Personality: Ever since she was a child she had a tempter and never knew when to quit. she's a real go getter type of person, energetic but impatient and stubborn down to her core. She was immediately motivated to care for the ANF when the group was made, simply for the fact her family had trouble with Nekos before, even as a little girl she wanted to join them and as soon as she was of fighting age she joined up. For several years after her family had been killed in the accident caused by the nekos she had kept her distance from people because of her temper which caused a weird flicker in her biology; which led to her finding out fire magic was at her disposal. Young as she was she exercised and handled her body with care, making it stronger for the life she wanted to live. Her active nature makes it hard for some people to handle her, but despite the rough personality she isn't unkind; as long as you're human or younger than her, she will happily provide assistance. She is not however entirely mentally stable, she has a nightmare disorder and this can cause her to be irritable sometimes, though she rarely lets the exhaustion get to her. It's fun to try and sleep around her though or wake her up since she often snaps awake fully alert and possibly ready to end someone's life.
Biography: She was very small when the fights for neko rights began, so little in fact she grew up within the environment that was created from the fighting and even though it was a rights movement; which at the time Scarlet had hoped they'd get their rights, that didn't mean that some of them weren't cold or cruel or heartless...or dangerous, there was always dangerous types no matter race. Scarlet and her family were the unfortunate victims of one of these types. From the time she was born she had been growing up in a happy and caring home up until the incident when she was 7 years old. An escaping neko had broken into their home and taken Scarlet hostage, it was a rather terrifying experience for her but what was worse...the reason she hates the NPF so much was the fact the Neko Police Force had busted into her home and since her mother and father both hand hand guns pointed at the neko keeping Scarlet hostage, they shot her parents right in front of her, this was when she first discovered the spark of flame burning in her body. At the time she lost her temper and burnt the house down on accident, burning any evidence that could point the ANF at who had caused the trouble; in fact they had accused her of killing them herself, though this resulted in another flaming outburst.
It wasn't until later that she discovered her parents had been ANF members and that was another reason they had been targeted, so in their honor; and because she had admired them from the time they were brought into existence she joined the ANF herself, while most of companions prefer guns and ranged weapons Scarlet learned her way around a blade, she had a surprising natural talent for it and became a master in only a few years. Most of her life has been lived for the Anti Neko Force and she's vowed not to sway from this path, as a result she often turns a blind eye to the suffering of the nekos she's come into contact with.
Weapons: Scarlet wields a specially designed blade that she can focus her flames through. The blade is almost spear like as well resulting in good close quarters combat and keeping her distance somewhat.
Gear: Her blade, a set of fire resistant clothing and a pair of red jewels that seem to help her focus her magic. One she wears like a necklace while decorating her ear with a single earring with the other jewel.

Likes: Fire of all sorts and designing clothes, in fact she's almost pyromaniac like, loving being in the sunlight as well.
Dislikes: Water and nekos, she doesn't much care for people who can't keep up with her personality either.
Fighting Style: She's a master swordsman though her style is something unique to her as she balances between regular sword fighting and treating the long blade as almost spear like, she mixes it with her flames as well causing her to gain an increase in power when she's in fight.
Other: While Scarlet is insanely fast for a human her blows can be weak, but she gains her advantage in a fight by causing several blows before her opponent can land one. Her personality seems to do a flip from intense and hyper to calm and collected when she's fighting another sword user though, taking on that whole "Honor of the blade" sort of feel.
