Personality: Orien appears to have a positive attitude at all times, chatting with anyone within earshot and nodding along to all conversations. His smiles and laughter appear genuine and draw anyone in, including his master Hardeep, with whom he shared a bed with for some time before the dragon rider grew bored of him. Orien did not allow this to dampen his mood for very long, as he knew his place. He was to serve the Passis, no questions asked. He was a slave after all, a servant. She lived and severed the riders that had taken from her her home, her family, her life. They had stolen her purpose and her will and had tried to break her.
She did not know how to be a slave, raised in wealth before. But she does remember how to resist the masters, as her parents had so valiantly before. That much they have not managed to break from her. She serves the Makhai household and is considered troublesome by all.

As a result, he is a very obedient person who wants to save his own skin first before anyone else's and can be seen as greedy and selfish as a result. He has a soft spot for others however, especially people who do not bow to the pressures of others. He admires them greatly and if he does become friends with them, dotes on them and is loyal as a dog.
