Exceptional Technologies: Solar tapping a technology used to harvest energy from the sun as well as powerful gasses, used to overcharge laser weapons and power entire planets with ease.
Culture: Having been cut off from the religious caste after the fall of the empire the need to look to a new religious figure was great. This being the case the entirety of the Keltaken Royalist now worship the Darthan leader who they see as the only true leader of their people. With that the Darthan leader from henece forth is worshiped as the only condensate to the keltaken god still remaining. As well Military culture has mostly been bred out of the Keltaken berhavior many seeking to follow a more peaceful path as farmers or industrialist seeking to focus on survival of the keltaken as a species. With the effects of the Darthan procedure to help limit the constant reproductive nature of the Keltakens it now threatens to put them on the endaged species list if they do not change their ways.
Structure: Every planet in the Royalist is overseen by a head known as the Kunmar or Governor, below him is the Hanvar who would take command should anything happen to the Kunmar. Both of these report to the Darthan overseer assigned to the planet. The Kunmar then relays instructions to his men over the planet
Military: At any given time all 150 planets are manned by a planetary garrison of 100 million soldiers and all ships remaining are ment for commerce not combat.
History: After the fall of the last great Keltaken Empire the Royalist wanted to follow tradition, they turned to the darthans renouncing their freedom in exchange for following their leader who according to tradition as co-ruler of the empire fell on the shoulder of the Darthan leadership. This caused a splitting between three rival groups the second of which would be the Seperatist. Now as loyal servents of the Darthans. The Keltakens and those other species that remained work to restart the factories of their homes and start new many pledging to never again take up weapons. Many seek a simpler life now with no need for military expansion they focus on keeping their species alive and prosperous.
