SODOM HIERARCHY
Going to use this to create a rough structure of all the Gangs/Organizations in Sodom.

"King of Sodom"
The metaphorical ruler of Sodom, and it's underworld.

"Council of Sodom"
The ruling council of Sodom, comprised of nominated members of the public. They are essentially the 'official' government of Sodom.

"Sodom Police Department (S.P.D)"
The primary police force throughout all of Sodom.

"Sodom's Supernatural Bureau (S.S.B)"
A branch-unit of the SPD. The S.S.B specifically focus on crimes relating to the supernatural. They basically handle all cases to do with Children of Bera.

"The Triad"
The Triad underwent a transformation during Baok's ascension to King of Sodom. But they were one the three oldest, and most respected criminal factions to exist in Sodom, and are still regarded with appropriate fear & respect.

CRIMINAL FACTIONS
Will only be including the old concepts I like for gangs...

Criminal Sponsors
The underworld activities are all regulated, and maintained through these individuals. Criminal Sponsors often keep their identity unknown, yet it's not secret that they all likely hold high places in Sodom. They are also essential to any criminal affiliation hoping to make it anywhere. Thus, just about every gang or criminal organization answer to one of these Sponsors. While the criminal sponsors may regulate how gangs operate, they are greatly beneficial. Giving access to tools that will prove essential (they can help you out of legal trouble, tip you off on things & fund your operations). The Criminal Sponsors have little to no affiliation with each other, but they all follow a set of rules which they believe is vital in keeping the underworld activities from seeing the light of day.​

"Head of the Monkey" - Current concept: A criminal syndicate disguised as a school for martial arts essentially. The leader is going to be a monkey with human intelligence, or human with the body of a monkey. Either way, around Sodom he is famed and respected for his skill in multiple forms of martial arts, and the pioneering of multiple forms of his own. (The guy's whole move-set revolves around martial arts/physical attacks). He uses his teaches, and public fame to attract people from across Sodom to his schools. A secret selection process takes place among these schools, and ideal candidates are selected among the students: those selected are typically becoming involved in the criminal syndicate that operates behind the scenes. Selected candidates that fail to live up to standards, or fail to obey they are often killed off in 'mysterious' circumstances. Because of their recruiting process, they are going to be one of the most widespread organizations within the underworld hierarchy of Sodom.

"Crown Cartel" - A crime syndicate of sorts,my idea for this group being they are essentially the descendants/remnants of an old, and once highly respected & powerful organization of Sodom which over recent years has been on a steady down slope mostly as a result of the formation of their primary competition the 'White Dragon Company'. (May place this with triad description)

"White Dragon Company" - This organization is going to be the result of what happens within ‘Hotel De Luz’ when the co-owner attempts to detach from the Crown Cartel and form its own criminal syndicate. The White Dragon Company will probably be made up of former Crown Cartel allies and is led by the previous co-owner of Hotel De Luz (insert name)

"Syndicate of Lot" - The Syndicate of Lot is something of an info-broker organization, who own upwards of 70% of the nightclubs within the 'Vaeva Babaeda' ward. Low-ranking members of Black Lotus work in the less known/wealthy nightclubs, where the high-ranking members operate in the higher-end nightclubs etc.

"Food Critics" - A league of high classed individuals of Sodom, this organization is VERY selective of its members. Not only must one have a high reputation solely within the region The Golden City, which in itself is an extreme feat. Not only this, those who join are henceforth members for life and will be given new responsibilities. One of these being to swear utmost secrecy of their works, meaning very little is known of this organization's activities besides the fact they hold weekly night ‘meetings’ that are never held in the same place twice. Little does the Golden City know, is that this group of selective individuals are actually cannibals. Who bask in the act of carefully choosing their prey - and then dismembering them to begin an almost ritualistic-like feast within the seclusion of their meetings.

And while it may come as a surprise to some, despite their nature as Cannibals they are by no means allies to the ‘Vampire Family’(Change name wants we’ve given the family an actual name..). In fact they are actually bitter enemies, who fight over both social status & ‘livestock’.

"Brothers N' Arms" - A group of weapon fanatics, of course their line of ‘business’ isn’t exactly the most accepted throughout The Golden City. These Black Market weapon dealers are good at their jobs, and when tipping off the right people in the right places something like a little illegal weapon dealing goes right under the radar. Brothers N’ Arms is exactly that, the members treat each other's like brothers and they all deal in all kinds of weaponry. It’s safe to say that anyone outside of SPD who owns a gun bigger than your everyday handgun comes from Brothers N’ Arms. They have allegiances to the scrappers and often keep themselves neutral in all affairs. Afterall bitter rivalries are what make them money.

"The Brotherband" - Brotherband are a group of bounty hunters or ‘hitmen’, being more like ‘specified’ mercenaries they rarely deal in anything else other than blood for cash. Most of its members consist of ex-world government soldiers, ex-police and even the occasional nutter. Other than that not much can be said for the Brotherband, beside they do their job well and have a rather distaste for their counterpart mercenary group ‘The Crimson Brotherband’. However, unlike their counterparts they are not in the best of standings with SPD, with many members of the Brotherband being Wanted - the Brotherband is typically hired by other criminal organizations.

"Crimson Brotherband" - The counterpart offspring organization of the ‘Brotherband’, however unlike their counterparts The Crimson Brotherband are almost like a big family - members treat each other with respect and follow a type of ‘honor code’ when carrying out their work. They are mercenaries for hire, and do a multitude of jobs from labor to security work; and are in quite good standing with the ‘SPD’ due to being responsible for bringing down many underground illicit activities.

"Royal Cutthroats" - Perhaps one of the smallest criminal groups in Sodom to date, the 'Royal Cutthroats’ are a small group of highly sophisticated individuals who carry out assassinations throughout Sodom - ‘The Royalty Sector’ being their primary location of executing these operations. Their motivations, connections and employers are unknown and while many suspect the upper class of the Royal Sector to be the culprits for this group's existence, there is not yet enough evidence to back these claims. They are however considered to be quite a threat due to their inept ability to get away with all of their assassinations with little trace to go off; none of their members have been revealed as of yet.

"Order of Crows" - The ‘Order of Crows’ is an organized cultist group which formed from the ashes of its predecessor ‘The Brotherhood of the Crow’ after the death of its former leader. Instead, the “Order of Crows” is lead by the remaining members of the ‘Black Court’ who now control all matters within the cult. Their beliefs are documented to some degree, however there is little about their ‘belief’ that anyone knows about. Only that they once revered their previous leader, who was known infamously as ‘The Black Crow’ and they often performed frequent kidnappings and rituals across all of Sodom. Their motivations or goals being a complete mystery, and they operate under utter secrecy - with some conspiracies going as far as to say they have infiltrated important government positions. They are also known to have some kind of rivalry with the ‘Bone Triad’.

New/Upcoming Gangs without a Sponsor
"Bone Triad" - A group of feral, filthy, almost tribal like men. They're the equivalent of wild dogs. They respect none, but know to fear certain groups in the city. They're main concern is territory, and obtaining more resources. The often go hunting together, and when they kill someone they put every part of them to good use. Even the bones, which they fashion into armor, and weapons. Due to opposing beliefs, they also have a severe distaste for the ‘Order of Crows’ and the two are often at odds with each other.

"Baro's Boys" - A somewhat ‘petty’ gang, they don’t deal much in black market business or distributing illegal goods, and instead prefer to keep to their own small bit of territory where they extort the locals to get by the easy way. They are not considered to be the most fierce nor ruthless gang out there, however are also not to be taken with a grain of salt. Their leader is ‘Baro’, who is a genetically enhanced human with the traits of a Gorilla.

"Mad Mutts" - Never wrote an official description for this...Though I did have a concept for their leader, who is THE 'Mad Mutt'.

"The Blazed Horsemen" - Hyper biking enthusiasts, the only requirement to join being to love your bike more than yourself. Members weaponize their bikes to prove superiority on the road, and are always looking for the next & best upgrades to rig their ride. The gangs fighting tactics often consist of being mounted on their bikes, alone they are quite dangerous, but in groups; they own the streets they ride.

"Hell City Rejects" - The main player faction for the rp which won't officially form until someway through the Cold Gate arc. Hell City Rejects is going to be led by my OC, and their sponsor (who they will actually already have before the rp starts) is going to be one of Solly's characters.
