Sinners Main

Arc 1 - Yin & Yang

Thriving in the world since its first creation, the sins were forged  by their overseer, Lucifer himself, in order to wreak havoc on the world and keep the optimists from becoming ignorant with positivity. They were not originally meant to become destructive beings of evil but rather a reminder of what evil could look like, though  as the world grew and changed their blood ran black with the power they had. It seemed that the sins’ gift to remind everyone of the darkness that lay ahead molded into an appetite to show everyone, to overcome the entire world, to plague it with their corruption.

They abandoned their overseer and each other, scouring the world to riddle it with sinners, with evil, with destruction. Now and again they would cross paths and remind each other to stay calm, to stay away from complete and total corruption of themselves, but never staying with one another long. They were not dependent on each other, in fact, the more often they were together the closer they got to losing control, and if that were to ever happen… well, none of them liked to think about that.

However where there is a Yin there must also be a Yang. As thousands of years went by the overseer of light, Deus, found the sin’s original goal of being a warning fade to a distant memory. In his frustration with Lucifer’s inability to keep his creations in check, Deus created an equal and opposite counter for each sin- the seven heavenly virtues.

These virtues were separated throughout the world in order to find their sin and create peace where the sins created war. They had quite a few thousands years to catch up on their own paths, to attempt to even out the evil and good in the world, and as the virtues begin to take over the world with their prosperous reign, the sins have decided that whether they risk the transformation into uncontrollable chaos  or not they must join together to rid the world of the virtues, believing them to be a temporary shield to a permanent problem. This is where our story begins.

The world wass a dismal place as the sins seemed to be doing more bad than the virtues could do good. It is much easier to push something down the mountain than to carry it up after all, and so it was difficult for the Virtues to reverse thousands of years of terror that the sins ruthless put into place. As time had continued on, though, the virtues have made themselves more and more known to the world- especially to the sins. It is starting to bother everyone that these Virtues are attempting to undo the chaos they so artistically put into place, and a meeting has been set for a few days from now. All the sins will meet up in Las Vegas, Nevada at Lust's apartment, to discuss what to do about these Virtues, but with all seven in one place how can the Virtues not find out?

Margo had woken up some time around noon but not in her own apartment. Never in her own apartment. It was always some man's. She would never remember his name and so she never bothered trying, but she would always remember the look she got when she started leave- it was the same look every time. Don't go. Being the embodiment of Lust was a strange task. She was desired by all which made her job easy, but the demon inside of her difficult. Always clawing at her flesh, always biting at her ribs. She could feel it stirring that morning, as she pulled on the leather mini skirt and the crop top she had adorned last night. Nothing had been ripped this time which was a plus.

She slipped out of the bed, thankful that the man had paid her in advance so she wouldn't have to wake him up and go through the same, pathetic "I love you, don't go" routine as always. None of them loved her anyways, they just loved her body. It was a thing all men seemed to be confused about. Hell, none of them even knew her. She rolled her eyes at the thought of it and pulled on her heels, glancing at herself in the dresser mirror as she started for the door. Her makeup was smudged and so she made quick work of wiping it off entirely. She looked gorgeous with or without it so it didn't matter. She then started for the bedroom door, and felt her heart skip a beat when the mattress springs creaked under shifting weight. Oh Fuck. "Wait!"

"I'm out of here," she muttered, rushing through the door and slamming it shut. "Stay!" she added, and the sound of creaks and groans stopped immediately. She smirked, glad if nothing else that she had her power to keep the boys at bay, before heading out of the apartment complex and walking down the streets of Las Vegas, Sin City, her home away from home. She wasn't quite sure where she was going yet but she knew she'd get their eventually.

Was Calista angry with being summoned half way across the world? Perhaps. Annoyed? Hell yes.

The calling card came to her, early hours in the morning when she was stepping out of the shower with steam masking the bathroom like a sauna. With her body wrapped carefully in a towel, she was about to leave the bathroom when something seemed to enter her mind. There was no voice in her head and no big words like those on a billboard or sign, it was more of a feeling. Las Vegas huh? Well if she was going to fly across the world, she was doing it in style.

Opening the door, she let clouds of steam roll into her penthouse bed room. A little luxurious, but she had the money so why not enjoy it? There was no rainy day to save up for, after all, nothing in the mortal world could help a sin or virtue in any truly useful way. This reminded her of the summon and she mumbled lowly. It wasn't the flight that annoyed her, it was more having to obey that other sin as well as having to sort out all of her business just so she could get to their little meeting. How troublesome,

Pressing the intercom and, after waiting a few seconds, she called sharply "Gaston?"

" Bonjour Mademoiselle, oui?" Came the reply through the little machine.

"Cancel all appointments for the next week and book me a flight, First Class Window seat, to Las Vegas, Nevada for tomorrow. Also, send my breakfast up. I want something sweet this morning."

"Oui, Mademoiselle." And the machine ticked off.

Once left alone to herself again, she let the towel drop to the ground and stepped over it to her walk in wardrobe. She caught a look of herself in the mirror and seemed to admire it for a second. Her body was slender and elegant, curved yet not curvy to be seductive. She was not like Lust. There was a difference between gorgeous and beauty after all.

Pulling on a classy black dress, the female smoothed it out over her body before hearing the door open followed by the sound of trays on the wooden table. Food.

"Bon appetit, mademoiselle" was the greeting as she stepped back into her bedroom.

"No hun you got nothin goin for ya. I  mean look at these cards. Everything's downhill from here might as well give up now." Varina spoke to the man who sat next to her on a plane. He was playing a game of black jack and he was actually doing pretty well for himself but being who Varina was she was never one to see the upside of things. The guy beside her made an almost sigh slash whimper as he exited the game and slumped back in defeat. "There ya go big boy." She said patting his arm before opening the shade on the window to look outside. The Vegas buildings soon came into veiw as the started to make their landing.

So far on her journey from Hawaii to Vegas Varina had caused two men to quit their jobs, a woman to question herself, and now she had made a grown man cry. Overall this trip had so far been worth wild, what she couldn't wait for was the plethora of gambling venues, drunken men gambling on their last cent were all too easy targets. One word and she could make them crumble, she could go through about a hundred people per night. Oh how it felt good to get back to business, of course she caused some trouble in Hawaii but with everyone's good spirits the worst she could do was to make someone late for work.

Of course Varina was summoned and of course that was the last thing she wanted. Being summoned meant work and that was something she didn't feel up for. The jerk of the plane pulled her out of her thoughts and within two hours Varina was out on the Vegas streets. Instead of going where Lust had told her to meet she made her way to the nearest casino and entered. It was like a breath of fresh air. The cigarette smoke, the despair why did she ever leave?

Duncan felt a rush as he dealt out his cursed cards to the three men sitting in front of him. These men would now be addicted to gambling and it felt great to the sin. As they decided on what they would do he looked down at himself for a moment. He wore the casino's uniform but he felt he looked especially dapper compared to everyone else. The black vest and red tie complemented his features nicely. It was one of few outfits that didn't exaggerate how tall and lanky he was. He looked down at his shoes, freshly shined and smiled. He was definitely the sharpest in the room

After the game was done, and his shift over it was about noon. The early shift was always easier work wise because there weren't as many patrons. It was harder on Duncan physically but he could always make up for it that night when he worked the bar. Speaking of which, it was about time he had a drink. He waltzed over to the bar, grabbed a bottle of vodka, downed it and left the casino. His mind a little foggy he began thinking hard to try and remember where he was supposed to go exactly....it had something to do with Lust....

There, in front of the casino he stood, a thoughtful look on his face as he tried to remember where it was Lust lived.

Margo strolled down the sidewalk, tossing a wink here and there to any of the cute humans she took notice of. They all noticed her quite easily so it wasn't difficult to catch someone's eye. And after a wink they would try to follow her but get caught up in some nice human girl instead which was normally how it went down. She had been about to pass a casino when she took notice of someone standing and staring. "And I thought sloth liked to sleep while standing up?" Margo joked, snapping her fingers in Duncan's face. "Tell me, do you have a new vodka cologne or is that just your natural scent these days?" she asked, leaning against the wall and smirking at the looks she was getting. Business was always good around the casinos. Half of the people in them were depressed singles looking for something to brighten their mood and what better person to do that than Lust herself? Except she wasn't particularly in the mood- well, that was a lie. She was always in the mood. Except she wasn't in the mood to have the demon shred its way out of her skin so she figured giving herself a break would be the smartest thing to do. @PenguinFox

Duncan snapped back into reality when fingers were snapped in his face. "Oh, hey. I was just thinking about you." his words ever so slightly slurred. He shrugged his shoulders at her teasing question and smiled. "Little column A, little column B" he said with a chuckle.  "There's nothing wrong with a little inebriation." he added. "So, get any more clients from my direction? Would you know if I did?" he shook his head a little, slightly confusing himself. "I was actually just about to head over to your place, that is once I remembered where that is." he pulled a flask from his back pocket and took a sip, then offered her the small metal container. @McMajestic

Varina was distracted by the euphoric smell of despair, waltzing around the casino as she watched men act like children when the dealer cut them off. That's when she saw him, almost chuckling at the sight. Dear ole gluttony, who would have guessed he end up here though she couldn't be one to judge. She decided to watch for a bit before he got up and left.  Varina knew he was her best chance at finding Lust seeing she had forgotten to actually look up the address.

As most like to think gluttony and sloth went hand in hand, when one came the other was not far behind. Though that was a long time ago and now it seemed ridiculous. She waltz around as she waited for Duncan to appear yet again, growing more impatient by the second. She wondered if she could find a place to lay low but she knew if she wanted to find Lust she would have to wait for Gluttony. Finally, he appeared and Varina went on her way, weaving through the crowds as she tried to keep up. Varina never understood why she had to be the shortest one compared to the others, perhaps ole Lucifer thought it be hilarious but all Varina knew was that it was a pain in her ass.

Finally, she caught up to him only to find Lust. She made in inward groan at her sloth joke before she approached, stuffing her hands in her pockets as she looked at the two. "Please spare the sloth jokes when the actual sloth is here and yes I do like to sleep standing up." She spoke as she pursed her lips, not that she had anything against the others it was simply how she was made, she didn't have the looks of Pride or the charm of Lust she was a couch potato. A joke among humans but sloth had gotten used to it. Shaking off the slurs, deciding just to do what she was sent on this earth to do instead of lingering on things she could not control.

"Oh, my place huh? Did you want to come over early for the full tour?" Margo winked at him, indicating the full tour meant doing things on the furniture rather than admiring it, before a familiar voice cut through her flirtatious thoughts and she took the flask from Duncan, a smile falling over her face at the sight of Sloth. "Oh Var, I always loved how you could laugh at yourself," she said before moving to take a couple swigs of the alcohol she had been offered. She didn't know what it was but she didn't really care to find out. All she knew was that it was strong and that was just the way she liked. "So, my little glutton and my sleepy sloth," she paused long enough to hop on Duncan's back, wrapping on arm around his neck while the other held tight to the flask and continued to drink it down. "What do you say we all head over to my place and we can get a head start on all the business shit we have to take care of and maybe I can get laid by a real monster while we're at it," she added, ruffling Duncan's hair to indicate she was talking about him.

"Var, you can just... sleep through it in the living room," she added with a polite smile. Of course, she knew it was harder to entice a sin but they were certainly more fun to be with than pesky little humans, and it'd been to long since she'd had some real fun. Besides, her demon was starting to get annoying and she figured a little snack would calm it down- or make it grow needier. She wondered if any of the others were as close to bursting as she was. She made a note to bring it up with some sly charmspeak and finished off the flask before tucking into Duncan's back pocket. "Alright, straight ahead and make a right on Elm. It's the fancy apartment complex. You can't miss it," she told them both before looking over to Varina. "So tell me how you've been, Varina. It's been awhile since I've had another girl to chit chat with."

Kiara sat in the Los Angeles International Airport, watching a Japanese news in her phone. She had just reached Los Angeles around two hours ago from an eleven hours flight from Haneda airport in Japan, and she is now waiting to change flight to Las Vegas after having her meal. She smirked at the title of the news, humans are so easily to be tricked by her lies and acting. Their kindness is what would bring doom to them, and what she used to create chaos. The news is reporting about her temporary retirement as an idol, with the reason that she is terrified by the crazy fans and wished to live peacefully for now. She remembered the act she put up at that time, it really looked as if she is terrified of something. The acting ability she copied from some actress is one of her greatest weapons, and helped her to escape suspicions in a lot of her evil doings.

Honestly, that is just a lie she made up in her press conference a few days ago. The real reason she retired temporary was of course to go for the meeting of the Sins, she just wants to cause another chaos before she left for the meeting and she had successfully made the media and her so called fans to start blaming each other. The crazy fans was her doing as well, she used her sin power to make her die hard fans that had met her personally go certain extent to attain something. Then when it all ended and the die hard fans started to blame her, they are all treated like crazy fans and a psycho that misinterpreted her words of encouragement for their desires. The face the die hard fans made when they was deemed to be psychotic, were priceless in her opinion and she could not get enough of them.

A few minutes had passed and it is finally boarding time for her flight, she walked up to the airplane and to her first class seat. This flight from Los Angeles to Las Vegas is only for another hour, and she most likely will be able to meet up with Lust within two hours time. She is quite excited, to meet the other Sins that she had not met for a long time. Kiara started to hum one of her songs, while looking out the window as the plane departs.

Varina looked over at Margo and sighed as she 'joked' about sleeping with Duncan. "Thanks for your...consideration." She was already extremely tired from the flight but even though she liked being around other sins Lust just seemed to take it out of her. She knew it wasn't her fault, it was just how she was created. Looking over at Duncan to see his expression when Lust made the comment about sleeping with him.

With a sigh she started walking in a rather fast pace, for her. Looking over at Margo when she asked what she was up to. Now this almost made her laugh... almost. "I've been sleeping. What else?" Varina didn't understand what Margo was truly asking though she knew if she didn't give the right answer Margo would just tell her. She watched others as they walked, keeping her head down. She was always amazed how humans wore all their emotions on their face with no fear, especially when they were around Lust. For goodness sake they were like an open book. She almost felt sorry for the poor saps.

"Full tour huh? You know I can last pretty much forever right? The whole gluttony and wanting more thing? Or did your sex addled mind forget that?" Duncan said with a smirk. He looked over as Margo spoke someone else's name and saw Var. "Hey, still fighting the good fight I presume?" he said with a knowing smile. No sooner had he finished his sentence that Margo had jumped on his back and wrapped her arms tightly around his neck. Being slightly tips and not expecting the sudden increase in weight caused Duncan to almost fall over but he managed to regain his balance and stand up straight. He grabbed her legs to support her and smirked as he noticed some jealous glances. He began taking a couple weary steps forward, gauging how much he needed to compensate for his current sate and added extra weight. "You're so considerate Margo." he said with a chuckle at her plan for Varina.

Duncan began moving, more confidently now, in the direction Margo directed, walking at an average pace. He listened to the girls talk and tried to focus on the directions, he was afraid of trying to multitask. @Aio @McMajestic

Calista Du Couteau

Pride

The day for the flight to Las Vegas was pushed to later that day. Gaston had casually reminded her that she had a show to attend, one she could not miss, near the end of the week in New York so she wanted to get the meeting over and done with as soon as possible.

By midday, she was already packed and was boarding with phone in hand. Upon being lead to her seat, she took out her lapto and started working on finding out where Lust lived... Or wherever she went to in the mornings. In the evenings, she was probably everywhere but. All around her, she could feel the people squirm and sink into their chairs as if they were having the life sucked out right of them. Tch weaklings.

Upon landing in Las Vegas by night, she stepped off the plane almost immediately feeling the presences of three other sins. One was undoubtedly lust, the other two... Gluttony and Sloth perhaps? Wonderful...not. In all honesty, she was not looking forward to meeting her fellow sins. Unlike some of them, Pride had prefered to stay away from the group for her own reasons.

She took the first cab she saw and headed into town to where Lust lived. All around, people stared at her, with both wonder and fear.. Mostly fear. Good. She hadn't lost her touch on the streetlings. After about 15 mins, she stopped outside Lusts house but did not sense any of the sins present in the complex of apartments...was she early?

Kiara walked out of the Las Vegas airport giddily, and felt that four other sins is already in this city. Looks like she is a little late to the party, but at least she is not the last one to arrive. She then called a taxi as soon as she saw one, but got a look from the driver as if questioning if she have enough money. The driver gave another look as she informed the driver where she is going, since the part of the city where Lust live in is where the casinos and bars are at. She rolled her eyes, not like the driver can see as she is wearing a sunglasses but it doesn't mean that she is one even if she looks like a middle school kid.

Kiara took some money from her wallet, and shoved it to the driver telling him to start driving. By the looks on that driver's face, she gave more money than she should have gave for the service but she doesn't mind. Simpleton, changing his mind because of some money. That is one of the reason why humans are easy to manipulate, they would go crazy just for money. Funny how humans could be destroyed by the system they created, they were the ones who created the money system long ago and they are the ones suffer from it.

As Kiara arrived near where Lust live, a grin is shown in her face. She gave a little more money to the driver as a tip, and saluted to him with two fingers and a wink hidden by her sunglasses before stepping out of the taxi. The driver was overjoyed and gladly helped her to bring her luggage down from the car, it is just a small one and she doesn't really need help but she let him do it since she liked the feeling of being served like a VIP. She then started walking towards where Lust's apartment is, but only felt the presence of only one Sin. Maybe the other three had went to a party somewhere, like a bar or casino.

Pride was the first of the Sins she saw, standing outside of the building like she had just arrived too. She walked up to her, standing right beside her then took off her glasses with one hand and making another salute with two fingers winking at the beautiful woman. "Bonjour, mademoiselle Pride! Or should I say, mademoiselle Du Couteau?" She greeted her cheerfully, using some French words. She remember seeing her in some fashion magazines, and is a quite successful model. Of course, with her beauty she could even be Miss Universe in Kiara's opinion.

Margo rolled her eyes at the short answer and shook her head at Varina. "Really, that's all you've been doing in the last thousand years? No cute humans to talk about, no destruction?" She rested her chin on Duncan's head, glancing down at him. "We all know I don't really care about others," she told him to his comment about her consideration, before glancing back at Varina. "I suppose you always were the most boring of us all, huh Var? You sleep walk and sleep talk but you never really wake up, huh?" Margo snorted and licked the alcoholic flavor off her lips. She wanted more. She had developed a sort of lust for whatever she was drinking in the few small swigs she had gotten. "Duncan, think you can make some drinks for us?" she asked although it wasn't truly a question considering she was lacing her charmspeak through her words to influence him to agree. She was sure he would have anyways but it was a habit of hers to use it when she asked for something.

As she glanced up she noticed two people standing outside of her complex. Pride and Envy, always a pleasure to see them. "Five of us together? I can practically feel the world ending already. Who's left then? Wrath- he's always late. And, give me a second here, oh Greed! Haven't seen him in ages." Margo chuckled and slid off Duncan, pulling her key out of her purse and glancing around at the four other sins. "If any of you mess up my gorgeous home I will unleash my demon on you," she added politely, before heading towards the elevator to head to her large apartment on the top floor.

" Manaka-san, konnichiwa, " came the curt reply, though Calista had a faint smile on her face as she turned to look down at the young girl. Envy was perhaps one of the few she actually did not mind that much. Sometimes, the little sin would get a little over friendly but, otherwise, she was bearable. "You seem well, made quite a name for yourself, i see, " commented the tall female as the sound of nearing footsteps were heard.

Turning, she was greeted with quite a horendous sight. A alchohol-reeking Lust riding on the back of tired Gluttony with an even more tired Sloth close behind. Raising a slender eyebrow and the spectacle, she questioned what had become of the once powerful and majestic sins. It was really quite a disgrace. She'd admit that it was quite amusing, but it was still quite embarassing, for all of them.

As the other three neared, she took her time to observe each one. Lust had definitely been getting playful with humans, after all she reeked of male stench. Gluttony and Sloth however did not seem as covered in such smells but it was understandable as they would've rarely had to engage with mortals in such a way.

Margo was as chatty as always, but it didn't get on her nerves as there were other things already chipping away at her patience such as the absense of Wrath and Greed. Unlike Wrath, she could hold her temper fairly well and made no comment at Lust's warning on ruining her home. In all honesty, she highly doubted that they would be the ones ruining anything, it would most likely be Lust when she had a mortal plaything over for the night. How funny.

"Amusing as ever I see, Lust," commented Pride with her icy gaze fixed on Margo's back, "good to see none of you have changed.. Much"

Varina looked over at Duncan and shrugged as she continued to look forward. "I did my job."  After she spoke she had a look of concern on her face as she retreated to her own thoughts. She knew she was missing something, all these years she spent on earth and she had yet to figure out normal human customs. She thought for a moment before realizing what she was missing. "And what about you?" There now she had left the conversation to him, in sloth's book this was a success.

Pursing her lips as she heard Lust speak about her actions as if she didn't know herself. "I don't understand. I am very much awake at this time."  She gave Margo a confused look though she felt like she knew what she meant. Sure she wasn't the most interesting person but it wasn't as if she could do anything about it. She thought she should feel the sting of Lust's words but they fell before they could make any impact.

When they arrived at the apartment Varina saw two familiar figures standing at the door. Pride and Envy, what a sight for sore eyes. Though she couldn't really care at the moment, all she wanted to shut her eyes and call it a day. Knowing the Sins that would most likely not happen, especially if Lust had anything to do with it.

@Dominaiscna @TsukikoMoon @PenguinFox @McMajestic

"Well I'm still here, aren't I? I must be doing something right." Duncan responded to Varina. He laughed loudly at Margo's request. "Please. That's like asking if Var wants to go to bed. You don't even need to ask to know the answer." He felt a little bad for poking fun at sloth but he knew she could take it, or at least ignore it. She was always good at that. When they arrived at their destination Duncan looked up to see two beautiful women stand in front of the door. One looked fairly young and the other older and closer to perfection, but they were both stunning regardless. "Ladies, always a pleasure to see you two." he said taking each's hand a planting a small kiss on it. Gluttony wasn't as charming as Lust, or as attractive as Envy and Pride, but he did have a certain...addictive quality about him. The longer people stayed with him, the more they generally like him.

Duncan pulled out his flask as he followed Margo into the building and groaned when he discovered it to be empty. He reached into his left pocket and pulled out another, smaller flask. It was so small it was more of a vial than a flask. He carefully unscrewed the cap and took the smallest sip from it. "You probably shouldn't have drunk all of it babe." he said in Margo's general direction. He shook his head to try and clear it but it was of little use. He was at the point of no return now. He stumbled into the elevator and leaned against the wall, grinning like an idiot. @Aio @McMajestic @Dominaiscna @TsukikoMoon

Kiara smiled at the Japanese greeting, she doesn't mind the reply she received because she knows that is how Pride speaks. The smile of the other sin is enough prove that she is being nice to her, as Pride normally had this icy gaze towards everyone. It also seems she doesn't need to talk the latest chaos she had created to Calista, as she had already known about her name as an idol in Japan. "Just Kiara would be fine, and same to you, supermodel."

Envy's smile dropped as the stench of alcohol reached her, turning only to see the three other Sins she had felt presence the moment she landed standing in front of her with an unpleasant sight. "Oh wow, I guess they didn't call Las Vegas a city of Sin for nothing." She said, looking at the three Sins blankly. As Gluttony took her hand and kissed the back of it, she grinned to him sweetly. Gluttony always have this attractive side to him, and she does enjoy the privilege of being treated like a lady. "Well, pleasure to meet you too."

Kiara just waved at Sloth at the sight of the sleep deprived looking sin, knowing that the only thing in her mind is to get some rest. She doesn't really have a care of the world, and didn't even bother to greet herself and Pride after all. Envy then looked at Lust, the owner of the apartment that they are going to enter as she walked into the lift. "No worries, I might just do the opposite." She said with yet again a two finger salute and a wink, a habit she had developed by being an idol. She then turned to look intently at Gluttony who is leaning at the wall with a stupid grin, she grinned as the sight is quite amusing for her.

@McMajestic @Dominaiscna @Aio @PenguinFox

When Gluttony took hold of Envy's hand and then Pride's for a kiss on the back, she merely watched him cooly with not much of an expression on her face. Gluttony was never on her good side nor her bad side. For Pride, he sat somewhere in the middle and though he was attractive in many ways, it did not effect of her opinion much on the man. Perhaps it would work more effectively on other sins and humans, but not Pride. "Nice to see you again, 'Duncan', life has not been good to you, " she spoke, referring to when he came in with a drunken Lust on his back. Poor thing.

Speaking of poor things, Sloth looked ready to crawl up somewhere and die. Or sleep, perhaps sleep. The poor child seemed to not care about anything else in the world besides finding somewhere to collapse in a pile of exhaustion. Calista really question whether they had been causing bad things in the human world or if it was vice versa?

As the three others sins passed, Pride turned to follow them into the complex, casting a faint smile at the young Envy over her shoulder. Super model, hah, a wise choice of words. They reached the elevator soon and, from the corner of her eye, she saw Gluttony sipping on some type of a drink in a vial like container. Alchohol it would seem and she scrunched her nose slightly in distaste. Seconds later, he was relaxing against the side of the elevator, barely conscious.

@TsukikoMoon @Aio @McMajestic @PenguinFox

Margo stepped into the elevator and leaned heavily against the back wall as everyone piled inside after. She had never been a big fan of elevators- they were too small, too tight, too claustrophobic. She wished they were bigger, that they had windows. It would certainly be nicer than the dizzying feeling of confinement. Being a mirage of lust she preferred openness in all senses of the word, and while claustrophobia wasn't exactly a damaging weakness it still impacted her by the slightest twitches and small taps of her foot, that no human could notice, but perhaps another sin could. Margo liked to pretend she was in charge though, and so she attempted to hold herself in check long enough to make it believable that she was unbothered by everything that bothered her.

As the elevator reached the top she unlocked the door to her apartment and pushed it open, stepping inside a penthouse suite with a grand entrance that included a chandelier and a wide hallway that opened up into the living room to the right and the kitchen to the left. The living room was all fancy glass windows and a view of the city, and the kitchen was all granite countertops and stainless steel. It was a nice place, but it was hollow. It made the guys she brought home love her even more but it also made her feel a bit more lonely after she kicked them out.
