History: She was born in London to a wealthy family. She got to go to a very good school and developed a passion for working on spacecrafts. She has built her own working unmanned spacecraft, and it has been sent into space as an experiment. She jumped at the possibility to go on a space mission, and was able to join because of her family's status.


Anything else: She left behind a girlfriend on Earth, but realized that they'd have to break up because she needed to procreate once in space, so that the human race can continue
