Personality: Simply put, Rufus is a very mild kind of guy. He never really has any strong opinions on anything, perfectly content to follow orders and doesn't have much of a presence. Not to say he can't think for himself, it just never occurs to him to question things and usually it's just too much trouble to properly get worked up. He thinks a lot and sees a lot, but a lot of it never makes it out of his head. Everyone trusts Rufus because he's good at keeping secrets, never really says anything important and frankly he looks like he's spacing out half the time. Really, he just doesn't care enough to do anything with the stuff he knows. He usually does the low-key sneaky stuff like spying or meeting contacts.
Relationships: Doesn't really have strong feeling either way for anyone. To him, everyone is just...there.
