Combat Stats

Passive Ability:Your hours of practice in hoof-to-hoof combat have made you incredibly difficult to tag. You gain a +1 AC.


Passive Bonus:

Brawler: Many hours of your youth were spent brawling either in rings, taverns, or just at school. All of this practice has made you incredibly good at landing solid, fight ending hits. You gain a +1 to-hit.



Active Abilities:

Rising Sun Kick (2 Round CD): You enchant your hooves with fire and launch a devastating kick at your opponent. You may use this ability anytime that you hit with an attack. When you do so, your attack deals an additional 2D6 fire damage.

Chi Wave (4 Round CD): You have learned to harness the natural energy that flows through all things, and can use it in one of two ways. When you use this ability, you give up all your attacks for the round. You may then choose 4 enemies and deal 2D10 radiant damage to them, or heal 4 allies for 2D10 health.



At Will Abilities

Flow of Battle: When you hit an enemy with your hooves, you gain a +1 AC. This stacks up to 2 times, lasts 1 round, and is refreshed when you hit an enemy again.


Quick Hooves: You are an expert at staying light on your hooves. Once per turn, you may choose a target to try and avoid. When you are avoiding them in such a manner, they may make one less attack against you per round.



Shadow Magic

Mind Blast (Unique Spell): You have learned to harness the powers of Shadow into powerful blasts. Your basic attack every round deals 1d10 damage. Whenever you hit an enemy with this basic attack, their chance to hit is lowered by -1. This stacks up to 2 times and resets if you miss a basic attack.


At level 5 this spell does 2d10 damage, and at level 11 it does 3d10 damage.


Shadow Bolt (Costs 4 Spell Points): You summon the shadows from around yourself and form them into a tangible bolt, which you then launch at an opponent. This spell does 1d8 damage per level, to a maximum of 12d8 damage at level 12. This spell decreases the targets chance to hit by 4 for 3 rounds.

Descent Into Madness (Costs 3 Spell Points): You harness the shadows around you, gathering them into a small ball in front of yourself before letting it explode. Up to six nearby enemies take 1d6 damage per level, to a maximum of 10d6 at level 10.

Shadow Assassin (Costs 1 Spell Point): You call upon your enemies own shadow to attack them. When you cast this spell, their shadow takes on its own form behind the target and stabs them in the back once, dealing damage equal to your Mind Blast spell and decreasing their AC by 1.


Invisibility (Costs 2 Spell Points): You call upon the void of night to mask your presence, rendering you invisible to others. While invisible you have a +4 AC. This invisibility lasts for 3 rounds before dropping.


Darkness (Costs 2 Spell Points) You blanket the surrounding area in an impenetrable darkness, which only you and any allies you choose can see in. Enemies in the area have a -3 to-hit with all attacks during the spells duration, which lasts for 1D4+1 rounds.


Shadowform (Costs 4 Spell Points): You call upon the void of night to empower your body. While this spell is active, you appear to be made of pure shadow. In this form you have a +2 AC, and all your basic attacks deal an 1D10 damage. In addition, the Spell Point cost of all abilities is reduced by 1. This spell lasts for 1d4+2 rounds.



Monk

Ki: Starting at 1st level, you have a reserve of Ki points that you can call upon to perform amazing actions. Your Ki pool is equal to your Monk level. The things that you can do with Ki involve the following:

  • Flurry of Blows - You may spend 1 Ki Point to make an additional attack that round.

  • Grace - You may spend 1 Ki Point to give yourself a +2 AC for that round.

  • Stunning Strike - You may spend 2 Ki Points to disable an enemy, giving them a -2 to-hit for their next round of attacks.

  • Dragons Breath - You may spend 4 Ki Points to exhale a cone of flame at your opponents. Up to 4 opponents take 4D6 damage.

  • Shadow Step - You may spend 6 Ki Points to leap from one shadow to another, emerging behind your target. You may immediately make all your attacks against the target, which each have a +2 to-hit and deal +5 damage.

  • Quivering Palm - You may spend 10 Ki Points to deal a devastating blow to the enemy. On a hit, you deal an extra 6D10 necrotic damage to them.
