Seichoū is rather calm and relaxed, able to suppress his anger. It takes time and reasons for Seichoū to rage out, but when he rages out, you can expect to see a few heads rolling. He helps where he can and sometimes even get overworked for others. He hates people who are abusing their power and has a hard time suppressing his Anger hand hatred against these people. He would give his live for nearly everyone, but if he doesn't like you, stay away from him. He's rather shy towards girls, too.

Bio: Everytime someone asks him, he either changes the subject or replies with "Nah... that would only make me angry..." or something like this. But something strange about him is, that he didn't grow or got older since he got his Sin Magic with the Age of 19. The only thing that changed is the length of his Hair.

Seichoū is able to turn his lower arms and legs into Black, massive Iron. Also, the angrier he is, the stronger and faster he gets. A Red steam comes out of his body when he's really, really angry.
True Name: Zira Peccatum Ira
True Sin: ||Ultimate Sin: Wrath Eater||
Seichoū gets Animal like senses and reflexes, gets a bit pumped up and his lower arms are covered in Black Flames. His eyes turn Red and he gets high regenerative abilities. On his Back will also appear a Black Circle with Red, thin lines running along his arms and three other Red, thick lines that come out of his body, forming something like a Tail. This mode has a positive effect for other people. To maintain in this Form, Seichoū needs to feast on the Anger and hatred of his allies and his Enemies, what lets them forget their hatred. After leaving this mode, Seichoū is nearly powerless for a few moments, cause he "lost" all his Anger.
Extra: Seichoū is continually Angry. 40 years of successfully suppressing his Anger and hatred, only showing it on fights, created an unlimited Anger source. No matter in which Situation, his Anger is at max level. That's why Everytime he uses his Magic, Red steam comes out of his body.
