This is where you shall post your characters! And there are 3 sheets (if you so choose to make one of each, or what ever you choose) We have Beacon Student, Commission Hunter, And Palico for the Hunter. I will update the thread to have the sheets eventually, so please bear with me as I do so.
 
NAME: Sonora Roja (pronounced like Rojo, but with an A at the end in place of the second O.)
GENDER: Female

Age: 18
PERSONALITY: She is very happy-go-lucky, and very caring towards friends. But she also is a person that listens more than she talks, since she is always thinking. She can also calm people down with her soothing voice, and talk them into thinking things through. she doesn't like conflict, and will do anything to avoid it, or solve it. She can get moody from time to time, which means trouble to anyone who angers her. She is extroverted, and very easy to talk to. But make fun of her, and she will show you why that is a mistake. She also loves the night time, since she loves to look at the sky, and hum a tune to lull her to sleep.

POWER/SEMBLANCE: Lyrical Maestro: her semblance involves music and sounds, causing the effects of her melodies last longer than before, and she can allow all songs to be played and boost only herself in one go. And when she swings, a note will play.

BACKSTORY: Sonora grew up in Vacuo, where she had lived a pretty good life. although she was picked on just because she was a faunus, she was relatively happy. However, when her mom, a Black Wolf faunus, died of cancer, She and her Father, a Human, lived in vacuo, and she attended Shade. There she made her weapon of choice, the Hunting Horn, and got the basics down, her father recommended going to Beacon, to follow in his footsteps. Even though her father, a Human, was a huntsman, he was retired, and wanted Sonora to carry on his legacy. She moved to Vale, and is now attending Beacon for 3 years. In her 1st year, she was paired with a Fox Faunus named Tomar. Everything went Swimmingly, until the serpentine King Taijitu ambushed them, catching them off guard. Tomar had lost his arm, forcing Sonora to retreat with Tomar as experienced Huntsman took the beast down. During the next few weeks, she visited him every day to make sure he was doing fine, after all, he was the only one she knew in the entire school. However, when Tomar returned, she was surprised to find him having a Mechanical arm. She became closer to Tomar, and looking forward to their 3rd year together.
INSIGNIA:
(this is on both arms. And it is her Family Crest, since her father belonged to a gang known as the Thunder Wolves. And their symbol was a wolf with lightning bolts dancing around it. Her father changed it up, and became the family symbol. Strangely enough, she wanted it tattooed on her back.)
Extra: She loves looking at plants, and smelling the pretty flowers calms her down when tensions run high, or if she is feeling blue.

Personality: kind though often a bit curious of the world around her. is somtimes reckless, especially when the life of an innocent is in danger. Is generally optimistic about life.

the sword is able to use dust crystals to coat the edges. the hand guard is removable and acts as a clip for dust crystals.

-memory keeper: allows the user to obtain Memory's of important figures from throughout time and space. these Memory's can grant her some mundane skills or improve upon existing ones, give unique skills like magical singing or pyrokinesis, a item of from the memories maker, an aspect, or a hat. the skills both mundane and special when first gained will be at a skill level where it's best described as "existent" and must be trained, either through practice or through other gains of other Memories. she however doesn't have much if any control over when she gets a Memory and what it's about. at best she can direct a Memory she gains to follow something vague like a Memory about cleaning or a Memory about fire. aspects activate when said aspect would come into play, such as a fire aspect activating when using fire, what the aspect actually does is not very easy to tell until it activates for the first time. the semblance came at the cost of preventing her from learning a NEW skill the old fashioned way, or by downloading it.

Backstory: in this timeline curly was created to be the first artificial huntress with a soul and true sentience, instead penny. but unlike penny and the atlas of her timeline, curly was shown to the public in a good light by atlas as a great boon to huntsman numbers and curly was as a sign of unity, sent to beacon as a student to get practical experience. her main creator was a man by the name Momorin Sakamoto (momo for short), who see's herself as curlys mother.

Extra: if you haven't figured it out by now, she's a robot. momo added in a special feature for curly where if she lies to someone the phrase "team 9 TERMINATED" will softly play while she speaks, though unless she's speaking quietly enough when this happens only faunus are able to hear it.

Hellpike is a custom weapon designed by Peter Russet that combines Dust Technology to a classic Glaive design. Barrels behind the blade store fire dust, whose knockback can be used to propel the blade forward multiple times in quick sucession. Moreover, the barrel system is perfectly compatible with her semblance, allowing her to boost the weapon's movement even further with her flames in a pinch.

Semblance: Conflagration (Aura color: Orange)
Cassie's semblance allows her to convert her aura directly into heat and flames. The aspect, volume and shade of the flames vary according to her emotional state: pure and intense emotions tend to produce the strongest fire, while internal conflict can even make the flames harmful to Cassie.

Personality:
Cassie can be harsh and cold at first glance, but those that get over that will quickly find out she worries all too much about any decently good-natured person near her. In a mission she is always calm and focused, outside of them she's irritable and easily distracted. That isn't to say Cassie is always moody; sweets and praise are both very effective in getting her to smile.
Having spent some time along trustworthy friends and freed herself from the negative influence of her past and her suppressed aura, Cassie has begun to trust on her own ability again, taking bigger risks and shying away less from speaking her mind. She's still easily distracted and a sucker for sweets outside of missions, though, and she'll even praise herself if no one does it for her.

Backstory:
Cassie Sterling was an orphan, adopted by hunters and brought to the new world at still a very young age. Her grit and determination allowed her to quickly rise the ranks amongst hunters there, and she always happily flaunted that she could protect anyone around her and take down the monster, no matter how big or powerful it was. To further prove her point, she started to band with progressively weaker teammates and hunt for larger monsters, not a trace of fear in her heart. Until the one day when it all came crashing down.
It started when a reckless hunter made a mistake too great even for her to cover: everyone but herself ended up dead. It was a dire moment for Cassandra, but she decided to try again... Only to get the same result. Time after time, every single mission she went from then on ended up in disaster, with her as the only survivor. Truth was, by setting herself apart from good hunters, she ended up always having bad or untrained partners that couldn't stand a chance against the kind of monsters she fought. Quickly word got out that it was all her fault, that Cassie was a betraying bastard that killed her team after each hunt to keep all the loot, which only worsened the situation. When her Palico named Delfos passed away at a particularly nasty failed attempt, she decided she had enough and vowed to go solo for several years until she met with the Grimm Hunter expedition.
Having discovered more about her past, Cassie now seeks to cleanse her family name by strengthening relations between Astera and the Kingdom of Vale however she can; she also wishes to help out Damian end the family dispute whenever she gets a chance.

Extra: Cassie now sleeps like a rock; you'd probably need a bucket of cold water to wake her up from a light nap.

A year has passed since then and Cassie's situation hasn't gotten any better. She's quickly losing her joy in hunting and longs for another shot at life. Hopefully, the fringe mission she just accepted that'll take her to this strange new world named Vale will help her with that.

Extra: Cassie has a very nasty case of insomnia and often goes on walks in the middle of the night. Some even heard her pretending to talk with her deceased Palico Delfos.

History: Before Oakris met Gamora, she was the palico of an inexperienced, and rather crude hunter. This individual was cocky, and selfish. One day, in the gathering hub, her and her master were getting ready for a hunt, and then the Hunter then said “do good in this hunt, and i will let you eat.” this set Gamora off, and proceeded to beat him down, much to Oakris’ surprise, since people talked about the two, but never did a thing about it. After finding out what happened, the Commander made Oakris Gamora’s palico, for her previous one had died while being careless on a hunt against a Bazelguese.

Purr-sonality: Oakris is outgoing, and a social butterfly, but being a palico, she lives for the hunt. When she gets mad, she will let you know immediately with scratches growling, and hissing, unless Gamora scratches behind her ears. She loves being around humans, or any friend of her master. She is very hard to anger, as she is calm for the most part, and generally does not like to talk about her past, and will avoid the topic anyway possible.

[WEAPON PREFERENCE]: Gamora is experienced in all weapon types, but she uses Sword and shield, switch axe, Charge Blade, Insect Glaive, Bow, Gunlance, and Light Bowgun more often than the others.

[GEAR]: She wears the full Odogaron Alpha set, with the Dragonking Patch replacing the helmet. She will wield any weapon she chooses, but prefers the Wyvern Ignition - Impact Greatsword with the Vitality Mantle and Health booster.

[HISTORY]: Gamora was born in a village known as Faville, which is a farming village under the protection of the Guild, and she was the Chief’s daughter, which made her well known throughout the village, the chief was a very buff Wyverian that looked exactly like a normal human, except the hands, which have 8 fingers in total, and his ears were slightly pointed. Gamora always saw hunters coming into the village to pick up what ever they wanted grown in terms of mushrooms, plants, and even farming bugs. At age 17, a Nergigante ravaged the village, and then 4 hunters come in from 4 Miernos after she was knocked away by Nergigante, flying towards the Elder Dragon. The hunters slayed the Eater of Elders within 30 minutes of landing. Though out cold, and the only survivor of the attack, the group took her to Astera, where the Admiral of the 5th fleet took her under his wing, and claimed her as his daughter, and trained her for 1 year. After that, she is now an HR 29 hunter that can show what she is worth in a hunt after slaying Xeno Jiva 2 years later, and will do anything to finish a quest, which makes her adoptive father proud. Little does she know, that she has 3 sisters that look very similar, if not the same as her, 2 of them also named Gamora, and the third one named Scylor (my real name). At some point in the future, she will meet with them, and have the shock of her life. (One sister has completely white eyes, the 2nd sister one has white eyes, but with visible pupils and Irises, and the 3rd sister looks completely normal.)

[PERSONALITY]: Gamora is caring and a bit of optimist. She is mature for her age, light hearted, and is a hit with Felynes in the palico profession, as well as Grimalkynes and a few Gajalakas, due to how kind she is overall. She can get pretty annoyed when things go wrong, or if there is an annoying person in her presence. With her smile pretty much always on her face. She is outgoing, but can keep things to herself. If needed, she will not be afraid to speak her mind, and she will speak up for others, and will take a leadership position if her team needs it. She also has great intelligence, and know what herbs, Bugs, and Mushrooms (with the mushromancer skill) are edible, which will keep her team alive if they have that knowledge, especially if all potions are gone during a long hunt. She is determined, and will find a way to succeed in any situation.

His weapon is a simple one called The Silver Fang. It takes the form of a rapier that has a semi-automatic gun in it. The weapon can be amplified with dust giving it different effects. The rapiers blade has been slightly modified allowing it not only to trust but to slice as well. The guard of the sword is designed with skull and crossbones as a reminder of his old life.

The dust effects:
At range:

  • The Fire dust creates a ranged fire slash that explodes on impact.​
  • The wind dust sends out a razor-sharp gust of wind with each slash cutting to shred anything in its path.​
  • The water dust sends out a lane of water with each slash while alone it doesn't do much it can be combined to work well.​
  • The lightning dust sends out a spark of electricity with each hit while not being enough to stun an opponent it is enough to shock them for a few seconds the more metal an opponent has the more the shock is.​
  • The ice dust shoots a cluster of ice at an opponent latching onto where it his and making the body part weigh more and colder, if two hits were to land next to each other they would join together making the ice large.​
  • The Earth dust sends a cluster of a rock at an opponent that shatters in mid-air into several fast firing pebbles.​
At impact:​

  • The fire dust creates an explosion of fire scolding any foe that would be hit without an aura and dealing more damage to those with an aura.​
  • The wind dust makes the sword have a extra slashing effect causing cutting wounds additional to the one caused by the sword.​
  • The water dust cause a large slash to escape after every slash just like the range it is not the best alone but better to be comboed with.​
  • The lightning dust upon touch acts as a short lasting taser that time increases depending on the amount of metal a foe uses.​
  • The ice dust gets attached with each slash the more ice that gets attached, the heavier it gets slowing the foe down more and if enough is attached it fully covers and freezes a foe.​
  • The earth dust simply improves the strength of each hit by covering the users rapier in stone.​
Semblance:

Steel's semblance allows him to partially distorted time around himself, speeding up anything inside the 5-meter zone or slowing down anything in the same zone. He can mix and max speeding himself up but foes down. He can mix this in with dust either delaying the effect or speeding up the effect, for example using the Green crystal and slashing it would usually cause a slashing wind attack. Mixing this in with his semblance he could delay the slash until an opponent steps right into it, or speed it up making it harder to dodge.

History:
Onyx is a man of countless stories. Some say he killed one hundred Grimm by the age of 10 others that he killed and robbed more men than anyone would like to guess. In reality his younger years while being more dramatic than most people was nothing compared to the stories that most have heard. He alone does not talk about his past but to those very few that know it it goes a lot like this;

Onyx was born beyond any safe zones, outside of the walls, of the cities to a place where you fight or you fall. Onyx was raised by two people neither his parents. They taught him everything, to fight, to craft and even to steal. His life was filled with hardship constant training and surviving. The years went on and Onyx gained strength, age, and knowledge. Once he reached the age of fourteen one of the two that looked after him perished, she suffered from a fever and from being away from any of the cities help was not there.

When she perished the other who looked after him grew tired, tired of the troubles that came with living free, living outside of the cities and their walls. As such he decided to move them both into Vale. Life was hard they had nothing so together they stole, they stole anything and everything food, dust, water anything they wanted they took. They began to form a group mostly of the poor, they trained them turned them into a force one to be feared.Their crime spree when on and the police well...the police feared them, after all, every engaged ended with several police injured or killed and none of the Raiders.

Days went on and the group crimes got bigger and bigger from simple thief to murder all the way to terrorism. After another year Onyx despised the group he wished to leave but the only way to do that would be to beat a man said to be unbeatable...the man who is classed as his father. Onyx took his opportunity when the two shared a training session caught off guard and unexpected a attacked reached the man. Only to be deflected by an invisible force.

Unknown what happened the two engaged but every hit the man took didn't faze him, every hit Onyx had injured him. The worst took an eye and left a scar on his face. The battle lasted nearly three hours before one of them fell. One of Onyx's hits final did something it cut his throat. Onyx left the place they stayed only to walk out to a bloodbath. A group of hunters was dispatched to deal with them. They questioned him about who he was and he replied. "The lord of the Raiders but you may call me Captain Quartz." The group of hunters readied themselves only to be left starstruck when the man in front of them fell, covered from head to toe in blood, some of it his father's most of it his own.

When he awoke he was in a room surrounded by the four. The first question that came out was "Who was the dead man in the room." A slight laugh escaped his mouth before smirking. "The old Lord of the Raiders and the creator of it...the man I killed." The room when silent for a while before another of them spoke this time a woman. "You know whats going to happen to you however they is a way out of it. I witnessed the strength of the Raiders and saw your fight with the old lord, the force that you could not break, the shield man used was one called aura and for you to best someone only using skill and endurance is incredible." Onyx shrugged before letting out a yawn. "If your going to kill me or throw me in jail get on with it." Onyx spoke his tone one of boredom. The woman's voice spoke again. "We can get you out of jail within a year on the terms you become a hunter after." A slight laugh exampled Onyx's mouth before he nodded. "Sure."

And as one might say the rest is history. He graduated from a Beacon Academy with ease and became a rather well renown hunter. He has returned to Beacon to try his hand at teaching the next generation of students.

Personality
Onyx has 3 main traits to his personality, his gentlemanly behavior, and morals, and his instinct for adventure and survival. His gentlemanly behavior stems from his early childhood,having a father who taught him how to hate everyone Onyx wanted to be nothing like him instead trying his best to become the opposite, leading him to study and learn how to act more proper by reading numerous books containing main themes with chivalry or noble and generous main characters, adopting an honorable and courteous personality. However, he still enjoys fighting and competition and will use underhanded tactics to win unless there are rules regarding it or if the match is defined as a gentleman's duel, following all the rules and regulations even if they are unfair or simply too much.

His adventurous personality was always something he seemed to have and one of his teachers from Beacon told him his thoughts on the meaning of being human. The gist of what he told him was that the only thing human beings need to do in life is die yet they chose to survive as if they can stop it or at least delay it long enough to leave something important so they can be remembered in memory and in history, they are something different, they don't want to survive they want to thrive and leave something behind to be remembered until the end of the world and even after that. This becomes his motto, fueling him to train to become a Hunter in the hopes of becoming "immortal" and also turn him into a person who firmly stands for his morals, always wanting to move forward even when he believes he can no longer walk or always wanting to stay awake even though he becomes more and more tired.

In times of desperation, Onyx's old personality comes out in which he is extremely ruthless and coldblooded. At this point, he becomes a firm believer in the concept of social Darwinism, where the weak exist for the benefit of the strong, and generally appears devoid of compassion or mercy to the point where he is not beyond using others as a meatshield to defend himself.

  • The wind dust makes the sword have a extra slashing effect causing cutting wounds additional to the one caused by the sword.​
  • The water dust cause a large slash to escape after every slash just like the range it is not the best alone but better to be comboed with.​
  • The lightning dust upon touch acts as a short lasting taser that time increases depending on the amount of metal a foe uses.​
  • The ice dust gets attached with each slash the more ice that gets attached, the heavier it gets slowing the foe down more and if enough is attached it fully covers and freezes a foe.​
  • The earth dust simply improves the strength of each hit by covering the users rapier in stone.​
Semblance:

Steel's semblance allows him to partially distorted time around himself, speeding up anything inside the 5-meter zone or slowing down anything in the same zone. He can mix and max speeding himself up but foes down. He can mix this in with dust either delaying the effect or speeding up the effect, for example using the Green crystal and slashing it would usually cause a slashing wind attack. Mixing this in with his semblance he could delay the slash until an opponent steps right into it, or speed it up making it harder to dodge.

History:
Onyx is a man of countless stories. Some say he killed one hundred Grimm by the age of 10 others that he killed and robbed more men than anyone would like to guess. In reality his younger years while being more dramatic than most people was nothing compared to the stories that most have heard. He alone does not talk about his past but to those very few that know it it goes a lot like this;

Onyx was born beyond any safe zones, outside of the walls, of the cities to a place where you fight or you fall. Onyx was raised by two people neither his parents. They taught him everything, to fight, to craft and even to steal. His life was filled with hardship constant training and surviving. The years went on and Onyx gained strength, age, and knowledge. Once he reached the age of fourteen one of the two that looked after him perished, she suffered from a fever and from being away from any of the cities help was not there.

When she perished the other who looked after him grew tired, tired of the troubles that came with living free, living outside of the cities and their walls. As such he decided to move them both into Vale. Life was hard they had nothing so together they stole, they stole anything and everything food, dust, water anything they wanted they took. They began to form a group mostly of the poor, they trained them turned them into a force one to be feared.Their crime spree when on and the police well...the police feared them, after all, every engaged ended with several police injured or killed and none of the Raiders.

Days went on and the group crimes got bigger and bigger from simple thief to murder all the way to terrorism. After another year Onyx despised the group he wished to leave but the only way to do that would be to beat a man said to be unbeatable...the man who is classed as his father. Onyx took his opportunity when the two shared a training session caught off guard and unexpected a attacked reached the man. Only to be deflected by an invisible force.

Unknown what happened the two engaged but every hit the man took didn't faze him, every hit Onyx had injured him. The worst took an eye and left a scar on his face. The battle lasted nearly three hours before one of them fell. One of Onyx's hits final did something it cut his throat. Onyx left the place they stayed only to walk out to a bloodbath. A group of hunters was dispatched to deal with them. They questioned him about who he was and he replied. "The lord of the Raiders but you may call me Captain Quartz." The group of hunters readied themselves only to be left starstruck when the man in front of them fell, covered from head to toe in blood, some of it his father's most of it his own.

When he awoke he was in a room surrounded by the four. The first question that came out was "Who was the dead man in the room." A slight laugh escaped his mouth before smirking. "The old Lord of the Raiders and the creator of it...the man I killed." The room when silent for a while before another of them spoke this time a woman. "You know whats going to happen to you however they is a way out of it. I witnessed the strength of the Raiders and saw your fight with the old lord, the force that you could not break, the shield man used was one called aura and for you to best someone only using skill and endurance is incredible." Onyx shrugged before letting out a yawn. "If your going to kill me or throw me in jail get on with it." Onyx spoke his tone one of boredom. The woman's voice spoke again. "We can get you out of jail within a year on the terms you become a hunter after." A slight laugh exampled Onyx's mouth before he nodded. "Sure."

And as one might say the rest is history. He graduated from a Beacon Academy with ease and became a rather well renown hunter. He has returned to Beacon to try his hand at teaching the next generation of students.

Personality
Onyx has 3 main traits to his personality, his gentlemanly behavior, and morals, and his instinct for adventure and survival. His gentlemanly behavior stems from his early childhood,having a father who taught him how to hate everyone Onyx wanted to be nothing like him instead trying his best to become the opposite, leading him to study and learn how to act more proper by reading numerous books containing main themes with chivalry or noble and generous main characters, adopting an honorable and courteous personality. However, he still enjoys fighting and competition and will use underhanded tactics to win unless there are rules regarding it or if the match is defined as a gentleman's duel, following all the rules and regulations even if they are unfair or simply too much.

His adventurous personality was always something he seemed to have and one of his teachers from Beacon told him his thoughts on the meaning of being human. The gist of what he told him was that the only thing human beings need to do in life is die yet they chose to survive as if they can stop it or at least delay it long enough to leave something important so they can be remembered in memory and in history, they are something different, they don't want to survive they want to thrive and leave something behind to be remembered until the end of the world and even after that. This becomes his motto, fueling him to train to become a Hunter in the hopes of becoming "immortal" and also turn him into a person who firmly stands for his morals, always wanting to move forward even when he believes he can no longer walk or always wanting to stay awake even though he becomes more and more tired.

In times of desperation, Onyx's old personality comes out in which he is extremely ruthless and coldblooded. At this point, he becomes a firm believer in the concept of social Darwinism, where the weak exist for the benefit of the strong, and generally appears devoid of compassion or mercy to the point where he is not beyond using others as a meatshield to defend himself.

These 2 stylish gunblades fire daggers almost as fast as a bullet and can fend off very well on their own thanks to the stunning properties of the electric dust in them. The daggers are also stuffed with dust themselves; if they're hit with any electric current, they'll all ignite at the same time and apply a devastating chain lightning for a single-use finisher. A nimble and safe weapon that works best in team play.

Drill Break Gauntlet:
A special project developed with the help of legendary scientist Dr. Momorin, this gauntlet uses a complex mechanism fueled by spiral energy to envelop the user's hand in a high-velocity drill that can tear through the fabric of space-time itself given enough resolve. Most of the time it's simply a glass cannon capable of dealing serious damage even to the toughest of monster hides.

Dragon's Lick:
This humongous one-sided chainsaw claymore ignites fire dust when activated, coating the blade with intense flames. The excess flames are also expelled on its blunt side, enhancing the weapon's speed with the knockback generated. A strong and fast option, but with a tendency to burn out its fuel quickly.

But it paid off: It wasn't long before Peter was dutifully working day and night at the forge, learning the ins and outs of creating the best Huntsman weapons out there and loving every second of it. His semblance showed up sometime during these years and proved very useful.
If he could, he'd lived like that forever; unfortunately, one day bandits attacked Peter and his master in their way between cities. His master was wounded during the mess and lost some of the movement in his hands. Unable to pay for a surgery, the old smith was forced to close shop and live on the streets. But Peter would have none of that; with both the burden of his family and his teacher in desperate need for lien, he put aside his dream and vowed to become a huntsman so he could provide for all of them while helping to make the world a little bit safer.

PERSONALITY: Although Asher may seem like a berserk, giant beast, he is a more a charismatic, gentle, giant beast. Asher prefers not to talk much, but if someone were too strike an interesting topic with him, like cabbage, he can talk for a whole two minutes. Which is good for him. He really is a comforting guy and a real gentleman at heart. Asher is quite street smart, unfortunately he doesn't like reading or writing and refuses to study for tests. He seriously is all brawn. He prefers to remain calm during fights, remaining civil and fair, but when it comes the time that he has to fight for his friends, almost no one can tell who he was before. He becomes a savage monster with nearly no remorse for Grimm. The only way people describe his fighting style is "I'm glad he's on our side." Oh and boy do you not want to see him when someone he really likes is in trouble. Asher is one of the most protective men anyone has ever seen. P. S. He is really sarcastic when he is comfortable.

POWER/SEMBLANCE: Asher is already strong and fast and physically better than most huntsmen, but his semblance is basically a very large taunt, enraging all he deems enemies and focusing their attention to him. When he uses this, his aura spikes and is very visible to others, almost liike a Super Saiyan type deal.


COLOR: Gray with hints of red that flow through it. His aura looks like its flowing.


BACKSTORY: Asher grew up within a small tribe of pure red Lion faunus. These faunus were fairly secluded from most other of their kind because they felt that they were the only pure bred faunus left in the world. They believed they should be the rulers of all faunus. Asher couldn't care less about who ruled who and whatnot. He just wanted to help out with whatever he could, and he always did. All of the other tribesman were soldiers, and that's what Asher was destined to be. He was fine with that since he could protect the people he cared about. At a young age, Asher was already thrown into the tribe's war between other faunus who disagreed with their lifestyle. It was only then that Asher realized how barbaric his tribe actually was. He never saw the soldiers at war before. He was sent when he was just 10, and he thought he knew what he was getting himself into. But he was wrong. He saw all of his brothers and relatives fight, they showed no mercy, they discarded their weapons and lunged for their enemies throats, they would be wounded and on their last breaths and still get back up and continue to fight. Asher was forced into this and he was forced to fight. He was forced to kill. He was killing these humans and faunus that didn't like his family. He had to drive his glaive through a dozen people before the battle was over. It was a miracle that only a small percent of his tribe members were killed, but he could only think about the other lives he ended. Asher was forever stained with their blood. He had to leave his tribe. He refused to kill anymore innocent lives. He only wanted to protect them from the monsters... Days later, he fled in the dead of night, he made sure no one was on his tail. He grabbed his glaive and made sure never to go back. Asher left no note for his family, he didn't care if they missed him, they killed innocent people and he couldn't handle that. He ran for weeks, living in the forests, on his way to the cities of Vale. After some time, Asher made it to a large city and he decided to find somewhere he could live. And boy did he strike the golden pot! The night he arrived, monsters started to emerge from the forest surrounding that city and who was there to help out? Asher. He saw people running and he saw few people staying and fighting, with swords and guns and magic. He was intrigued. Asher ran to their aid and he did aid them, quite a bit. He took out a few of the boar grimm on his own. He was just 12. Asher still helped out the others and they disposed of the threat quickly. He ran to them afterwards to ask them who they were. Luckily Asher didn't look too much like a faunus, except his pink hair, gold eyes, and animalistic teeth and nails. They told him they were huntsmen and that they appreciated his help. Asher saluted the huntsmen and he asked if he could help out anymore. The male and female standing before him decided to hear out Asher's story and they let him live with them until he wanted to live on his own. They were married and we're not able to have a child of their own. Asher was their child now though and he accepted it as they accepted him. They taught him everything he needed to know about these monsters and about how humans worked, cities, and technology, those sort of things. Asher finally had a helpful family he was proud of and he could look up to. He never really like Dust, but he learned how to use it. Years passed, Asher's adoptive father passed away and he knew it was about time he went to the academy. Unfortunately he was late for the beginning of school because he was taking care of his mother, but she had a talk with whoever the headmaster is now and they accepted him into the academy.


INSIGNIA: He keeps his insignia of the Red Lion clan he was a part of to remember his roots. It is tattooed on his left scapula.
