Personality: She an extremely curious girl, but often talks herself out of doing anything brave or reckless. She tends to hold her tongue in most confrontational situations, but isn't afraid of getting physical. Chelle also has the tendency to create a mental profile of a person upon meeting them, which has led to some rather unpleasant encounters. She absolutely loves turtles, and her favorite color is a lavender-ish shade of purple.
History: Rochelle grew up in a poverty-stricken neighborhood in western Chicago, living with her father and two brothers. She was the middle child, and always seemed to be the odd one out. While her father and older brother both had two low-paying jobs each, she chose instead to focus on her education.
She excelled in her classes, quickly being recognized as an extremely gifted individual. She took advanced, college level classes throughout highschool, and finally graduated with a weighted GPA of 4.6. Colleges from all over the US contacted her, but she had set her sights on Oxford University, in England. She was, unfortunately, rejected, but instead of giving up, she shifted her gaze to the University of London. UCL offered Rochelle the Fullbright scholarship, paying for all of her tuition fees for a year, as well as paying for her flight to the UK.
Before the plane crash, Rochelle was planning on majoring in psychology. Although it was among the lowest paying careers, and her intelligence could've guaranteed her any job she wanted, the human mind, and how it worked, was what truly interested her.
Three Best Qualities:
· Thanks to her previous living situation, Rochelle can usually handle large amounts of stress.
· She'll do her best to help the people around her.
· She's better than most at keeping secrets - be it someone else's or her own.
Three Worst Qualities:
· Her indecisive nature has cost her greatly before.
· She can sometimes be too nosy, touching subjects that others would prefer were left alone.
· Though she's good at helping other people, she often lets her own emotions build up to the point where she'll have a volatile breakdown after breaking the lead on a pencil.
Former Career: A college student.
Skills:
· She knows American sign language.
· She has pretty good stamina thanks to going on jogs almost every morning.
· She is extremely good at reading people and figuring out how they're feeling, if something is wrong, etc.
· She can hold her breath for a pretty good amount of time.
