Spoiler: Devin Elle

The Devil, also called Father by the Sins and his alias with Arianna is Divine, one of the meanings behind his name. He looks to be about 15, rather innocent and childish in appearance, but has white hair he claims was dyed. Although he speaks fairly well, he tends to act very excited and hyper, both things only making him appear more immature than he actually is. After all, if he was really a stupid, naive child, he would not be able to gather all of this information with perfect accuracy. He has no mother and a father that spends most of his time outside of the city, so he is often left to his own devices. That is where this 'hobby' of his comes from, too much free time and an interest in learning about the Sins.

Lucius Fervent

Nickname/Alias: Prince or Majesty
Age: 23
Appearance: This boy never blends in with the crowd, he dresses in flashy purple suits and even puts in light purple contacts for added effect (their real color is a light green). He speaks loudly and uses grand hand gestures, clearly wanting to be seen and heard. He is constantly seen fixing his appearance and with his chin up in the air.

Bio: Lucius never needed to work a day in his life, his parents are that wealthy, and they are currently paying for his penthouse or any expensive item he craves. The only reason Lucius even has a job as a model is that he wanted spending cash so that he could pay for his crimes which, due to their flashy methods, always costs more than necessary. Thankfully, his parents are currently living out of the country and so are not around to witness what their son is doing with his time. Unfortunately, this makes it near impossible to contact them, at least so far. Since becoming a criminal Lucius seems to be thriving more than ever under all the attention he gets from the news and police, as if being a model was not enough screen time already. Ever since he realized that his family had too many connections for the law to even touch him, Lucius no longer even tries to hide his involvement and makes it his job to mock any cop he sees by waving or posing for them.

Personality: Lucius is the prime example of a spoiled rich boy. He’s loud, selfish, demands attention from everyone, and has no regard for anyone's decisions besides his own. He will never shy from any kind of attention, bad or good, however he will react far better to compliments and displays of admiration. In fact, he is a sucker for it, you can save your life by just complimenting his clothing or mentioning that you recognize him from his most recent magazine deal. He’s vain to put it simply, he thinks he is the best and that he deserves the best. For this reason, Lucius will never settle for imperfection, and when one of his gang members try to present something that he deems disrespectful, the spoiled brat turns into an enraged king. The boy may not be nice, but he can get a lot worse than his normal pompous attitude. Being overdramatic is one of his most common traits.

Other: He carries a locket around with him at all times, and will react violently if it is ever even touched.

The Aristocracy of Gehenna
Sin: Pride/ Vanity
Leader: Lucius Fervent, all attempt at pressing charges has failed and the police has even received some backlash due to theses multiple attempts.
Profile: Teenagers to young adults who are friends or family of the powerful/wealthy. Old money.
Identifying Features: The color purple.
Headquarters: Fervent’s penthouse, located at the top of one of the fancy apartments. Mirrors can be found in every room and the spare bedroom was turned into a walk in closet.
Crime Record: High publicity stunts. Arson, kidnappings, bombings, and coup d'etats.
Relationships: Not only does this gang want attention and credit, they take insults personally and want submission. Due to this only Lust and Greed can tolerate working with them semi consistently.
Other Notes: Most will be more threatened when you say you will call their parents than if you threaten them with violence or jail time. Try this first.

Amon Materal

Nickname/Alias: Boss
Age: 27
Appearance: Amon sparkles in the light, not out of some need for attention, but because he wears so much jewelry that he cannot help but glow. Bracelets, necklaces, rings, nothing is off limits. To match this, his clothing tends to be worth more than people's homes, alternating between dark suits and light button ups. Amon is never seen without a phone in one hand, making some deal in some country (thankfully he is fluent in multiple languages so he can handle the dealings personally), and a suitcase in the other. Even when not working he has this suitcase, never really opening it.

Bio: Not much is known about where Amon came from. One day he was nowhere to be seen and the next he was at a business interview with several degrees and references in hand. Since then, Amon has thrived in the economic world. Becoming a major share holder for numerous successful businesses, invested several organisation that later on went to make a lot of money, and currently he is the CEO of a company he started on his own. Naturally, with all this success, he is one of the wealthiest people in the world which makes it strange that he would choose to live in a city with so much issues and nothing super unique to see. But he is constantly working, sleeping in his office rather than go to one of his amazing homes just for the sake of not wasting time. Like any true workaholic, Amon has set up one of the spare offices to be his makeshift bedroom, installing a pull out bed and half a wardrobe of clothing there too. His workers respect him for his dedication to his job, often using him as inspiration to improve their own work ethic.... never mind the fact that he hands out promotions and bonuses to anyone he feels is loyal to the company... or to him specifically.

Personality: Amon lives in business mode, constantly composed and polite as if he is at a meeting with his peers. No one can even recall ever hearing him raise his voice before, although he is known to be a bit strict and controlling at times. But with so much responsibility in his life, who can blame him for being a bit serious? When he is trying to make a deal or convince someone to agree with him though, he is friendly and charming, prone to flattery and schmoozing. However when told no, he does get a bit obsessive with changing the other person's mind and getting what he wants. Although he is convincing normally, when he gets like this no one refuse him for their own safety. Thankfully, no man is easier bribed than Amon. Get him something worth a lot of money or rare, and he will do more than just let you live, but he will thank you and pay your medical bill too.

Other: Although he would not say this in public, in private he does not call himself a businessman, but a collector of everything and everyone, even companies. Also, he will always try the legal way first, then the nonviolent method, and only if those fail will he get physical.

The Auspicious Façade
Sin: Greed/ Avarice
Leader: It has been narrowed down to several suspects, not enough evidence to charge a single one just yet.
Profile: Wealthy, high ranking adults such as successful politicians, CEO, bankers, etc. New money.
Identifying Features: The color yellow.
Headquarters: Most meetings seem to take in formal locations such as a rented out office or over an expensive dinner, always paid in large bills/cash.
Crime Record: Profit based. Smuggling of weapons, wildlife trafficking, frauds, bribery, money laundering, embezzlement, and extortion.
Relationships: They have had dealings with every single other gang, acting as suppliers to anyone with money to spend, no matter if Greed is an enemy with them. Business is business. They actually have a decent relationship with all of the gangs excluding Envy (which tends to steal from them) and sometimes Wrath (because of their crude methods).
Other Notes: The police force in this district is completely intact and active, only they are so bribed that they are more likely to defend the criminals than arrest them. If you want information on cops or official information on citizens (like addresses) then you go bribe one of the cops here.

Bub Zebel
Sin: Gluttony
Nickname/Alias: None, Bub is already a nickname.
Age: 25
Appearance: The first thing to notice about Bub’s appearance is his smile and the fact it never really goes away. Second would be his light ginger hair that likely has never seen a brush in its life. He is constantly in a work uniform, the average outfit being a white shirt and black pants but sometimes it is more colorful. At the very least, he always has an apron on. Perhaps unsurprisingly, he always smells like food. Sometimes sweet, sometimes spicy, and on the weekends he reeks of alcohol.

Bio: Bub is all over the place, never having one job for more than a year and never only having one job. Even though he has enough experience and skill to have a full time job at some fantasy restaurant, he seems to prefer having several part time ones at smaller, more homey cafes and restaurants where he has time to chat with customers and snack. Speaking of, you can put him on the stove or serving the food, either way he will not only thrive but make friends with coworkers and customers with ease. Outside of work, Bub is just as popular since it is rare that he goes to a restaurant and is not at least a familiar face, although many restaurants and bars know his name too.

Personality: As mentioned above, Bub is a social man who seems to make friends easily due to his casual, friendly, and cheerful demeanor. He is always happy to give someone something “on the house” which normally means that he will pay for it out of pocket, and he does this often so it is surprising that he has any money left. Few people would suspect him as being someone apart of a gang, let alone the leader of one, but he is happily in that position. Thankfully for his members, he tends to be forgiving to people who mess up, but unfortunately for those few that he does not forgive, Bub is the one who handles a lot of the cannibalistic market. Even worse that that, he does all of jobs within the gangs with a perky smile no matter how gruesome the task. The only time he is not happy or smiling is when he is hungry, and when that happens, run.

Other: Bub does not smoke (often) but he always has a pack of cigarettes and a lighter on him anyway.

Diablo’s Staff
Sin: Gluttony/ Voracious
Leader: No major or minor suspects found, it may be that there is no single leader.
Profile: Workers in the food industry, commonly low in the ranks. The average waiter, bartender, etc.
Identifying Features: The color orange.
Headquarters: As far as the police can tell, there is no set HQ and it changes meeting to meeting at some random fast food joint or cafe.
Crime Record: Focused on consumption. Producing, selling, and usage of drugs, poisons, and illegal foods such as endangered animals and even human flesh.
Relationships: As a mostly service based gang, they get along well with the other gangs since they are not trying to pick fights or take territory. The exception to this is that there have been signs of this gang specifically targeting members of the Pride gang for some reason.
Other Notes: If you suspect that you are dealing with a member of the gang, and more importantly if they suspect you, do not drink or eat anything they offer you especially if it is “on the house”. If you don't get poisoned right there, the impacts will hit you eventually.

Igor Bellfe
Sin: Sloth
Nickname/Alias: None besides the many usernames he uses online.
Age: 20
Appearance: Although you would not know it considering how often Igor is slumped of hunched over, he is actually very tall (6 feet 6 inches). His hair is a natural bleached blonde, far too lazy to ever make the time to go to a salon or dye it himself. His clothing are constantly wrinkled and worn, as if he has never bought anything new in his life or properly cared for his clothing. To make it worse, he is very pale and the only color in his face are the shadows under his eyes and the bright blue irises. His eyes are always downcast and staring off into space, the absent gaze accompanied by constant yawns, a slow way of speaking, and a blank expression. If he is not looking at a phone, he is looking off into space, either way, not at you.

Bio: Raised by an average family with low expectations for their unmotivated son, they were pleasantly surprised when they found out that Igor was acing every exam and could be considered a genius in some circles. If he had put effort into homework and extracurriculars, he would have easily made it into ivy league schools. But since he did not, he instead ended up going to the nearby private college that still has uniforms. At least he got a full ride and now is one of the top students in his class since the college relies more on exams than anything else. As for the gang, none of them know that he is the leader but fellow members know that he is involved since they all tend to work in the computer lab at the same time like some weird criminal club.

Personality: The first word that comes to mind is lazy, the second being emotionally numb. Everything seems like a bother to Igor, even just standing up is worth a deep sigh or complaint, and doing things for the school or the gang is just hell to him. If he could not exist, he would pick that. He could be considered depressed, but it is more centered around a “what is even the point?” and “why should I?” mindset where he needs a push to do anything in his life. He would much rather be alone than at school although he rarely will voice these thoughts, rather he just ignores people. That is unless someone upsets him, which is hard to do, but trying to start something physical or waking him up from a nap is a way to trigger his unique way of threatening. This generally consists of him just glaring at you unblinking until the chill growing up your spine is too much and you back off. He can do more but he tries to avoid it.

Other: He never tries to make friends but people (unfortunately) still approach him since they want to mooch off of his intelligence and his cold looks.

The Fallen Cloud
Sin: Sloth/ Lethargy
Leader: The force knows that it a student at the local private college or one of the high schools.
Profile: High schoolers/ college kids skilled with technology (computers, phones, etc). Bored geniuses.
Identifying Features: The color blue
Headquarters: Likely none since most communication is done online or over the phone.
Crime Record: Technology based. Hacking, fraud, catfishing, framing, phishing, cyber harassment, blackmail, and wire fraud.
Relationships: There are no records indicating extensive relationships, positive or negative, between this gang and any or the others. They are on neutral ground.
Other Notes: The police had more information on this gang but much of that information was lost during a server crash, likely caused by a member of the gang, now all information on this gang is kept on flash drives and paper.

Levi Nathan
Sin: Envy
Nickname/Alias: None
Age: 21
Appearance: Levi is a mess, or at least in a constant state of dishevelment. Although he tries to look formal, his casual suits are always wrinkled, the many pockets full of other peoples belongings (or lock picks). Most of these look like they came from thrift stores or donations. He definitely does not look like he has the time or money to care about his appearance more than just bathing and keeping his hair (mostly) green. When interacting with Levi, expect him to be glaring or rolling his green eyes, and/or giving you a smile with no joy in it. Also do not expect him to be in public places, or if he is, expect him to be off to the side in the shadows, closed into himself and trying to look as small as possible. It's not uncommon to see him fumbling with a cigarette either, finding just as much pleasure from twirling it around in his hand as smoking them.

Bio: Levi had a family, but he ran away when he was young and came to this city. His situation in this city has not changed since he first stepped foot in it. He is homeless, squatting in any building he can get away with. Although he does not like this, he is content with his situation as long as no one points out the fact that a gang leader can’t seem to keep a job or gather enough money to pay for an apartment. Naturally due to this he is always on the move, rarely spending more than one week in a location before moving on. To Levi’s dismay, he has always been at the mercy of fate and the other gangs. He is the underdog if there ever was one, so the only friends he can tolerate being around is other underdogs just like him.

Personality: It’s never easy to be the weakest or worst at something, and Levi has had the unfortunate habit of being that person in nearly everything he does. This has left him more than frustrated, desperate to prove himself to someone. With this goal in mind, Levi hates when anyone points out his flaws or brags that they are/have something better than him. It’s not clear if he is just jealous or if it hurts him emotionally, but either way, he loses control of himself when people do these things. When this happens, instead of just plainly getting angry (although he will act angry) he tends to be extremely sarcastic and self deprecating. After he is done insulting himself, he will become spiteful and will use every sneaky method he can come up with to make things “even” again. If he can put you down, he will.

Other: He cheats at everything he does due to the fact his luck is nonexistent. He will always lose if he plays fair.

The Jade Demon
Sin: Envy/ Jealousy
Leader: Multiple arrests have been made, one successfully charged and imprisoned, but since there has been no changes in the gang it is suspected the wrong person was arrested.
Profile: The outcasts, the unlucky, the forgotten, the scum of the city desperate for work or revenge. Examples include much of the homeless population and run aways.
Identifying Features: The color green
Headquarters: They do not have a set HQ, but if you want to try and find one of their members, the casino is a great place to start.
Crime Record: Burglary, theft, robbery, forgery, stalking, and identity theft. Can be paid to find out detailed information on other people.
Relationships: Although they have worked for (not with) every gang before, they do not seem to have a good relationship with any of them except Sloth who needs hands and legs to do what cannot be done online and Gluttony because they too live poor lives out of the limelight.
Other Notes: Don’t underestimate them. They may not be as dangerous or powerful as the other gangs, but they have managed to survive in this city which is a great task.

Stan Adverse
Sin: Wrath
Nickname/Alias: Boss or Demon
Age: 26
Appearance: First thing to note is that Stan is short (5 feet 6 inches), but don’t let that fool you, every inch of him is muscle and he could easily beat a man twice his height. He covered head to toe in piercings and tattoos, the tattoos having very few recognizable markings and although extremely detailed, have no apparent meaning. The most unique thing about this man though is his eyes. They are all black and no one has seen him without these contacts in so what is underneath is unclear. Stan has the expression of a predator watching prey at all times, eyes sharp and alert, and a snarl on his face to match. Also, he is always moving, never completely still even when sleeping.

Bio: Stan had no record until he was arrested the first time for murder when he was 16, no fingerprints or anything was in the database. It was odd. Even more odd was when not a day later Stan had escaped custody by breaking down the bars in his cell which, upon later examination, proved that the metal around the edges had been rusted beyond belief so the bars just broke off. It was a quick process after that, Stan was suddenly in control of a gang of like minded criminals and Wrath became the first Sin gang this city had ever seen. A decade later, his record has went from a single kill to a book of crimes. If it can be done, he has done it, and it does not look like he is going to slow down until he is forced to.

Personality: Stan is constantly in the state of rage, just waiting for someone to give him a reason to lash out or commit a genocide... not that he needs a reason. His gang members are not loyal, they are afraid. He has no problem killing them just as he has no problem killing cops, people from other gangs, and innocents. The most mercy he ever offers is killing someone close to you instead or beating you to the brink of death… and that happens often. Stan is a sadist after all, finding pleasure in forcing his rage onto others. So even if he is not screaming and cursing as he hurts someone, even if he appears calm and disinterested, his blood lust is as strong as ever. His words are always harsh and his actions are frequently painful.

Other: Of all the sins, Stan seems to have the hardest time pretending to be human as can be seen by his eyes and the way he talks.

Asura’s Ire
Sin: Wrath/ Rage
Leader: Stan Adverse. He has been imprisoned multiple times but has escaped each time, killing several guards and freeing a dozen of other prisoners in the process.
Profile: Anyone skilled in combat, young or old, as well as escaped prisoners. Often ex- military, criminals, or troubled kids.
Identifying Features: The color black
Headquarters: Based on past locations, it will be large, abandoned, and with power still available. This time, it is an abandoned prison.
Crime Record: Violence based. Homicide, manslaughter, riots, vandalism, street fights, mugging, gang violence, and assault.
Relationships: Unsurprisingly, a gang all about violence does not get along with anyone. They fight and attack any gang without thought or care if they step into Wrath's territory. Well, except for Envy which gets a pass sometimes simply because they tend to also “stick it to the man”.
Other Notes: Never go after them alone! Nearly all of these members have killed or maimed someone before and none will hesitate to do it to you. Wait for backup!

Ash Modeus
Sin: Lust
Nickname/Alias: Handsome, Gorgeous, or Whore
Age: 24
Appearance: Ash tends to attract people on principle so he is typically noticeable, even if he does not try to get attention. He is simply more attractive than the average man with light brown eyes that seem to sparkle. He tends to dress like any bachelor, a nice suit with color to make him pop. Of course, there are enough buttons undone to slightly reveal his toned chest and he wears sunglasses more for the sake of dramatically removing them. He always has a half smile/smirk that helps his flirty atmosphere go to the next level. When he moves, it is with a remarkable sense of grace, every motion fluid and enchanting.

Bio: Meet the most eligible bachelor in the city. He’s charming, attractive, and has enough money to always buy you flowers and a fancy dinner. He sounds perfect, except for the fact that he never seems to sleep at the same house two nights in a row because he is always looking for some new conquest. There is always someone at one of the parties, clubs, or strip joints that Ash frequents that he can get to take him home. And this is not because he does not have a home, it’s just he wants to get laid (in case that wasn't clear). Although his main priority seems to be fun, this lifestyle only helps him lead his gang because he is constantly able to scout out possible members or targets.

Personality: At first glance, Ash is just another fuckboi with enough luck to not only make a living off of it but to never really have any consequences for his cheating ways. He flirts without exception or shame… in fact he does everything without shame. He is the type to take public displays of affection too far and if you propose something, he will almost always say yes. Don’t let Ash’s flirty mannerisms fool you though, he is qualified to lead a gang. He can turn his charm into pure manipulation easily, no longer making you just want to sleep with him but make you want to do anything for him. And it doesn't matter if you are male or female, young or old, he will learn what makes you 'tick' and he will use it to control both your body and your mind. It's fun for him, and at the end of the day what brings him pleasure is all that matters.

Other: He has a pet name for everyone, friends and enemies alike.

Rati’s Vices
Sin: Lust/ Prurient
Leader: There are conflicting reports making naming a suspect impossible, either the leader constantly changes appearances or the witnesses are not credible and/or bribed.
Profile: Prostitutes, strippers or any beautiful person skilled in seduction, manipulation, or performing such as failed actors or dancers. More female than male members.
Identifying Features: The color red.
Headquarters: Several of strip clubs have been shut down after realizing they were also offering prostitution services, police suspect the main HQ is another strip club or a hotel the prostitutes tend to use for business.
Crime Record: Sex based crimes. Prostitution, rape, human trafficking, sexual assault, perjury, blackmail, and snuff films.
Relationships: This gang's crimes rarely step on the toes of others and the leader has no issue helping the other gangs by putting one of their own on the stand, so they get along well with nearly all of the gangs. Only Greed and Sloth seem uninterested in a friendship though.
Other Notes: These people will do anything to distract you from your task, so ignore any and all tears, rage, or attempts at seduction because they will try it.

Name: Arianna Jamison
Nickname/Alias: Ari [by friends]; Jamison [by her partner, and other officers]
Age: 24
Greatest Sin: Pride
Least Sin: Gluttony
Appearance: Ari stands at 5'3, on the shorter side of the spectrum. She weighs in at about 135 lbs, and though she's not muscular by any means she is in shape from the cardio she does. At work, she dresses professionally, always in a pair of slacks. She rarely wears skirts or anything like that. She does wear heels, though not tall ones, and she's always prepared to throw them off if she needs to pursue. She has this tattoo on her back that symbolizes freedom to her, the freedom that she got upon turning eighteen and becoming an adult, and then later on, a police officer.

Bio:
Arianna was handed a shitty hand from the day she was born. Her father never wanted her; he made that abundantly clear when he walked out on her mother and never came back. To give the woman some credit, she tried. But her shitty hand had started long before becoming pregnant. The woman was an addict, and though she was able to get help and get clean during her pregnancy, Arianna was born and the insurance ran out and it wasn't long before she was using again. Arianna was a year old when the cops were called on her mother and her boyfriend of the month while they screamed profanities at each other in the front yard of their trailer.

The police took her away from her junkie of a mother, to an orphanage. She was still a baby; who wouldn't want to adopt a beautiful blue-eyed baby girl? She was picked up almost instantly, by a seemingly normal couple. They sweet talked the adoption agent and before they knew it, Arianna was handed over and she was theirs. Arianna doesn't remember her infancy, but she grew up in that home, and she does remember the abuse. It started young; they wanted to be able to 'train her right'.

If she so much as put a toe out of line, she was punished. But on the outside, they were the perfect couple. No one saw the horrors that Arianna endured for years. She did her best to stay in line, and she threw herself into school and, when she was old enough, work. She busted her ass to be the best at what she did, so that she could feel as though she was worth something. She joined the police force at eighteen, and became a detective just recently. She hasn't spoken to her adoptive parents since she moved out of their house.

Personality:
Arianna's biggest problem is her pride. She's worked very hard to get where she is now, and she'll be damned if she let's someone talk down to her or make her feel inferior or like she isn't worth anything. She has a temper, which is why she's paired with a detective who's a bit older, who's been on the force for a while. He knows the ropes, and is trying to teach her to reign in her anger. She's a very black and white person; she sees things as either right or wrong, left or right. Curious by nature, Arianna tends to be impatient and impulsive, and is always trying to prove herself to those around her, whether they be other officers or otherwise. Outside of work, she mainly stays to herself, wanting to focus on work instead of relationships. She hasn't had a boyfriend in a long time, and she's not interested in dating.

Other:
-Arianna's partner's name is Oliver Peterson, and like almost every other cop/detective, he goes by his last name.
-Arianna's last boyfriend turned out to be married. She promptly broke up with him when she found out.
-She runs every morning, and sometimes at night if she can't sleep.
