I was given this idea from of @karmaa( Resources - ? faceclaims & chill ? ) and the tumblr face claim directory. You can find what you're looking for visually, from several options. If you have suggestions, post the name, and include a show if its an anime character. I do believe, however, nothing else like this is on here. If so, I'll take it down or change it.
If you do find someone for a face claim, please thank me/ ones who helped out. A simple, "thnx guys" is better than thinking no one uses it. If you are able, please include which FC you used, so I can add a popular tag. Please please thank me, though. This is going to take hours to create. If it takes less, I will update this, but I very much doubt it.
Note that I know about half of these. I haven't watched Naruto and thought Hinata was blind until researching her for this. Look at me.

I included tags so the pictures can be accessed easily. Open a slide and hit "F+Ctrl" to find the tag in the page. For instance, if you want a fantasy character and see "short hair" in the tags, open up the Anime Characters slide. Then, press F+Ctrl. Type "short hair" into the bar shown, and it will highlight the short haired anime characters. This is the best possible way to do this, that I have found, without making lots and lots and lots of tabs or slides. Again, making all this was very difficult, so please show respect. Tags were a ton of work.

Someone with red hair. Lumped in with orange, because I can only tell the difference in Ichigo.

Dyed
Frequently dyed hair. For specification, most anime characters fall under certain hair color tags.
Blind
I'm looking at Toph. And I said that just for the pun. Also see Disabled.
Male
Toughie.
Female
This one is, literally, complicated. They are unpredictable and confusing beings.
Teenager
Is currently a teen, or appears to be a teen in their anime.
Adult
Eats lots of healthy food and occasionally cries about their job. *Pat Pat*
Twin

Scar
It's kind endearing, which is why I love these characters. There need to be more girls, which is why I included

Been there, done that. Kidding. I'm not supposed to tell people that.

SEXYBEAST
You have to type that in. One word, all caps. Or no tag. These are men and women I find greatly attractive in a bad#ss way. Those who are not bad#ss, but adorable, are tagged with Cute.
Older
Maybe appears 30-ish+ Not very common.
Frequently Armed
Not only for finding cool samurai, but for avoiding sword pictures for a realistic role play. This is a real struggle.
