Fandom RWBY (looking for 3 people to form a team)

I've been itching to do a RWBY roleplay for a while but never could figure out a proper plot. I'm looking for 3 people who can help me create one. Post length should be about 2 to 3 paragraphs (unless there's nothing really happening), no one liners, no over powered characters, active and helps move the plot forward. Beyond that I'm open to anything. I'll make a group conversation once three people are interested then we can work out the plot. Oh and OCs only
