Citali.jpgRavenreach.jpgBasics
Name:
Citali-Sen (sit-TAH-lee Seh-n)
Age: 23
Appearance: 5'9" (175cm)
Personality: Citali wears her heart on her sleeve, laughing loudly and loving whole-heartedly. Her passion for "freedom by force" often overshadows how much she actually cares about people. Citali always likes a direct approach to most situations, a habit which often lands her in strife.
Likes: Festivities, feats of strength or courage, practical jokes, floofs
Dislikes: Authority, soldiers, indecision, pacifism
Fears: Fire, failure
Short Backstory:
Citali-Sen was born in the tiny once-independent village of Ravenreach in south Cancignia. When Atria invaded Cancignia, they targeted the small town for its proximity to Cancignia’s main road network. Over the years, the land was conquered and re-conquered countless times, losing many people and most of their oral history to collateral damage.

Citali was raised on the importance of the world around them. Each plant, animal, and rock had to be respected for they all held a place in the world. She was also taught how to fight in the brutal war that had consumed their land.

In her early 20s, Citali chose to use her skill and knowledge to rise up and declare Ravenreach’s independence from Atria and Cancignia. Her revolution ended with one battalion of Cancignian soldiers burning many of the houses of known rebels. Citali was captured and banished from her homeland, forced to wander the land knowing her people struggle more than ever to survive in a war that didn’t care for them.
Equipment: Battleaxe, antler circlet, bag of small rocks

Name: Liu Shenlong405975816a749b15c4d868e11e945a7d3b779758.png
Age: 21
Appearance: 6' 3
Personality: A young man who enjoys the simple pleasures in life, and a love of tranquility. There's a quiet determination in his eyes, however, to fight for such a peaceful life. One day, perhaps, he may set his blade aside, but not today. Not while there still stands evil that does not fear the light, not while there are so many suffering under Heaven's gaze. In battle, he fights with a brutal, deadly grace. He does not kill lightly, but neither does he dwell on those he has slain either.

Likes: Noodles, Napping, Fairness, Challenges
Dislikes: Injustice, Arrogance, Cruelty
Fears: Helplessness

Skills: Talented Martial Artist, Lifelong Wanderer
Strengths: Excellent close-quarters combatant.
Weaknesses: Stubborn, lack of ranged options, low armor.

Powers:
- The Blade's Swiftness: His speed is that of the wind, flashing from place to place while seemingly never tiring. His blows fall like rain upon his foes.
- The Blade's Strength: His blows fall with inhuman strength, crushing bone with ease and carving deep gashes into stone, much less wood.
- The Blade's Sight: His mind grasps the intent of battle intuitively, as well as its thousand-thousand nuances. He is instinctively aware of the hostile intent of those around him when it's directed at him, as well as their skills in battle.

Equipment:
- Heirloom Jian: The sole relic of whoever his family had once been, a blade with a worn insignia carved onto the pommel.
- Fine Guandao: A birthday gift from his adoptive father, a fine and well-balanced glaive.

Short Backstory:
Once upon a time, there was a family of renowned swordsmen. They had allies and rivals, storied histories and magnificent manors. They were proud. They were fierce. They were acclaimed. They fought and died. For three hundred years their house held great standing amongst Heaven and Earth. And of course, their pride became arrogance. Their ferocity became cruelty, their acclaim became infamy. Their allies deserted them, their rivals became bitter foes. And so they fought and bled and one by one, sank into death. Eventually, the house's bloodline was no more, and the ruin of their estates the only monument to what they had once been. Save for one child.

That child was found in the ash by a wandering warrior, and raised as his own. He learned the art of blade and fist. He learned to hold justice in his heart. He never once wondered who his family had been, for why would he? He had a father he loved, and a life that was his own. They had not raised him, and so he severed karmic ties to them.

But their history did not sever ties with him.

He is chosen to be a Demigod now, of the Blade. The Blade that cuts, the Blade of Heroes, the Blade that is undefeatable. His fallen family's history will reach out to take hold of him, and will find far, far more than it bargained for.

Signature Quote:
"For ten years I have been polishing this sword;
Its frosty edge has never been put to the test.
Now I am holding it and showing it to you, sir:
Is there anyone suffering from injustice?"

1646792993284.pngname: Piers Abomont

age: 22

POB: Aegian

appearance: Piers stands at 5'7 with bright brown eyes the colour of swamp mud. His skin is a tanned pale decorated in scars and bandages. His messy reddish brown hair is usually a mess and he tends to handle it by just shoving it up in a lose ponytail. His face is decorated with a pair of round glasses that are fairly thick with metal that is slightly bent on one side from being sat on a few times. He generally wears faded clothing that looks like at one point was expensive. His bow is slung over his back with his quiver seated on his hip and a simple hunting dagger on his other hip along with a book and charcoal. He usually has a large backpack as well holding his belongings, though that got left behind in his summoning.

personality: Piers was born to a noble family, one of many among the high class and thus comes with his share of manners, yet even still it has become roughish in most things other than dialect. He can often be found talking to himself and writing notes and drawings on things. He is easily distracted by things that interest him and only interesting things keeping his attention and keeping him from straying off to start something else. Piers comes with a stupid sense of bravery, not meaning that he is not afraid but rather that he just does it anyway when there is something to learn. This has caused him many times to injure himself to seat his curiosity, not that his injuries prevent him from pushing himself even further.

he works all the time, losing sleep and food often from losing track of time or forgetting, his research being far more interesting to him than mundane tasks. He doesn't see any difference between people really, rather caring about the knowledge that they have and otherwise not really spending his time on them. Not because he thinks of them any less, but rather he has more important things to focus his efforts on. He has dedicated his life to his research and can talk to anyone willing about it for hours. Most people are disposable to him over his research including himself and his well being, it is generally the only thing that he cares about in the whole world.

powers:

creation~
the ability to create anything. This ability however is limited to things that he draws, his drawings able to recreate anything. He is unable to recreate anything living, the life of the thing he creates being missing from the object. He is also only able to create things that he understands as well as knows the makeup of. The item tends to display the colours of the most common form of the item or whatever colours he associates with the item.

your past~
the ability to see memories of inanimate objects related to a subject he is thinking of. He does not know when it took place nor can he hear or smell anything. He is also briefly disoriented when going from his mind to the object's 'mind'. He can often lose the ability to do things temporarily afterwards such as walking or talking.

research notes~
Piers can summon a simple book with seemingly infinite pages that can be used as a storage. Items that he touches to the pages will be transferred into the book for storage and appear as drawings on the pages. They can be removed the same way. Living things can not be transferred inside the book and it can not be written in.
demi god basics~
superior physical capabilities, understanding all spoken language, and inability to die from age.

1646796947156.pngequipment:
= research notes and charcoal( a leatherbound book with his messy scribbles inside from his years of researching)
= quiver (a quiver of arrows)
= ironbark longbow(a bow made of ironbark, a wood of rare trees that is said to make superior gear, purchased with daddy's money)
= hunting knife(a simple knife for situations where he gets too close)
= money (a pouch with a hefty amount of money)

biography: Abomont is a wealthy family of extreme prestige, known to feast with the kings on their worst days. This was Pier's young years, the fascination of the massive library and an enjoyment of the archery his teacher taught him. He spent his days away from his parents, learning separated from his family and his siblings as their custom. He knew only himself as his friends and learned to treat others as temporary allies.

then one day his parents both fell ill, everyone but him and his twin did not recover from it. They grew worse and soon it was thought they would perish. The family closed its doors and kept it all secret, his sister and himself being the face of the family to keep the world from knowing the hardships they faced. Their staff was cut and soon it seemed that Pier and his sister would be the only of his family remaining. However, Pier's love for knowledge held a solution for him. Magic.

rare books and studies he managed to scrounge up showed tails of it, some saying it was evil, others saying it powers from the gods themself. Either way he knew it could save his family. He told his sister but she said he was crazy, every man he hired came up empty handed and the books be could buy seemed to offer no more knowledge than he knew. So he set out, leaving behind only a note and swearing he would find magic and bring it to his family and the world. He spent his years from there traveling in search of magic and those who could wield it. Soon though it became a question if he ever did this to save his family or if it was just because of his unquenchable curiosity.

quote:
"history, knowledge, must all be persevered over any cost.
humans live only so many years, but books can last for centuries,
saving more than any man could do in 10 lifetimes"

Name: Pebble "Peb"

Age: 15

Appearance:
EtfNV43WgAQi3FQ

EtfNjNkXIAAdRHC.png

Personality: The best way to describe Pebble's problem solving skills can be summed up by the words, "punch first, ask questions never". She is simple in her approach to life and all things, believing in strength above all else, and using brute force to deal with anything else that disagrees. The only problem with this, is that she was born frail and small.

The exact opposite of her ideals, Pebble does everything in her power to prove her strength to the world. She is incapable of settling for anything other than best and will stop at nothing to overcome her challenges, even if it means coming into harm. A warrior in nothing but spirit, she is constantly looking for a fight and acts without thinking, letting her emotions and instincts rule her. She hates nothing more than being considered weak, and refuses to be dependant on anyone. This stubborn streak has lead to her learning many different things to be self sufficient.

Likes: fights, a challenge (anything to prove her might), meat, tales of valor, frogs, climbing trees, hunting, swimming

Dislikes: vegetables, losing, being looked down on, the civilized nations, being called small or weak or a kid.

Fears: being weak and dependent. GHOSTS.

Skills: hunting, trapping, skinning, cooking(?), sewing, woodcraft, making fire, herbalist, traditional medicine, navigation, swimming, climbing, outdoor survival, unarmed combat

Strengths: resourceful, steel stomach, stupid brave, high resistance to harsh environments, physical strength (powers), unarmed combat, outdoor survival, sharp instincts and senses (able to smell and hear things that most people miss), high pain tolerance.

Weaknesses: too brash, uneducated on culture beyond her homeland, small stature, scrawny from malnutrition, no strategy in combat, relies on brute strength for most problems, not good in sustained combat, frail (compared to other demigods) when she is out of her bear form.

Powers:

1. Hair-Wolf/Bear: like the tales of the great were-bear, Pebble's mane of wild hair is capable of taking on a life of its own, growing enough to take on the shape of a beast of her choosing. This is almost always a bear, as it is her clan's spirit animal, but she can also change to a wolf whenever she is running out of hair or needs to conserve energy. Pebble is in full control of the hair-monstrosity whenever she is inside and all movements made by the hair are mirrored by her own movements inside.

2. Overgrowth: Unlike normal hair, Pebble's locks are capable of growing back within minutes of being cut, and if she has enough energy, can grow much longer and thicker than normal. Although the hair of her bear form is woven tightly to make it more durable, it is still capable of being cut and burnt like typical hair. Whenever the hair is damaged, Pebble will be exposed and vulnerable to damage. While more hair can move in to fill in the gap, her form will begin to lose mass and strength if not given enough time to regenerate.

3. Bestial instinct: A passive upgrade to Pebble's senses, increasing her sense of smell, hearing, sight, and even vibrations in the air. In addition, she has an animalistic sixth sense, able to sense the approach of danger and detect unnatural anomalies that might be hidden to other senses. She can sense if something is amiss in an area, although might not be able to understand what exactly is odd about the situation.

Equipment: Her clothes, an orange bead necklace made of wood and bone.

Short Backstory: Pebble was born during a raid from a neighbouring tribe, a omen that the child is destined to be a great warrior when they come of age. Unfortunately for her, this was not the case. Pebble was a small and sickly baby, one that her mother would have thrown in a river had her newborn not suddenly got better, as if to spite her. Was this a sign from the great bear spirit? Maybe this sudden tenacity meant that she would grow strong afterall.

When Pebble reached her name-age, she was still scrawny and small compared to her bothers and sisters. She was named Pebble, partly because of her runtish form, and partly because of her mother's regret of that day by the river. In the end, the Bear Spirit had punished her by giving her a pathetic runt of a child that would not die, no matter how starved or beaten she got. She prayed each day for the thing to be taken away, so her family's shame would go too.

In the Mountain-Bear Clan, strength is the greatest trait that anyone can have. Weakness meant death and shame, something that Pebble was reminded of every day, and every day she would put all her effort towards proving her might. She sparked fights, hunted game for herself, and leapt at any challenge she was given. No matter how many times she was overpowered, knocked down, or wounded, she was determined to rise up every time and show the whole world that she was a warrior.

She even challenged her clan's top warrior, Duian to unarmed combat. He was bald, and much older than her, but instead of beating down the girl he took a moment to teach her a few tips in hand-to-hand combat.

Name: Eliana Contouli

Age: 28

Appearance: the-sunthrone-swordhammer-snek-finito-normal-res.png

Personality: Eliana is able to distinguish easily between the necessary demeanour for her duty and regular social life, when she deems part of her duty she's calm collected and fairly stoic individual as one would probably expect from a knight. but naturally, she's laxer in situations sociable but not extremely because she still has a reputation to maintain not having a massive outgoing warrior spirit but there is certainly stuff there. she does have an issue with feeling inferior though not out of anything but personal anxity and expectation she's loaded onto herself

Likes: tea, most types of weaponry, proper etiquette where appropriate, and geckos

Dislikes: rude people, cats, trying to cook at all

Fears: being viewed as weak.

Skills:
Sword fighting
Hammer fighting
some level of blacksmith knowledge
Horse riding
General noble etiquette

Strengths: having some decent monetary backing, reliable but not bull-headed. Strong athletic skills

Weaknesses: not the fastest learner, has some trouble adapting to new situations. Literally the worst cook

Powers:
Serpent physiological: this result in the growth of an over 2-meter long snake body in place of legs this is mostly muscle and is thusly considerably stronger... does make one slower than someone with actually legs though in terms of waking. In addition, it also gives sharp snakelike fangs.

reptilian armour: like the armoured scaly hide of reptiles this power makes one's entire body incredibly durable as if covered in chainmail while providing excellent shock absorption, it does however make healing injuries significantly slower due to the toughness of their body.

envenoming: allows the user to coat s single weapon of their own or someone else's so they can potion a target this effect lasts for a minute.

Equipment: plate armour, simple tools for maintaining her own equipment, and the "hammer edge" a slightly magical heirloom weapon that can shift from a greatsword to a battle hammer.

Short Backstory: Eliana Contouli a recently knighted... knight form the Aegian Empire not to much to say being the first born to her father, he'd promised that his firstborn child would take up the mantal of knight once he'd grown too old for it, and such a promise he did fufill regardless of his first born being a girl, Eliana took this pretty seriously and was rather proud of the this fact and really wises to prove her father choice in her to be right over maybe one of her more physically capable brothers.
