Welcome to Clear Water
Clear Water, a small seaside town, has always been a quiet town where the folk know each other and trouble is something of myths and legends. There has never been a major storm here, no murders or crimes. Everything is calm and peaceful. For the young folk of Clear Water this is a rather dull existence, and they long for more. For something new and exciting to happen in their dull life.
With the dawn of a new year things have begin to change for Clear Water. New folk have been moving to the town and with them new ways of life. Along with the new blood in town changes in the weather have also come. It has been raining more then in past years and some of the elderly claim a storm is brewing. Will the folk of Clear Water learn to except the new ways or will this storm be the end of them and the town?
