When she does break her shell, she likes to tease other women and flirt with them, regardless if she fails or not. Behind the wheel, she doesn't talk and tries to be as calm as possible to maximize her driving skill. She despises the stereotypical "girly stuff" and loathes wearing dresses and heels, going with a suit instead.

Biography
Tatsuki, nickname Saki to those around her, was a bit of an oddball for the average girl. While the other girls were interested in stuff like dolls, make up and other stuff, she had found cars to be her thing, a thing which surprised the guys in her class. Following the discovery of her interest, her dad and mom showed her some of the ropes on how cars worked. Eventually, she started street racing herself and earned lots of cash immediately after obtaining her license and upon hearing about the festival, she decided to test out her abilites against others.

Biography
Born a Japanese American, Haruka was one of a small group of girls that had a growing interest in cars. She was the only girl in her group that was bisexual, the others straight which caused her to be set apart from the others in the group. Her interests and sexuality caused her to be looked down upon by her parents and friends outside the group, so she left them behind and decided to become a racer, eventually leading the group from the ground up and making a name for herself. Being dared to take part in HIN, she didn't back down and actually managed to win, much to the surprise of her group mates. Now, 3 years later (she was 18 when she won) she returns to mentor the new potential HIN racers
