While exuding a confident and arrogant outlook, Dante remains detached and apathetic to those he meets and is acquainted with. It’s very rare for him to divulge in feelings or interests as he often tries to have minimal contact as possible unless he deems them worthy of his time. For those who has broken through his tough barriers, Dante proves to be a little prankster with mischievous glints in his eyes. His smirks and his laughs are generally after he has done something completely insane or just ridiculously childish. He’s rather fun, lighthearted, and easy going to those who are close enough to him. His daring features makes him fun to be around yet hard to maintain the friendship. Dante constantly gets into trouble for drinking, smoking, ditching, and being unstable to be around at times. His charisma entices females but unlike many others, Dante really isn’t all that interested in a relationship. He is the hit it and quit it kind of guy and many girls just bore him to death. His attitude towards female may seem misogynistic but to Dante, relationship is like a game and it gets boring quick. He believes he has no time for a relationship and isn’t really looking to settle down either. One of the more positive traits about Dante is his willingness to protect others. Although he isn’t one shining knight on a white horse to rescue a damsel in distress, Dante doesn’t like bullies or unfair fights. His chivalry only extends to help in fights where the numbers on either side are uneven.
Always getting into fights, Dante has a short fuse causing him to be easily irritable at people making him snap and instead of words, he reacts with violence. Fighting used to be his breather, a way for him to release stress and lift up the weight off his shoulders. However, ever since he joined the soccer team and his coach has deemed him a liability, Dante has refrained himself from getting into fights but don’t push him too much, old habits die hard. This also connects to his reckless nature, the ‘action before thinking’ part has landed him in jail for interrogation or the hospital. This certain part of his personality has led many to believe that he’s dangerous and causes them to become wary of him. It doesn't help that he doesn't suppress the rumors because...they're quite true so stories just build upon itself. Besides his hot-headedness, Dante is always seen unmotivated about school and work. Things outside of soccer doesn’t interests him much and he doesn’t pay too much attention to them. Schoolwork gets left behind when he’s busy practicing and working but he gets it done…with enough dedication that he hasn’t been expelled yet. Although academic probation happens pretty often, it has become an accepting part of his life.
Appearance:
Dante stands 6’2 often fitting in with his teammates or awkwardly looking down on smaller people. He has a muscular build through years of sports and regular visits to the gym. Dante has a sharp chiseled jaw line complimenting his five o’clock shadow when he’s too lazy to shave. His nose bridge is tall and sharp giving him the overall mysterious countenance that attracts females like bees to honey. His eyes are almond shape with defined eyebrows that highlights his striking resemblance to his father. Dante’s mother blessed him with his greyish blue hues that contrasts with the dark limbal ring around the iris. His lips are a natural mixture of peach and red shades which are usually chapped. He prefers to keep his slightly wavy short dark brown hair gelled back to give him a slick appearance or really to keep his hair out of his face while he plays soccer.
Since fashion isn’t really his domain and though Dante will never admit it, his sister buys him most of his clothes and shoes which consists of long sweaters for the winter and different shades of denim jeans. He prefers the regular straight ones as opposed to the skinny jeans which is just too tight at awkward places. His closet mainly consists of different types of t shirts such as crew necks, v necks, and various of dark shades to the only lighter one which is white. He does take likings in wearing dress shirts with his jeans and has various different styles of those as well. Dante has a total of six pairs of shoes. Three pairs of NIKE running shoes, one pair of black sandals, and two pair of black dress shoes. He rarely is seen prancing around in suits unless it’s a special occasion or he has a presentation that day.
Background:
Dante Armando Caruso was born from an American mother, Rachael Caruso and an Italian father, Alessandro Caruso. Born and raised in Italy until he was two, Dante moved to America soon after. He doesn’t remember much about his life in Italy nor can he speak fluent Italian to impress women. His Italian phrases mainly consists of curse words he learned from his father or short phrases such as I’m hungry. Though that isn’t to say his father didn’t try his hardest to teach Dante how to read, write, and speak Italian, it was just because the boy’s disinterest left him falling asleep or dozing off every time.
Once in America, his parents settled in Seattle, Washington to start a new life. They saved enough money to buy an Italian restaurant and after years, it became popular enough for them to open two more chains of the same restaurant. Though they are not loaded with cash, they earn enough for Dante to grow up with more privileges and advantages than others. Since he was young, Dante demonstrated his aloof nature and his boredom in everything but soccer and piano although the latter was overshadowed by the former. The way people move, cooperate, and score goals in the game compelled him to start practicing on his own. His parents let him take up the sport hoping it would help him make friends only for Dante to be kicked out of the team for beating up a teammate. By the time he was four, Dante was blessed with a younger brother, Lorenzo Caruso, whom he immediately took under his wing and grew protective of. Another sister, Valentina Aria Caruso joined the family when Dante was six which made Dante busy enough that he wasn’t going around getting into trouble. Though he wasn’t able to join teams, Dante still practiced soccer on his own and made his two siblings join him. They are possibly the only few soft spots this man has and he would do anything for them. Well…almost anything. Though his middle school and high school career has been rocky, his parents realized that he has somewhat of a potential to succeed.
When cornered and under pressure, Dante’s brain actually works and he performs well as seen when soccer is used as a threat. Since Dante requires constant overlooking for him to excel in his studies, his parents gave up on their eldest and gave him an ultimatum. He could either attend a University and graduate with any degree while playing soccer or work at his father’s restaurant with no time for soccer. At the university, Dante somehow became infamous for the taking and dumping girls making many want to tame him and make him settle down. However, no one can tame the player, or at least, not yet.

Relationship towards character: Lorenzo is Dante’s younger brother. Lorenzo calls him his rival but Dante took care of him since he was very young. They have a very close relationship and Lorenzo often calls Dante at least once a day to check up on his bro. This is done often at night before Dante heads off to bed. If any unknown prank calls are received, they’re also mainly from Lorenzo. Lorenzo often visits his brother at the university biweekly.

Harrison is probably Dante's closest friend at the university. Harrison is always over at his dorm hanging out, listening to music, or playing soccer together. Since he's the goalie and the other captain for their team, Dante respects him a lot and probably one of the few people Dante listens to or cares about. They have a joking relationship where Dante feels completely at ease with him and they often play pranks or gets each other into trouble.
Personality: Unlike his promiscuous friend, Harrison is extremely faithful and he tends to fall for the wrong female. However, his optimistic and joyful persona tends to attract many good or bad. Harrison is extremely easy going and rarely angry unless constantly provoked. Being a goalie, he has good insight and uses it to to his advantage. Behind his happy facade, Harrison is quite manipulative and it's easy for him to provoke people to do things he wants them to. He's quite clever and maintains a high 3.8 GPA as a Pharmacology major.
