Rhada-ik-Buul sat in a comfortable chair in his underground complex, speaking with his advisers and thinking. Two months without a bombing in his land, and no loss on any fronts.
He looked over at his most trusted General, Ika-ir-Raqqa, and smirked.
"attack the Syrian government that is run by Infidels. We have the power, and they are falling. Make sure all new citizens of the Caliph are fully integrated, and make sure none leave. We must do these things, my brothers"
The general nodded with a quick, "Yes, my liege" and walked away.
He then looked over at his Foreign minister.
"Start putting more videos on the infidel's so-called 'Internet'... Get more supporters to our cause... Call for attacks in Russia and America."
The foreign minister quickly nodded and walked away. After that, Rhada-ik-Buul sat back, looking at the other men in the room.
"We are Allah's fighters... We will prevail in the name of Muhammad, as it has been said..."

He did not know how many breathed, at the ends of their labors, near-whispering to the moon up above, of praise for the prodigal son.
His Father's men, Ri Yong-gil most of all, had forgotten in their decadence that this country had been at war since it's inception.

Departing, he passed by two soldiers on his way to Ko Yong-hui. A woman that could make him forget, if only a little while.

Three middle-eastern men sat around in a bus station. One of them started smoking as a bus pulled up, and a short, skinny white woman with a large duffel bag got off. He put out his cigarette as she walked up, and smiled.
the smoking man stood up, yawning and stroking his beard. "Are we all ready?"
the two other men, one with long hair and one with a goatee, nodded. The girl looked odd.
He looked at her for a second, getting close. "Do you have any problems, or are you not willing?"
She shook her head no, and stood straight. 'I am ready..."
He quickly said "Good" and started walking. All walked in different directions
Later...
Shots were heard from Valley West Mall as the the man opened fire with an AK-47, 50 people died in the first attack... He in an hour-long standoff before getting gunned down.
Shots were heard from the Elementary School, where 700 students were at. 150 died from either the Woman or pipe-bombs previously set... She got gunned down while holding a child
Shots were heard in the Capitol building, where only 15 people died before he got gunned down
Shots were heard in nearby houses. he went house to house, eventually killing 30 people... He went missing shortly after...

After the attacks happening both in the United States and Russia, Japan was on High alert and caught 3 terrorists who are in possession of Automatic Firearms and pipe bombs both illegal in Japan as it has stricter gun control laws. They did manage to attack 2 policemen 1 of which has died and the other one is in critical condition before he police finally restrained them. They were placed in a prison in a police station awaiting trial. Japanese Prime minister Shinzo Abe announces that despite the terrorist attack in Yokohama, Japan will not mobilize it's military to intervene in the middle East.

In a last-attack effort, and capitalizing on a recent rebel gain on Syria, the ISIS fighters finally took Damascus, killing Assad publicly on the balcony after his surrender, claiming the rest of Syria for themselves.
Rhada-Ik-Buul later made a rare public appearance on the Damascus Balcony, addressing the nation. He spoke of putting down the rebels and that the next target was Iraq. 2/3 of ISIS fighters were sent to the Iraq front, and the rest putting down rebellions and patrolling the nation.

In Latakia the Ba'athists hold an elaborate funeral for their now dead leader and vow for vengeance on ISIS, the Free Syrian Army, and the foreign supporters of both of the groups.
With Bashar al-Assad dead, the German army had tried to save as many major Ba'athist party members as possible. In a small conflict, they saved the 80 year old Abdullah al-Ahmar. The German military retreated towards the coastline in order to secure the seaside city of Latakia where they sent the remnants of the destroyed Ba'athist Syria to safety in Germany.

Chancellor Franz issues a statement that any sort of rioting within Germany will cause imprisonment. He meets with the head of the BND (Federal Intelligence Service) and orders them to watch all Turkish citizens of Germany to hopefully stop any attacks. The number of police officers in predominantly Turkish neighborhoods is also increased to deal with the threat.
Having left the EU, and NATO, Franz sought out to secure more allies in Europe to keep Germany out of a war with other powers because of the Syrian Civil War. He invited a few of his neighboring countries, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, and Austria to form a military alliance. He also contacted Russia about the CSTO.

Prime Minister, Shinzo Abe who has recently landed in Paris after a log flight from Osaka, expresses concern on Germany's decision to leave both the NATO and the EU and addresses to Chancellor Franz in a press conference discussing Japan's relationship with the EU in terms of trade and security in hopes to get Germany to return to the EU addressing that the EU won't last long without Germany.

During the attacks, the police were called in to to investigate multiple shootings. After the moscow police arrived, They started to investigate the area until they heard gunshots. They would instantly report it in. "Shots fired!" And pulled out their pistols. They remained cautious and trying to get a view, After the armed criminal was sighted a officer yelled when he turned and saw them. Two nearby officers were trying to get close, but one was spotted and killed. The other tackled the man and started to arrest him while reinforcements arrived. At the school, a shootout occurred between law enforcement and a man which ended in three officers being killed and one wounded. The man was gunned down and was reported to have multiple shots to the chest and head. Officers chased after the assailant which made a run for it after gunning down a single officer and multiple people, He was not caught but long lasted searches would continue. The terrorist attacks were put on the media, and all news outlets covered it. The terrorists would be interrogated, and should their names be identified their family members would be targeted for abduction and or execution. Security in dense areas would be upped two fold.

With the recent gaining of most Syrian military assets and now being well-armed, the ISIS forces were able to hold back the Turkish support for a short time by pulling back Iraqi forces, until they retreated into Raqqa, where a defense line was formed 2 miles outside the city. ISIS soldiers were burning crude oil, masking troop movements with a dark, ominous cloud.
On the Kurdish front, ISIS had not lost much ground, although annoying pockets of rebels have somehow survived the harsh martial law.

Columbia officially responded by putting their troops on the border, and saying "Any attack on Columbian land would be condemned and reacted by the full extent of the Columbian Forces, and possibly by ABSAEDA forces"
Both sides keep troops on the border, with each one waiting for the other's move.

Chancellor Franz's message told Putin about the alliance he was trying to form with the other Germanic nations in central Europe. He then suggested that his alliance would merge with the Collective Security Treaty Organization which included Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. In addition to that, there were also the two observer states of Serbia, and Afghanistan. If united under one new alliance, this group could potentially rival NATO. If not, they would surely fall due to foreign intervention. Franz hoped that supporting Russia in the Crimean Crisis and in Syria would help a strong bond between Germany and Russia form.

In the now revitalized prison that had once housed the Red Army Faction's leaders, one of Franz's elite soldiers dons a simple prison guard outfit. He waits until the afternoon, and then headed to where there were radical Islamic terrorist held. Feigning allegiance to the activists against Frank Franz, the guard releases many of the Islamists before having to flee from a legitimate guard who was uninformed of the plan. The agent was gunned down by other officers while running away, but he bought enough time for the terrorists to escape and acted well enough to show them what seemed like a legitimate show.

With the speech, it was clear that Franz desired to stop the Grey Wolves, using violence if necessary. Police were informed the arrest all suspected members of the organization in addition to their extended family where they would be relocated so they couldn't cause harm. Franz expected some of the people to join in against the Grey Wolves which was his intention, the mob could be a very powerful tool if used correctly.

The dinner exceeds all expectations. Kim Jong-un couldn't ask for anything more. America was in upheaval, and his Korea was once more in a position to prosper as a people, and a nation. He gratefully accepts the invitation, so much so he ponders, already familiar with the proposal, the thought as if the idea for an alliance in the first place had come from his own mind.
He sees to it that his intentions of the modernizing and building up of his country's infrastructure, along with an updated armament for the military is communicated through the proper channels to Prime Minister Lu Keqiang, the Board of Representatives, and the Empress of China herself.

Brazil is now calling for assistance from the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) states.

The Japanese government has officially declared neutrality in the current wars in he Americas and abstained from voting whether it recognizes Cascadia as an independent nation. Japan however will be providing humanitarian aid to civilians in South America trapped in the conflict as it will always contribute globally. It has however cancelled all flights to and from countries who are currently in the war in the Americas.

Due to the relationship between Britain and the United States, it had simply been too easy to predict that the UK would vote against recognizing Cascadia as an official nation. British officials voicing their support for the US and Canada's ambitions to take their land back from unruly rebels who refused to take a peaceful, democratic route and instead immediately resorted to violence. The vote was met with mixed reactions from the public however it hadn't been enough to deter the government from supporting it's ally.
Along with this, a new vote has blocked all flights to and from the Middle East for security reasons, Israel being the only exception. It is known that British-borne flights going to and from Turkey are being closely monitored by MI5 and MI6 but have been allowed to continue somewhat normally due to Turkey being a popular holiday destination. Liberal calls for a parliamentary investigation into nationwide reports of 'racist police' have been ignored, as new regulations have allowed for "Probable Criminal Profiling" from police officers, allowing them to search and question someone based on appearance, behavior and attitude. New police training is being formed to allow officers to effectively decide on who to question and search and what types of people are most likely to be the perpetrators of certain crimes, it has been dubbed as incredibly stereotypical but plans have proceeded regardless as patriotism booms in the majority of the UK.

As a new push in nationalism spurs throughout the United Kingdom, increasing pressure for restrictions on immigration and airport security in light of terror attacks across continental Europe have given Parliament incentive to increase armed police presence in airports all over the country, along with major train stations and other major nodes of transportation. A new bill is being drafted to tightly lock immigration into the country as left wing influence in the country sees a dramatic downfall with the new Prime Minister's arrival, many peaceful protests have been held in London, Birmingham and Manchester but plans are going forward to continue regardless as public support for it increases. Article 50's enactment has also been encouraged to speed up by Prime Minister Callums, who wishes to leave the European Union at a quicker rate so more trading freedoms can be allowed at a faster pace than what is currently happening. Many have accused Brussels of stalling for unknown reasons but apart from that nothing else has been said on the matter.
At the same time discussion in Parliament surrounding a notion to begin increased surveillance of what have been deemed "likely targets for extremist conversion" has begun, it has met opposition from the left. Being called islamphobic and hate preaching against the Muslim community, points shot back were ones surrounding national security and that it was mere delusion to believe that terrorist groups in the Middle East don't target British muslims in their propaganda campaigns. The opposition in Parliament have accused Prime Minister Callums of racism and xenophobia, however he and his cabinet have denied such allegations, more discussions involved have been a total shutdown of refugees from Syria and surrounding countries in that region, the notion of fortifying Calais with high fences, walls and barbed wire has also been brought up as a more extreme way of deterring possible illegal immigrants, it has been made clear so far that the new government is going to take a much firmer stance on these issues than the ones gone past.

In response to recent events around the world and a great public demand for a stronger national reputation and identity. The new Prime Minister and Parliament have canceled on the Army 2020 plan, with the past government wishing to cut down the British Army's overall strength and replace it with a small, "technologically advanced force" they called it. Henry Callums, a more right-wing and action worthy PM has spat on the very idea and a plan to place 25 billion pounds into the defense budget has been put in place, destined to create over 68,000 new jobs within the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces, with a new Army 2018 plan being created under the PM's new cabinet to increase Her Majesty's Armed Forces to 345,000 active duty troops and 410,000 reservists by sometime next year, plans to pull troops out of Afghanistan have been put on hold to show the world that the newly elected PM isn't one to give up so easily on commitments and new public surveys are being held to find the general opinion on British troops in the Middle East.
Along with pledges to increase the Defense budget to 85 billion pounds by the end of the year, Callums has promised to protect and increase funding towards the NHS. And to protect it from privatization at all costs, this was met with great public approval, however to do this a notion has been passed to Parliament to greatly decrease the funding of benefits nationwide. Prime Minister Callums stating that his end goal is to successfully remove the welfare state that Britain has turned into, to calm the public he added that those with genuine disabilities and injuries making them unable to work would be protected in his plans. But that society's less desirables will no longer be allowed to take advantage of the government's good will and therefore taxpayers money, education has been a target of great debate between Callums and his cabinet, not being able to effectively decide what the plans involving the educational budget should be. However he has stated so far that the education budget will be protected for the time being until a decision can be made on whether or not it is possible to increase it's funding.

In the following days after accepting the CSTO alliance invitation, cascadia had called to russia for help. They didn't send the cascadians any form of military help, but they would try and sneak military funding in for them.
Russia would only declare itself a neutral party, and wouldn't help Brazil directly.

Now with improved diplomatic relations with Russia, Franz offered to purchase Kaliningrad, Russia's exclave in the Baltic Sea. He also stated that the Russians there would retain their land, and become honorary German citizens while the state of Russia would keep a naval base.
