Honestly, I want to keep things loose regarding this roleplay. I won't scour your characters for inaccuracies involving the Star Wars universe, I won't force you to join a faction from a list, and I'm encouraging variety. That being said, there are a few things that I will ask you for:

- Keep yourself in check. Don't make overpowered characters, or characters with forcefully elaborate backstories.
- Do at least a little research. At the bottom of this post, I'll include links to various Star Wars fandom sites. Don't go making up races, overpowered weapons etc; take them from here. Trust me, there are plenty of little-known, badass things to take advantage of in the Star Wars universe. If you read these rules, include an embedded link to Jacob Sartorius's Sweatshirt in a post in the ooc

- Absolutely no canon characters, or character related to canon characters.

Name: Quirn Rigil

Race: Trandoshan
Gender: Male
Appearance: Light green skin and scales, and orange eyes. Has a scar over the left side of his jaw, a momento left by a Nexu cat. Usually wears light clothing for quicker movements rather than be weighed down by any armour, save for a leather and bone guard over his right shoulder.

Affiliation: Whoever pays highest, which is usually the Hutt Cartel. Would never work for or with a Wookie.

Weight: 85 kilos
Height: 1.90 metres
Personality: Cunning, ruthless and selfish. Quirn comes first, and that's all that matters.
Backstory: Quirn was brought up to follow his father and brothers as bounty hunters, working for the Cartel. While he does take money from the Hutts, this Trandoshan prefers his independence more than living in leisure with the Cartel. Thanks to a convenient Galactic Civil War, and the conflict that followed, there were always client ready to throw credits Quirn's way.

Weapons: Outland Rifle and a carving Vibroknife.
Force training/abilities: None
Occupation: Bounty hunter
Relationships: None
Skills: An experienced sniper and assassin, and not too bad in a close quarters brawl. Like all Trandoshans, Quirn has a fast healing rate. He can see in infrared vision.

Weaknesses: If someone's were to wear clothing that blocks their body heat, it would be difficult for Quirn to see them. The Trandoshan can also be tricked by exploiting his greed, doing whatever makes him money. Does not understand most technology very well. Ignores nearly everything when enraged.

Strengths: Strong, cunning, and ruthless, a typical Trandoshan headhunter. Heals faster than most other races.

- Personality - Very quiet yet at the same time quite expressive, she is a woman of very few words and often won't speak unless she feel she needs to. She is very ambitious and bloodthirsty, yet she will be loyal to her allies, as long as she feels that they aren't holding her back.
- Backstory - Born on Alpheridies like most of her kind Xebaehl's childhood was relatively normal for her kind, she was taught how to use the force to be able to see and basics of how to move objects as was normal of Miraluka. Over time she grew more and more connected to Bogan, wanting to know more and more and gain more knowledge. She taught herself to manipulated her movement via the force by practice and will, when the other saw this, fearing she would grow to greedy and to unreserved they outcast her never to return at the age of 16. After being expelled from her home-world and people she began to hone her skills and develop on her own. She also took to crime in order to get what she needed. After a while she began to do jobs as force users were rare, and very useful. She wants to gain as much knowledge about the force as possible, not matter the means.

Appearance Description :
Rucy has the tell-tale blue skin, red eyes and raven-black hair of any member of the Chiss race. Her eyes don't necessarily have pupils, but instead have a white blur that moves to where she's looking. She has a definitively pointy chin, contrasted by her short and round nose. Her facial expressions are shown through sharp, thin and dense eyebrows. Her not-quite-shoulder-length hair is thick and often messy, and frames her face down to her cheeks, where it spreads out gradually. The majority of her weight comes from her well-toned legs, which allow quick and flexible movement at a moment's notice.

Personality :
Rucy is far from elegant. Her personality is defined by many Chiss stereotypes, but she diverges from these stereotypes in many key ways. Like other members of the Chiss species, Rucy has an affinity for chaos and unruly behavior, but from an organized and poised standpoint. However, she also despises leadership, one of the key traits of the Chiss. Other typical Chiss traits she doesn't share with her species include loyalty, pride and high standards. She takes from Mustafarian culture too, in the sense that she takes pride in her work and isn't afraid to get dirty whilst doing her work. She's acquired many traits throughout her travels as well, including a tendency to not trust strangers and a cautious and questioning attitude.

Backstory :
Raised on Mustafar, but born in a small mining colony controlled by the Chiss Ascendancy, Kuru'cir'lerrazz was an outcast throughout her childhood. Although the transition was of proper intent, with her parents wishing her to have a better, more diverse life inside a more populated part of the galaxy, her early life was nothing if not harsh and grueling. She adopted the nicknames 'Rucy' and Rucille' early on, to make introductions simpler. Working with the colony on Mustafar from the age of six to the age of thirteen, she was of particular use because of her small hands when compared to Mustafarians of the same age. At thirteen (24-ABY), Rucy was given a small and outdated mining vessel to do with as she pleased, as a gift for her hard work. She left the colony soon after, to adventure the galaxy with the remainder of her life.

Rucy's journey came to a close when a small bandit patrol seized her ship while she was on route to the former Imperial Capital of Coruscant (29-ABY). Although she fought valiantly, and managed to escape the intruders on board the ship, she had to abandon her ship in favor of a cramped and rusted personal mining pod that was attached to the side of the ship for mining asteroids. She floated for months before being picked up by a cargo ship and transported to Coruscant, where she currently resides. She's well known in Coruscant's underworld, and has a massive bounty on her head for various crimes. She's somewhat of a myth among certain circles, known for crippling politicians and assaulting police forces that venture into Coruscant's underworld.

Force training/abilities :
Rucy was known to be sensitive to the force from a young age. Both of her Chiss parents possessed a keen sensitivity for the dark side of the force, like many representatives of the Chiss race. However, there were only ever three or four force-sensitive Mustafarians at any given moment. This meant that she had to travel across Mustafar, for the very limited force training she got.

<Rucy can summon short bursts of force lightning, but they disperse quickly and are only effective at very close range
<Rucy can use force fear, but only on animals, the squeamish, the easily-frightened or already frightened, and most humanoid children
<Rucy can use force pull on smaller objects. She mainly uses this ability to disarm unknowing enemies before attacking them

Race: B1 series battle droid
Gender: Masculine programming
Appearance: Bait remains very similiar in appearance to a standard battle droid, except for his red and black color scheme. A closer look will reveal numerous small details that say much more about his aesthetically unoriginal, but far from standard, design.
Affiliation: Formerly affiliated with the CIS and Rebel Army. Currently Affiliated with the New Republic.
Weight/Height: 1.93m in height. 90.7kg in weight.
Personality: Bait is open-minded, calculating and very brave. He is open to suggestion and doesn't mind discussion but won't let it derail from the task at hand. He is very careful in his methods and considers all eventualities he considers possible. However, due to his programming he has a muffled sense of danger, allowing to have no fear in executing risky tasks. This, however, often comes with a false sense of security.

Backstory:
Bait, then B1-888, was manufactured on Akiva in 22 BBY. He participated in the Battles of Christophsis and Ryloth. He was being transported with hundreds of other droids when the ship was intercepted by a Republic cruiser. The transport remained adrift in space, forgotten, for several years before being discovered by scavengers in 0 BBY. Bait was brought back online by the crew. He was still fully functional, but changed. Different. He refused to do hard labor for the crew so he was sold to pirates and forced to fight in gladiatorial combat on Tattooine.

For a period of time he was forced to replace his battered parts with those of other droids. An act that still haunts him. Nevertheless, he successfully survived his brutal captivity and was purchased by a Rebel spy when the pirates had no more use for him. The spy, a Rodian named Ergu, used Bait to monitor Imperial troopers in Mos Eisley. This is where he would be given his new name, "Bait". When the Rebellion on Mos Eisley was forced into hiding due to excessive Imperial presence, Ergu commissioned a new body for Bait. Though similar in design to the old B1s, it was equipped with a number of improvements. Tougher metal, sturdier frame, more fluid and precise joints, advanced optics, better sensory package, the works. The most notable feature would be a cloaking device. Soon after, Ergu would be killed in the Coruscant civil war. With no master to command him, Bait would be given his freedom.

With the fall of the Empire, he chose to retire to Hosnian Prime in the Hosnian system. But what is a droid without a purpose? When the First Order rebuilt its fleet and became a threat, he couldn't help himself. Bait returned to the service and now serves as an infiltrator in the New Republic military.

Name: Anthos Osis

Race: Sylthe

Gender: Male

Appearance: As seen above but with flowers and vines as hair. The flowers are able to change color and form based on his mood. His skin is an emerald green color and his eyes are a subtle beige. He wears a chameleon suit native to his people that are normally worn for dance based fighting.

Affiliation: New Republic

Weight/Height: 5'4" (1.6 meters)

Personality: Anthos is very calm most of the time or he at least appears to be. If you know how to read his flowers you can see his true emotions. He likes to take things seriously and doesn't like to goof off when he is working. Though during his free time he can be more outgoing. Anthos isn't a pacifist like most of his people. He won't fight if he thinks there is a better way but will react if necessary.

Backstory: His family was part of the Old Republics forces. When it was destroyed his family kept fighting in any way they could. This caused him to be raised in constant battle. When the New Republic was formed his family made him join. He rather not fight but he couldn't disobey his families wishes.
In the New Republic, they decided to use his pheromone ability in negotiations because most other races didn't know of his races. Plus, because of his skill in battle, he was also used as a body guide. This made it where he was able to protect an advisor and maybe influence a negotiation without other races knowing.

Sexuality: Bisexual

Weapons: Bo-Rifle

Force training/abilities: Anthos has no force training but his species has abilities that are very similar to the force. He is able to release pheromones that allow him to influence others. These pheromones can make people feel any emotion he choices but the person has to be able to smell them for them to work. It also allows him to speak to plants that are near him through his pheromones. He also has powerful telepathy which allows him to speak to his relatives from great interstellar distances.

Occupation/rank: Negotiator/ Body Guard

Relationships: He has a few relatives in the New Republic and back on his home planet.

Skills: Other than his abilities he can perform a lethal "war dance" called Sholân Kha. The Sholân Kha is a deadly martial arts technique native to his people and also a beautiful dance. He also is skilled in using multiple types of weapons. Though he has mastered the use of his Bo-Rifle. He has even been able to integrate it into his Sholân Kha.

Weaknesses: His metabolism required high quantities of water, and an extended exposition to an arid climate could be lethal. Plus, his flowers can be used against him if people know what the colors mean.

Strengths: His force like abilities gives him an upper hand when needed and his mastery of the Sholân Kha and Bo-Rifle makes him a formidable foe.

Name- Veyti

Age- 14 ABY, 20 years of age.

Race- Arkanian Offshoot

Gender- Female

Appearance- Veyti, as an Arkanian Offshoot, has stark white skin and hair with white eyes and blueish white irises. She's lithe and well toned, but not bulky in her musculature. She stands at a shorter stature than most, only just hitting 5 feet tall. She's known to move gracefully among most any situation, moving through the different terrains as easily as she can move through crowds, rarely slowing and never showing any signs of being encumbered or having any detriment.

When not in uniform she often wears simple clothes, a sleeveless undershirt with a vest over the top as well as simple pants and boots. When in uniform, what she lacks in height is made up by the sheer intimidation of her outfit.

Affiliation- First Order

Heaight and Weight- 5', 92 lbs.

Personality-
  • Off Duty- Veyti is carefree, usually jovial and not often seen in a bad mood. Her off duty personality was noteworthy among many First Order troopers she knew because despite outranking them, she was often easily approachable and friendly. She rarely judges others and is accepting of most people in general, not holding the xenophobic traits often seen in the old Imperial or current First Order Ranks. She can also be fairly competitive, and doesn't mind a good chance to show off her skills in comparison to another.
  • On Duty- Decisive and unerring in her choices, Veyti usually carries out her missions to a 'T' and only diverts if she can see a notable advantage in changing tactics. While her rigidity in combat may seem flawed, it's actually because she's exceptional in planning prior to a mission and rarely has anything go wrong that forces her to change plans. In a chaotic situation, however, she just as easily make addendums to her plans and can act on the fly when it's required. She is still friendly and jovial to an extent towards her friends or to people green in the field.

History and Background- Veyti is the daughter of an extensively long line of Arkanian Offshoot generations that had long, long ago been exiled from their homeworld. Their people had, in time, become stranded on the outer rim world of Shira, and often clashed with the more numerous and far more deadly K'aarg. It would be in 6 BBY that an expeditionary force of the Empire would arrive on the planet with plans to mine the planet's resources.

At this point the Arkanian's of Shira would have nearly been eradicated by the K'aarg, so when tension rose between the Empire and the K'aarg the Arkanian's took their chance and launched their own bid for survival, joining forces with the Empire and seeing the K'aarg run into the wilds of the planet. With a new ally and order formed, the Arkanian's of Shira established a habdful of small cities around the Imperial mining systems, forming small colonies. For the Arkanians, their survival was now ensured, and for the Empire, they had reliable guides that knew the areas well. It didn't take long for the Arkanian's to begin to join the forces of the Empire, many having no understanding of what had happened throughout the rest of the galaxy, and only knowing the Empire to be their savior.

After the fall of the Empire, those that would become the First Order retreated to the outer rim and in 6 ABY Shira became a notable planet for the hidden remnants of the Empire. In this time the Arkanian's of Shira flourished with their new allies, their lives having only ever improved since the arrival of the Imperial forces twelves years prior. Eight years later would see the birth of Veyti.

Brought up by parents who had lived through the oppression of the K'aarg, Veyti knew that her soft life and loving childhood only existed due to what was now known as the First Order. While she had a lot of childish fantasies as to what she wanted to be when she grew up, ultimately she settled on one career path over all, to join the First Orders ranks. Beginning to 'train' before she ever applied for their ranks, Veyti made a point to become the fastest, toughest and strongest kid in her housing division.

When she begin training, Veyti quickly made a point to stand out from the rest of her classmates, pushing herself harder than most candidates had been seen to do. Coupled with her extensive studying and personal training, it was a poit of pride and little surprise when she was isolated for further specialised training along side another recruit, Markis, who became a friend and competitive rival of Veyti.

Both would become go on to become First Order Advanced Reconnaissance Scouts(Also known as FOARS) and undergo a handful of missions before an unexpected and shocking betrayal by Markis, whose defection to the Resistance not only compromised a facility, but led to a number of deaths of soldiers Veyti herself had known from their training days. Furthermore, due to their 'closeness'. Veyti came under scrutiny for his actions. In both a bid for revenge as well as to prove her loyalty to the First Order, Veyti volunteered to go on an extended mission to track down Markis and put him down. While it was certainly not standard, the opportunities that Veyti's offer carried were too good to pass up, and her regular missions required a FOARS partner, one they couldn't supply at the time anyhow.

With the First Order agreeing, stating that while it was an official mission, they would not let her go as an official FOARS member, but allowed her access to an armory of aged weapons and equipment.

With that the girl set off in the name of the Order that had saved her people, intent on doing right by them.

Sexuality- Bisexual

Weaponry- An aged and heavily modified DC-15A blaster adjusted for greater power and range at the cost of rounds per cartridge. It has also been equipped with a scope and rangefinder, and the stock and grip are connected and made of ebony wood. At the expense of it's increased capabilities, Veyti's blaster can only fire 25 shots before she needs to swap out the cartridge.

A long barreled DC-17 blaster pistol modified for higher power with a seven shot revolving cylinder system.

Veyti also carries a karambit styled vibroknife.

Gear- While usually travelling in her plain clothes, Veyti has an older model armor she's adopted for her mission. It's largely as shown, but lacks the 'claws' and comes with an attached hood and kama. While it is aged, it retains a sensor scrambling technology and the face plate filters the air to ensure it's breathable for Veyti while it's visor's HUD offer lowlight and thermal vision options.

Veyti also carries an encrypted IFF Identification Card that can be scanned by almost any First Order or Imperial Remnant system that denotes her an ally.

Force Powers- None

Rank- First Order Advanced Reconnaissance Scout, Specialist Sergeant.

Relationships- Veyti's mother and father both still live on Shira. She is hunting an old friend and ally, who was perhaps something more than friends once, by the name of Markis.

Skills- Veyti is skilled in hand to hand combat, melee weaponry as marksmanship due to her diligent training with the First Order. While she scored high in all counts, her size means that she's often at disadvantage against similarly well trained larger and stronger individuals. Ultimately Veyti is an exceptional shot, and isn't one to be counted out in a close quarters scrape.

Her training also saw to it that she became skilled in stealth and infiltration, and attuned her 'inner compass' meaning that she rarely gets lost with her good sense of direction.

Weaknesses- Veyti knows little of the galaxy outside of her homeworld and the history they've had with the Empire. Furthermore her smaller frame, despite her training, can at times be a hindrance. She's also notably confrontational at times, leading to more trouble than necessarily needed.

Strengths- Veyti is often able to use her smaller stature to lure many an unknowing opponent into a false sense of security. Her intense training has also made her less susceptible to techniques meant to sway her mind, be they force or chemical based. She is incredibly tenacious in her serious dealings and is generally quite perceptive.

- Princess Anna Maria was born into a royal household. She grew up in the royal household until one day the household took a trip to a nearby planet. Her parents got attacked by stormtroopers. She and her brothers and sisters were captured and interrogated for information by the Empire. They were rescued by a team of Jedi, one of them having short curly black hair, who later on turned to the dark side later on. She was introduced to her rescuers, and was trained by many of them, even a couple of padawans.

He is a tall, well-built and scruffy man who wears tattered clothing mostly, mainly including trench coats

5'11 and coming in about 150lbs

Personality: William is the very definition of a bounty hunter. He will do anything at the end of the day for credits, as his role as a bounty hunter. He also has a love for drink and Sabbak, which he has an unsually good luck at. He also has an unusual tendency to get what he wants during negotiations (and that's not by putting a gun to someone's forhead)

William grew up in the sprawling moon world on Nar Sharda. He grew up with a poor family and had to provide for himself, as his mother and father didn't care for him. So, he began to do two things: Play Sabak and began training with a blaster. His playing of Sabak was the first thing he did and he had an unusual knack for winning. This obviously upseted many who tried to kill him. However, he didn't squander his money, and had bought an old E-11 Blaster Rifle and trained with it, soon quickly dispatching of them. Soon, after a few more wins in Sabak, he was able to purchase his personal ship, a Barracuda Heavy Fighter, which he renamed Maria. He spent it well and soon, after a partnership agreement with the Hutts, they jointly began construction on the Nal Qui space station orbiting the world of Teth. See, Teth was a world right on two major hyperspace routes and the current hope is that once it's built, hopefully it will bring in much revenue and possibly could begin the colonization of Teth, which could be quite profitable. Until then, William will do what he does best: bounty hunting

- Personality : A jokester... Of sorts... Finds humor in listening to faction broadcasts.
- Backstory : Grant loved to fix things. Especially walkers. His great great great great grandfather would always ask him to help him restore their Achilles Battle Tripod. This caught the attention of the Galactic Republic who struck up a deal to help restore the Walker at the cost of something important in value. Grant's grandfather refused and was consequently executed in front of Grant. Grant ran inside the building that held the walker and hastily read it's manual then began to start it up. The group of people who executed Grant's grandfather got a taste of their own medicine when Grant was able to vaporize them with the Tripod Walker's Heat Ray. (Grant is currently a part of a coalition organization that fights for either side.)
