Terminology
Astral Projection: A meta-physical form which ESPers take to be able to fight Fear in the meta-physical realm.
Daydream: A state in which an ESPer acceses the Meta-physical realm as an Astral Projection. Time travels much faster in this state than in the physical realm.
ESPer: An individual with significant psychic powers.
Familiars: Beings conjured from an ESPer's which aid in an ESPer's fight against Fear. They're not bigger than half a foot.
Fear: Dark beings created from the subconscious of people's minds that manifest in the meta-physical realm where only those with Psychic abilities can see them.
Field: An ESPer's personal meta-physical realm which is used to contain and combat Fear. ESPers with special training can drag others, including non-ESPers, into their Field. As with Psy-Weapons and Familiars, Fields are unique with the ESPer.
Psychic Weapon (Psy-Weapons): Weapons in which ESPers can use to combat Fear, a combination of an ESPer's Familiar and Totem. Each Psy-Weapon is unique to each ESPer.
Totem: An ESPer's key into the meta-physical realm. It could literally be any object of significance to the ESPer.
