lenny2000

Zen hears a familiar voice come from behind him as his eyes started to gleam he gets off of her and only stays a foot away from the other male as he looks at he beautiful once love and then back to the male looming over him once " he? The traitor of the shadow pack? Is your father??" He looks at the girl then at the black wolf , smirking sly as he then calculates his possibilities as he talked " well , if it meant offense to you I appologuise .. I'll just head on my way.. honestly I did not know that she was of your family ..." he looks away as he was talking to the male , hating confrontation in embarrassing situations. He felt more of a fool than ever .. he then approaches Tumult and licks his snout before walking back a couple feet . " even if you are a traitor to our pack you seem to have the better end of the choices... I umm I think I should go back before my father beats me ... " he starts to back away more before he thinks of how the days were limited for the liners as the shadow pack will rise again ~

He truly had no intentions to harm the stunning female, he just wanted to woo her to get to like him a bit, being the unlikable creature he knows that he doesent want to hurt the daughter at all...

Despite the mutual relationship between the two beforehand, zen was starting to dislike the father, as the father was being the disrespectful traitor to him and his pack he starts to think differently of him as it will soon not be of worry.. the loners will have to move again and the dark pack will rise .. he scoffs off the thought of ever being with the youngling as he follows the scent of Ruki and eventually finds her with some kid asking in a cold tone " you ok?"

Iah

Iah sighed softly, a bit of sadness in his eyes. He glanced from Kender to the other wolves of the pack milling about. "I don't want to alarm anyone quite yet. But I am worried as well..." he trailed off, drifting in to thought.
Iah swiftly shook himself, both mentally and physically. It was no use drifting in to dark thoughts. Their Alphas were strong. Before now, it was easy to think they were celebrating. Iah was observant, he had noticed the changes in Storm. He had his suspicions that she was with pups, and that the pair might be off enjoying themselves and each other in celebration of this fact. A new life, a continuation of the pack...
"Let's set it up as a routine patrol to the others, with the intention of informing the Alphas of the packs unease should we come across them. They have been gone too long," he agreed. "But, keep this between us, I feel there may have been a very good reason for the Alphas to be off alone. Perhaps they got caught up in celebration and traveled too far."
Iah shook his head, knowing the words to be a false hope. Their Alphas were too strong, too devoted to the pack to wander off for so long of their free will.
"Something is coming Kender, and I want us to be prepared. Go ahead and organize the most trusted wolves for a search party. To hell with keeping things quiet. There is a darkness on the air, something I don't like one bit. It's as if the world around us is readying for something... You can feel it too, can't you?" Iah questioned, knowing the other wolf was an Earth elemental, something Iah was part of too. He could feel the unease in the very woods around them, a sense of foreboding.
"And Kender? Try to hurry. If you find them, send a wolf back to alert me and I will meet you there first before coming back to the pack. Just... Just in case there really is something terribly wrong. It will be best to do as much damage control as possible."

Runa

Runa nodded swiftly, her stride gently taking herself forward. She seemed to slip in and out of the shadows with ease, as if her body wasn't quite sure how to live fully in this world yet. She was mostly silent as she walked with Tez, her only sounds being that of her soft breathing and even that seemed to fade into silence often.
Runa bounded a few lengths ahead, body swiftly disappearing into a pocket of shadow beneath some brush and reappearing on the other side. She stood alert, looking for any changes in the camp site, but found none. She nodded back to Tez, that nothing had changed, and made her way to the rise, pointing out features as she went by.
"Small indents on the hillside, cover for some of the lower wolves of the pack. A nice den to that side, good for a healer - Its easily accessible to all wolves. Right here towards the middle is a large den, perfect for Alphas and Betas, with a larger open area here for pack meetings. There is a small stream that runs underground here. I found a cavern system that is easily defensible there," she nodded to the opposite hillside from the healing den and other small alcoves and dens, "that leads both to the stream and many defensible positions should an attack come. There is a tunnel system that leads to a hidden alcove on the far side of this hill, so there is an escape route for mothers and pups if need be. The stream itself is in one of the deeper caves, and the stream rises to the earth about a quarter marks distance from here, so we have a source of water both above and below. As you can probably scent, there is also prey of many varieties near here."
Runa finished her assessment, and sat, her tail curling around her paws as she looked to her Alpha and awaited his response to her findings.

Kiesso & Haldis

Kiesso felt the shift in the air, and a familiar scent, yet different. He glanced to Haldis, and saw the younger she wolf was on high alert. Kiesso had past dealings with the Light wolf pack, having met their beta in the past when he was struggling to figure out how to take care of young pups. The she wolf, he surmised by scent, smelled faintly of light and blood, but that was overrun by shadow.
With a quick confirmation from Haldis, the pair began to move forward through the brush. Kiesso peered out and saw a saddened she wolf, crying in the rain that had begun a little while ago.
"Dearest, are you okay?" He asked softly, slipping from the brush, his posture unassuming. She seemed so familiar, someone he had met maybe once or twice in the past. But he couldn't quite place her. Something was different. He kept his distance, nonthreatening in his posture. Haldis slipped out after him, ears flicking to and fro.
"You are very sad," she observed, and noticed the remnants of blood. "Are you hurt? I know some of the healing arts, I may be able to help..."

WOLF BANNER2.png
Serenity watched the two males converse and got a bit worried for both parties. Mostly for Zen since she knew her father was still young and virile and with his size he was a force to be reckoned with. His control over his power was nothing to scoff at either. She could not help it. She had to interfere or surely she would never see the male again and she would be alone. She stepped between the two males to keep her father back and to protect Zen from being caught in her father's massive teeth. "Father, I'm fine. Please calm down." he pleaded with him, staying between her father and the visiting male.

Tumult was surprised to see how submissive the younger wolf was to him. He would have thought that he would try to fight back or try and claim his daughter as his own selfishly, but he showed restraint and respect. Not something he was familiar with when he was in the pack. Then again, it had been years since he left. "Traitor? Is that what the alfa called me when I left? It is not treachery if my mate's life is in danger. No mater what she is, she is my mate and one must be loyal to their mate above the pack. That is why I left. I left to protect my mate and my daughter. If I had not, we would have been separated and I would have never known my daughter. So yes, I did get the better end of the deal and I am grateful for it." he then sat regally and proudly for his decision. He would not regret leaving the pack. It was the pack or his mate and his choice stood to be the best one.

Serenity looked from her father to Zen a bit worried that her father would scare him off but she was glad that he cared about her. She turned her eyes back to her father who had a light starting to grow behind him. She recognized that glow as her mother's. She had woken up as well and the large white light wolf padded softly behind her mate and sat beside him. She gave a slight bow of the head to Zen and smiled a little. "Hello there. I apologize for my mate, he is just protective over our daughter." she said with a soft voice. She seemed so docile and calm. She may not have the massive size of her mate, but she had cunning and wit and speed. "Please do not worry about him too much. His bite may be worse than his bark but he's not one to outright attack anyone without reason."

"Mother!" serenity said with a happy smile. The younger wolf nuzzled her mother's neck in a soft embrace. She knew that her mother could calm any situation. "Mother, this is Zen. He's from the shadow pack." she introduced.

"The shadow pack? But...I thought they were sealed away? How did the pack escape the seal?" She asked her mate and he looked down and away a bit in shame. He knew the only way to break such a seal was with the blood of a light wolf. There was no other way. That meant that a light wolf had met their end and he didn't want to put that knowledge on his mate nor his daughter.

"Sealed? I do not u-" she was going to say something more but Zen had run off. She wanted to go after him and hopefully she did not miss her chance at having a mate or joining a pack. She wondered what being in a pack was like and would she even be welcomed there? "Wait!" she called to him and was about to go but her father put a heavy paw on her long, fluffy, white tail to make her stay a minute, "Wait just one minute!" he said but Tranquility put her paw on his arm to pull his paw off Serenity's tail, "Now dear, she has to learn on her own. This may be her only chance. You know loners don't often find mates at all. Besides, we trained her well. She can defend and protect herself if she needs to."

Tumult thought about it for a bit and groaned. "Fine, but if he hurts you, I'll kill him. I don't care who he is. Understood?"

Serenity nodded her head and with a smile she licked both of her parents cheeks and hurried off, fallowing Zen's scent. It was a lot like her father's but different. It was quite pleasant. She wanted to get to know him more. Maybe she would be able to get both of her parents into the pack so they would not have to be separated? Was she really willing to be mated with a wolf she barely knew? This was not a common situation. A mixed wolf chasing a dark wolf.

When she found him he was with another female. She was a dark wolf alright. Mixed with what seemed to be a water elemental, judging by her fur color anyway. The dark female wolf was quite beautiful. Her dark fur and bright eyes made the white wolf feel a bit out of her element. She looked at her white fur that stood out against the forest floor. She could never blend in. She looked back to the other female and wondered what it would be like to be a real dark wolf, like her father. She took after her mother way too much to be mistaken and took after her father too much to be counted a light wolf. They seemed to know one another, maybe they grew up together and are in the same pack? That would be reasonable to think. Really, what chance did she have against such a wolf, and years together. She was just a new thing that Zen found interesting for a fleeting moment, surely. There was nothing really special about her, save that she was the only one of her litter to survive and she was a runt. The dark wolf probably had more siblings than she could count and was never alone. There was no way Serenity could hold a candle to her.

Instead of making herself known, the mixed wolf lay down and lay her head on her paws and just watched them from a distance instead. She could watch them and dream of such a life of friendship and love. Something she was sure she would never feel herself. She could feel that she was drawn to this dark male wolf, but was that what happens with all males or just him? She didn't have the experience to find out and probably never would.

Zen was in his shadow pack territory talking up a conversation with Ruki as he wags his tail and laughs a bit " s-so I said to the monster, if you have the tooth and fang to come across the the dark wolves you better watch your shadow !" He laughs hysterically as it was mainly a inside joke " anyways thanks for the food , you did a good job , I have to go report to dad.." he pays her shoulder and swishes his tail before he finally reaches his father, Tez.

As he comes across tez he saluted to him in a noble way before he finally speaks " all orders have been given dad.. there has been no problems going on other than success , we have claimed domain of the hunting grounds and have made camp but I question the loyalty of our lead fighter.. she can't be trusted dad..." he comments to his father as they were in private finally , not noticing that he was being tailed by serenity.

He stands tall, head high and mighty in hopes and aspiration to try to prove himself for his father " did I do good dad?.."

Ruki - Water/Dark Wolf - Age:4 - Shadow Hunter
Ruki gave Zen a half smile, "Um...yeah I'm f-fine... I just sort of tripped over something." She stood flinching only slightly, "Um we got that doe and also I think Runa found a camp for us. Tez seemed pretty happy with Runa. I had just went looking for you but you seemed busy." She said taking slow steps, "Though I'm sure there is still plenty of deer left for you." She gave a small nervous chuckle as they walked slowly. "Well for now I'm just going to check out the lands possibly find some smaller prey." She bowed her head to him before turning to leave.

Kender - Earth Wolf - Age:5 - Starlight Fighter
Kender nodded, "If...if we find somethng we dont want does thay mean youll take over as Alpha?'' Kender's ears were laid back as he asked, their Alpha's were good ones he couldn't think of why they hadn't returned. Only the worst of things filled his thoughts, "I'll be back I'll track their last known location....though with the rain their scent might be gone." He turned getting ready to take off but waited for Iah to say something else.

Tez - Dark Wolf - Age:7 - Shadow Alpha
Tez padded around the future camp, taking in everything that Runa talked about. He glanced over as a couple of hunters came dragging a doe. Food was good it seemed he glanced over the hunters wondering were Ruki was. "Yes you did a splendid job Runa, I do believe this allows you to partake in the doe with me first. If anyone wants to complain about my thoughts they may face me..." Tez watched the hunters back away from the doe and a couple fighters pop up looking at the deer starvingly. He padded up taking in the scent of the deer drool coming from his maw. He took a bite and savored it, nodding his head for Runa to step up and eat.

Storm - Dark Wolf - Age:6 - Loner
Storm jumped slightly, "I..uh...I'm sorry am I invading your territory. Im...not hurt actually well...no I'm not hurt physically." Her head dropped once again, "Sorry I'm not making much sense... A lot has happened in just a span of a day." It felt like the rain was starting to slow down and she sighed, her pack wouldn't believe her. No they'd probably attack her and demand she tell them where their Alpha's were. "It's no use i suppose I just need to get used to this life now." She glanced up giving the male a half smile. "I'm sure I'm not making much sense."

After witnessing tez give permission to the lead fighter to have the first bites over his own son ... this only made what came from a aspiration of acceptance to feeling betrayed... just like the other stinking wolf that called him a pup.. he is beta for crying out loud... he then noticed the hunters cowering as a wicked tooth grin rises from the wolf, when there was a problem he aspired to fix it ... by any means necessary.... if there was a corrupt leader that does not follow the true path of the shadow pack.. it's his job to set it straight and create justice.. he finally walked back to Ruki and started talking to her in private " look I know a military coup is going on as the fighters and alpha is trying to rise up and oppress the rest of us... it's our duty and job to rise up and forge our own path where our fortunes and fame lies.. he motivates the lead hunter with his words of inspiration

" with you as my right hand girl, and the rest of the dark pack hunters and more at our side, we will create justice among our wolves .." He speeches as he places his paw at the girl's right shoulder " join me and the golden dawn will rise again, shining with our names over the horizon .." his propiganda was very influential as he tries his best to get his lifelong friend to join him in the struggle for freedom

Insert theme song of the Dark Commune ( new separatist shadow pack) (Replace Tito with zen ^_^)

"So this....is the Shadow pack? They seem....normal. Like the other packs we've come across. What difference could there be besides their abilities?" she asked herself quietly. She fallowed Zen to the rest of the pack quietly. She did her best not to make a sound and to hide her scent. She didn't want to be killed right out for intruding. She watched as the hunters returned with a doe and left it for the alpha and 17db427064e1d37ef816d302ed16894f--female-werewolves-fantasy-wolf2.pnghis favored to take their meals first. She found it odd. There wasn't enough meat for the rest of the pack to have their fill but the alpha would take first dibs and leave the rest to starve? This didn't feel right to her. Maybe it was because the pack was so big that they had to do things this way or no one would get fed and everyone would become weak? That made some sense. This made her glad that her family was only the three of them. A single doe would fill all their bellies to the brim and still have some left over to share.

However, because their meals were spaced apart so much she was rather hungry and didn't know if she could take much down on her own. After all, wolves were more social creatures and pack hunters. They push an animal into a kill zone and attack it together to take it down. This was their way and even for loners it was good to have companions. In Serenity's case it was her parents.

Seeing the Shadow pack's alpha was a bit intimidating but not as much as her father. Her father seemed to be a bit bigger but she knew alphas were stronger by position and power. What could this alpha do to her if he caught her? No way was she going to stick around and find out. She had to back out and sneak away. She hoped she would meet with Zen again but being alone and in the middle of a dangerous pack was not good for a lone wolf. Especially not a mixed like her. She heard that light and dark didn't get along well and that was why her siblings died and only she survived. It seemed that the reason stemmed from their polar opposite natures did not mingle well and they seemed to hate one another, save for her parent's case.

She noticed that Zen slid off with the other female again and talked with her in private. Her ears could only pick up whispers but no real words. She wondered what they were talking about but instead of letting her curiosity get the better of her, she tried to leave. She just wanted Zen to know that she didn't share the same opinion of him as her father had. She had enjoyed his company and attention and would have liked to talk more but being loners, they would have to leave soon, and since the Shadow pack was so near to their own hideout for the moment, they would be leaving very soon for their own safety. She didn't want to leave without at least saying goodbye to him. She guessed it was too much to hope for to find a mate so quickly like that. His careful attention almost made her agree to being his mate too. It was really quite a pity that he seemed to already have a potential mate. She didn't want to take the female's chance away from her either.

As zen was whispering to Ruki he started to smell a familiar scent .. he then immediately glared right at the once hidden girl , his tail swayed to the left and then to he right as he sways his tail and smiles a bit " serenity ... join us in this discussion..." he smiles a bit as he lets her have the opportunity to join in " okay so are you willing to join me in this new pack of glory and freedom .. no wolf will act superior to one another unlike shadow pack , food is equal for all.."

Iah

Iah sighed softly, sadly. "If it comes to that, I will. But I will not hold an iron maw. If our Alphas come back, even if it is a year from now, I will step down and let them take their rightful place."
Iah nodded to Kender. "Good luck in your hunt. If you find them.... Send someone to me immediately. We don't know what state they might be in. If they are found alive... when they are found alive, I will speak to them. For better or worse, we are still one pack."
Iah nodded once more in farewell, turning to meander back through the other wolves, offering reassurances for their lost Alphas and words of confidence in their latest ventures.

Runa

Runa felt a trill of pleasure go through her at the compliment, and nodded her acquiesce. She followed a respectful step behind, waiting while Tez savored the deer, then partook in her share, eyes darting around to the other wolves. She noticed the unease and anger that seemed to roil within, and she watched her own back as she stepped back from the deer. She could feel the tensions, that she, the lead warrior, had been permitted to eat before wolves higher than herself, and knew it could cause trouble. However, the slim she wolf was always ready if need be. She was wary of Zen most of all as he spoke to one of the hunters, Ruki. Runa had been among these wolves for a long time now, and she knew when things were about to come to a head. However, Runa was a proud wolf, and finding this camp ensured the safety and continuity of the pack. She appreciated Tez's decision, and respected it. She knew she had done well and deserved the reward of some of the first meat to be had for the pack.
But she didn't like the feelings that rolled around her. She didn't like the feeling that her pack, which had fought through shadow and strife, seemed on the brink of splintering.
"Something is afoot," she murmured, mostly to herself but also within Tez's hearing range.

Kiesso & Haldis

Kiesso smiled easily at the she wolf. "You are quite okay, my dear," he said with a gentle smile. "This is not pack land, my companion and I are simply loners."
As she continued, Haldis frowned slightly. "Emotional pain, you have," she said, almost to herself. "You have lost those dear to you..."
Kiesso gently nudged Haldis, both a warning and reprimand. Haldis blinked swiftly, and shuffled her paws, embarrassed. "Sorry," she said sheepishly. "I didn't mean to intrude. Sometimes I see to much," she murmured, almost sadly.
"Is there somewhere we can accompany you to?" Kiesso questioned. The female seemed weakened by whatever had happened, not physically, but mentally and emotionally. "I am Kiesso, and this is my... Well this is Haldis. I raised her after my adoptive, her birth, mother left. What is your name?"
Kiesso and Haldis had slipped fully from the brush, into the open where it was rather clear their bond. Kiesso's Light Wolf heritage showed in the way his pale blue eyes seemed to glow in the dim storm light. Haldis still seemed a bit antsy because of the rain, keeping her blind side to Kiesso, trusting him to watch her vulnerable side, but her working ocean blue right eye was fixed on the she wolf, both curious and sad.
