The Mandalorians
il_340x270.1107586851_6bx2.jpg

Since the Yuuzhan Vong War the Mandalorian have been and regaining lost strength. This is largely in part due to Mandalorian companies like Mandaltech, Mandalmotors, and Mandal Hypernautics as well as the efforts of the previous Manda'lors to recover resources taken from Mandalore especially beskar mined by outside conquering factions. The previous rules in a way was recovering all that was taken from Mandalore preparing it for its restoration.

Mandalore the Bastion put emphasis on soldifiying the Mandalorians' hold over Mandalorian Space and Mandalorian Systems in preparation for another attempt to claim the galaxy. The Mandalorians have been upgraded their arsenal and Mandalore the Bastion has revoked the decree banning Crushgaunts so now many Mandalorians use Crushgaunts. He also installed clans in charge Mandalorian planets to make sure the populations eventually convert to being Mandalorian. Mandalore's naval strength in general has been bolstered with new ship models and refurbished older models. Most importantly, the people of Mandalore are ready to return to glory.

Faction Name: Black Paladins

Faction Picture(emblem, coat of arms, or something):
A black hand holding a flame

Faction Description:
Formed from the Remnants of the Blackguard, The Black Paladins have kept their progenetor's beliefes in that to increase one's knowledge of the Force, one must understand the philosophies and abilities of other Force traditions around the galaxy. Despite this, they look towards the past than towards many of the newer groups that had popped up, setting up their enclaves in old ruins steeped in the force.
The Black Paladins also believed that there was no light or dark side, and that only the light or dark side would dwell within the user. They sought to bring balance to the light and dark sides within themselves. A closed mind is one of the greatest sins to be committed by a brother/Sister of the Black Paladins.
Having obscured themselves since their formation/fall of the Blackguard, Spiriting themselves away from their progenetor's homeworld of mustafaar with their prized Sith Holocron, following in the footsteps of Darth Revan, to the unknown reaches where they landed upon Rakata Prime. A gold mine of knowledge and relics, the newly anointed Black Paladins began using and improving upon the relics of the builders, leaving behind the use of lightsabers for the superior predecessor the Force Saber.
The Black Paladins are Adepts in the use of the Darkside, yet never falling to it, following the teachings of Vulta Daanat and from what they've learned from the other traditions out there.

Ranks: Minion (Equivalent to Jedi Youngling), Squire (Padewan/Apprentice), Crusader (Jedi Knight), Sentinel (Master), Lord/Lady Paladin (Grand Master, Dark lord, Kursk/Vansk)

Specializations: There are four Specializations within the Black Paladins, the Seeker, Defender, Hunter, and the Destroyer. Seekers Fulfill their primary purpose, to go out and learn from the other Force Orginizations, then go about sharing what they learned with their brothers and sisters. They are also responsible for recruiting any force sensitives that are either children or members of the organization they are learning from that are unsatisfied with their order and collecting artifacts from long dead force cultures. Defenders are much like the Brutes of the jedi order, or the Ravagers of the Blackguard, charged with protecting their enclaves. Much like their predecessors, Defenders do not require the bulk or intimidating size like the Brutes, and can be any member that has reached the Rank of Crusader, providing they're an expert at Forcesaber combat and Force combat techniques. Hunters are much like the Sith Assassins, whose purpose was to eliminate enemies of the Black Paladins through the art of stealth and Ambush, using the art of Force Stealth to avoid detection before it is too late for their victim. Finally there is the Destroyer, the warriors of the Black Paladins. Fueled by Rage, and a passion for battle, the Destroyer would typically use Force Rage when entering a battle, entering a battle-fury fueled by the dark side, unleashing their wrath upon the enemies of the Black Paladins when subtlety has been tossed out the airlock.

Faction Name: Zeison Sha

latest

Faction Description:

The Zeison Sha were an order of Force-adepts known for their survival skills and resourcefulness, as well as their abilities in telekinesis and with the discblade. Centered on the Outer Rim planet of Yanibar, the Zeison Sha developed their Force powers as a means of withstanding their harsh planet. The order stressed independence and survival, as well as assistance to those in need. Long estranged from the Jedi, they had little use for the Order.

For millennia after the original colonists had been abandoned on Yanibar, the Zeison Sha developed an isolationist philosophy. Unlike the Jedi Order, the Zeison Sha did not separate Force-sensitive children from their parents for training. Further attempts by the Jedi Order to re-establish relationships with the Zeison Sha ended in failure. They survived attempts during the Great Jedi Purge to stamp them out, avoiding Darth Vader and other Jedi hunters. Even through the Yuuzhan Vong War, the Zeison Sha remained independent and spiteful towards the Jedi.

Whereas the Jedi used the lightsaber as their signature weapon, the Zeison Sha favored the discblade, a razor-edged throwing weapon. Trained in its use from a young age, a Zeison Sha could hurl a discblade with great accuracy before calling it back to their hand. Experienced warriors were also known to have their discblades imbued with the power of the Force.[1] Their use of the discblade could also be further enhanced through the Force, whether by adding accuracy, calling the weapon back to the thrower, or imbuing the blade to make it stronger.

Faction Name: Matukai
260

Faction Description:
The Matukai were an organization of Force adepts who used the physical body to channel the Force. They were established in the days of the Galactic Republic, years before the Old Sith Wars, and records compiled by the Galactic Alliance indicated that the Matukai were founded by a Human female from Karvoss II who discovered her sensitivity to the Force while practicing a meditative form of martial arts. After she developed her own method of studying the Force, she began to expand the tradition, teaching others what she had learned.

Initially, the Matukai were unchecked in growth by the Jedi Council and developed into a nomadic order of about fifty to sixty members. Though the Council eventually attempted to integrate the Matukai into the Jedi Order in 580 BBY, they were unsuccessful in doing so, as the Matukai were uninterested in the ways of the Jedi. The Matukai experienced persecution by the Empire during the Great Jedi Purge. They were one of the first other organizations besides the Jedi to feel the Emperor's wrath, but a few of their number managed to survive and pass on their knowledge. Later, some of the surviving Matukai joined Luke Skywalker's Jedi Praxeum, feeling that the New Jedi Order was less stringent than the Jedi had been in the Old Republic. However, the arrival of the Yuuzhan Vong invaders brought the Matukai into the conflict and several of them fell in the ensuing war.
Matukai philosophy was centered around creating a balance and harmony between the spiritual Force and the physical body, using exercise as a form of meditation. Their training involved meditative martial arts, physical training, and somatic rituals, and they were noted for being able to develop a Force-sensitivity in many beings who were not inherently gifted with the Force. Using their bodies as a focus, they emphasized keeping oneself clean and strong, purifying oneself through physical activity, and avoiding the dark side. Unlike the Jedi Order, they did not use lightsabers, instead wielding a polearm weapon known as a wan-shen
