Background
Eris has always been a bit of a wild child, full of energy and always getting into trouble. Teachers always had an issue getting the girl to sit still and just listen. It was also hard to get her to come back inside after recess or P.E. She grew up in a mostly normal house hold with on exception, her family was very in tune with the spiritual world. As such she was no stranger to rituals, prayers or being the "weird girl" with the creepy mother. It was just part of her average life.
At 13 Eris started getting strange dreams, most of which she paid little mind to, until one night she woke up outside after a little sleep walking adventure. Soon after she started to feel even more restless. The only time she felt okay was when she was outside, especially at night. This restlessness would sometimes turn to aggression when her class mates would try to poke fun at her, which never ended well for either party.
Seeing that her aggression wasn't getting any better Eris was enrolled in sports to burn off the extra energy and Muay Thai to get out her aggression. Her training branched out when she was 15 and her supernatural abilities made themselves more pronounced. She learned to control her unnatural strenth from her father and how to focus and control her magic. Both were difficult given her energetic nature however she managed to slowly improve.

Background
Moloch was created by Abaddon, mainly to just be a new toy to kick around whenever the mood struck him. Which he was, for about three hundred years... At least until Moloch finally got sick of it. After several well timed pranks he finally pissed Abaddon off enough that he was banished from hell, sent to Shadow City for the rest of eternity.
Of course, this suited Moloch just fine. Anything was better than being kicked around by the lord of demons, including scrounging on the street for a hundred years for enough food to survive.
He joined the SCPD, and has been working with them for the last three hundred years. He's usually the one put in charge of new recruits, training them so they don't end up getting killed their first day.

Background
Born just over two-hundred years ago to a man and woman, the latter of whom was a Goddess, Adam's story begins like many other Demigods both before and after. The deity takes one for pleasure, the mortal is left to bear the burden of raising a divine child. Adam's mother was the Goddess of the Earth, also known by the name Gaia. She had disguised herself as a young woman by the alias Serena in order to seduce a mortal man. This man was Adam's father, Dimitry Lamont. After their shared evening, Gaia shed her disguise and revealed herself to Dimitry, letting it be known that he would father her son. Dimitry, a man of considerable strength, was shaken by this revelation. Nonetheless, when Gaia returned many months later, child in hand, Dimitry took the young boy into his arms and gave him a home.
Dimitry opted to name the boy Adam Lamont, giving him his own last name as a way to spite Gaia for her trickery. As the years would pass, Adam's power would manifest early on. What began with superhuman feats of strength soon turned to lifting boulders without touching them and starting earthquakes when he was frustrated. Dimitry opted to give Adam an outlet to channel his power and started to train him in hand-t0-hand combat. Dimitry, being a boxer himself, knew what good it could do to calm the mind through combat. He knew, however, that Adam would need discipline as well as focus. Shortly after beginning training, Adam was enrolled into one of the city's most prestigious martial arts academies.
Adam's life remained on this heavily scheduled format until he had finished his schooling. With extensive skills in martial arts and one of the highest levels of intellect his schools had seen, Adam was quickly met by hordes of recruiters for various military, government and mercenary organizations. Being that he wanted to remain close to home, he opted to side with the Shadow City Police Department. The SCPD would remain his home from then until present day, where he now is a high ranking investigator on the force. Utilizing his ever-growing skill set and vast intellect, he continues to provide an invaluable service in stopping Shadow City's most corrupt individuals.

Occasionally, Gaia Herself will intervene in Adam's affairs, whether it be directly or indirectly. She's mentioned in the past that should the need arise, she will show him the light when the night grows darkest.
