Hello there! If you've clicked on this post that means you either know of Heavy Object, made a misclick or your life is horribly spinning out of control. Regardless, welcome! For those of you still not familiar with Heavy Object and struggling to find the back button, I'll give a quick recap of the premise. In the semi-distant future nearly all warfare has been relegated by new political powers to the use of Objects, which are massive, generally spheroid, mobile artillery installations which can operate in almost any condition imaginable. These objects are maintained by their mobile maintenance battalions, which are more often than not engaged in combat in the grand strategy of Object warfare. In the battalion of the Object "Baby Magnum" are two professional idiots by the names of Quenser Barbotage, a working engineering student and aspiring Object designer, and Heivia Winchell, a member of the nobility looking to serve his time in a safe military position to boost his status. These two somehow manage to luck their way through every engagement and are instrumental in destroying enemy Objects, much to the relief and annoyance of Milinda Brantini, the pilot of Baby Magnum, and Froleytia Capistrano, the commanding officer.
The goal of this RP would be to dump our OCs into the world of Heavy Object and have them interact with the canon cast or operate on their own in a similar war comedy fashion to the original story line. If you're interested or curious, please drop a comment below. Thanks!
