Help Screen Jumping?

I notice that when I visit a thread usually the screen will put me directly at the bottom to post before I've even had a chance to read anything. This happens especially when I'm using mobile. Is this a feature? Can I turn it off? It drives me insane!

(Using Chrome btw on both mobile and pc)

I had no idea Chrome even had an option for it. It's weird because the jumps happen almost exclusively on this site. Go figure. Thanks again!
