Help Signatures?

As I understand there is supposed to be a whole tab for them on your profile but it is not there for me. I have my posts in (I think?), and my account is a couple weeks old.
The banner on the top of the page still acts like I'm not finished with the criteria so I'm not sure what I've done wrong.
I'd love to have a signature so its a bit confusing and trying to make sure I'm not missing anything!

You do have tabs on your page. It's the Profile Posts / Recent Activity / Postings / Information ones under your banner.
You can change the banner by clicking on the 'Cover Editor' button.
You can edit your signature here.
You can also edit your title here, if you want.
