I guess whatever weaknesses Deathstroke had in canon? It's weird that the wikia doesn't really get into weaknesses, even on Supes' page. He does have a sense of honor in this iteration though, which may or may not be used against him.
Personality:
Deathstroke's all business, always have been, always will be. In this iteration, he's yet to start his family, so his life is work, and so is his pleasure. A man should take pride in his work after all, even if it's in the business of ending other lives. Sticking by a sort of honor code, Slade Wilson judiciously plans and scouts against every one of his targets, whether they be Justice League members or street thugs, before executing his preparations with lightning speed. Usually men realized that they were being hunted was when his swords erupt from their chests, or their bodies peppered by bullets.
Bio: (Picking up right after Godkiller)
After a few years in the field, Wilson's reputation was such that even the Olympian gods began seeking his services. Hephaestus, the god of craftsmanship on Olympus, sought him out for a contract. Evidently his employer wished the death of a certain Titan by the name of Lapetus. The craftsman god began explaining the situation to him, but Wilson interrupted the deity; he couldn't care less why the Titan needed to be killed, all he needed to know was that his pay was good. After verification of the payment, Hephaestus loan Slade the Godkiller, a magical sword to dispatch the Titan. So the Terminator set out, and made good on his name. However, apparently Superman and Wonder Woman didn't take kindly to the extrajudicial killing, and sought to detain him. Using Godkiller though, Deathstroke managed to fight off both of the heroes and return to Hephaestus for his payment. A part of him wanted to readjust the terms to include Godkiller, but a deal was a deal, and he wasn't one to go back on his word.
Returning back to earth, Wilson found out that Luthor had been elected president. Not long after, the assassin got the expected call from the Oval Office. Over the next two years, it was open season. Luthor had a lot of people he wanted to shuffle off the mortal coil, and since his money was good, Wilson was more than happy to oblige. The terminator knew he was far from the only assassin Luthor had in his disposal, though he was certainly one of, if not the, most reliable one. Deathstroke only gave enough attention to the city appearing in the middle of Egypt long enough to analyze its apparent threat level, and did not pay much heed to it after Superman flew to it. Rolling in more money than ever, Wilson thought about Godkiller again, and before that, his Promethium Sword, and looked at his dual katanas. They were nice, but they might as well be chopsticks compared to those weapons. He made up his mind; next time a certain bald headed president gave him a call, Wilson would have his own terms to bring to the table for the next job, regardless of the target.

Accelerated Healing: Deathstroke possesses a greatly accelerated healing rate, being able to regenerate massive tissue damages rapidly.
Decelerated Aging: Deathstroke's healing factor also supplies him with a nearly-ageless lifespan.
- Toxic Immunity: Deathstroke's regenerative healing provides him with a enhanced immunity to toxins. When exposed to a dangerous paralyzation toxin, it only weakened Slade from superhuman levels, to normal human levels, rather than instantly paralyze him.
