Sinners are damned souls from hell that spend eternity in perpetual torment for their sins in life. Every so often the King of Hell Lucifer decides to select the most interesting sinners within Hell and sets them loose onto the human world in varying time frames so that he can watch the ensuing chaos for his own amusement. He would eventually call this little pass time the Sinner's Tournament and even offer the winner a reward for entertaining him the most.
As I stated above the tournament is Lucifer's way of relieving boredom within his prison and kingdom. The Sinners are tasked with killing humans in anyway possible however the more complex and entertaining the killings are the more likely Lucifer will bless the sinner with power.
So here's how the killings will go:
1 kill gives you 0.5 percent. This will cover killings that aren't vary descriptive or entertaining.
If Lucifer finds a killing entertaining, or the police response to the killing interesting, he will give the sinner 5 percent power.
For every 10 percent the Sinner's abilities will gain a buff. Either strengthening powers already there or drawing out new powers based on your sin. However all skills will gain a flat buff.
The max percent sinners need will be 100 percent. Once a sinner reachs 100 percent they have completed the quote and must evade capture until the tournament closes. You may continue to kill but it won't buff you further. The main thing for Sinners is to make their kills entertaining for Lucifer. Whichever contestant has the most interesting kills by the end will be declared the winner.
