There is an organization out there known as the S.H. or Shinigami Haken Translating to "Shinigami Dispatch" and S.I.T or Shinigami in training the shcool section of S.H's building here Shinigami (reapers) are trained and tested before heading out into the human realm and following the S.H's guidelines they determine a soul's worth and make a decision as to whether or not he or she truly deserves the death sentenced to them, and if so it is a Shinigami's duty to collect their soul. This is the buisness of death and it is most certainly not for the faint of heart, welcome new recruits, time for you to sharpen your death scythe's and earn your badges good luck and remember the rules.
Rules Of The S.H and S.I.T:
1* No fighting on premises
2* No students off campus after midnight
3* All graduated Shinigami are required to wear badges (the logo)
4* If a graduated Shinigami is not doing their job correctly or has broken a rule he/she may receive a notice of momentary absence, their death scythe will be temporarily confiscated and if the behavior continues he/she will be forced to go back to S.I.T and re-learn everything and if there are further issues they are expelled, their scythe is taken away from them and their memories are wiped clean leaving them in the human realm.

Bio: Ritsu was raised in an orphanage in London during his human life and grew up wondering who his parents were, he studied mythology when he went to college and when he finally met his parents he knew what they were... his parents had been kicked out of the Shinigami Realm and didn't even remember they had a son which was why he was left at a orphanage, they didn't recognise their own child and had left him with police hoping his parents would come find him and when they didn't they left him at the orphanage.
Upon realising what he was and understanding how he had come to where he was he decided to investigate deeper into the Shinigami myth, he didn't tell his parents he now knew why he was always so "different" from the other children he didn't want them to know what they were, it was a terrifying thing to learn that your whole life was a lie and that you weren't human that you were in fact a reaper of souls like in the legends, he didn't want them to deal with that sort of thing through his research he found out about S.H and S.I.T's existence and actually contacted them through a secret ceremony he performed in his apartment of all places, he was invited to join S.I.T well, actually more like forced because they would have wiped his memory otherwise but nevertheless he still accepted and joined the shcool becoming a teacher within two years. Ritsu now teaches the
