Rin is a quite goofy and unique young man. He is a thrill seeker and CANNOT stand being bored. He's the type of person to just wing it and take things as they come without any forethought. He completely LOVES music and candy and other sweets. Even though he seems pretty calm and chill, he's actually a ticking time bomb, ready to burst with excitement. He may be the riskiest person alive. No risk is too big as long as he gets some fun out of it. Despite his cheerful attitude, he has no morals and will take any odd job given to him, so long as it entertains him.

Rin carries two concealed automatic pistols at both sides of his waist at all times. He will never be seen without headphones, or at least a pair of earbuds. His earbuds and headphones also double as pieces of technology that allow him to listen to things more carefully or from further distances. On his belt are two small smoke grenades and a small flashbang. Lastly, he holds onto a very small knife that hangs beneath his shirt from a necklace string. All of the equipment, including the headphones, were reluctantly provided by Kaito.
Abilities/Skills:
Rin is incredibly fast, agile, and flexible, only barely slower than Slack. His incredibly quick-witted and thinks best under pressure. His hand to hand combat skills are almost unparallelled due to his amazing reflexes. He also has very high stamina.
Weaknesses:
Rin is actually deaf, or rather the closest thing to it. The only way he can hear is if he is wearing his special earbuds or headphones, custom made my Kaito; if he doesn't have his head gear, he cannot hear a single note. Furthermore, he lacks any forethought when it comes to any situation, often causing him to get wrapped up in problems with no plan of action; he's a polar opposite to Kaito. Finally, he is stupidly irrational. This brings him to making dumb conclusions or making unfair decisions.
Occupation:
Rin runs a service store; it's basically a place for recruiting Rin for odd jobs. He gets paid depending on the job at stake. He doesn't care about payment, however, and only takes a job if it piques his interest or fulfills his thrill-seeking nature.This means he will take either a criminal job or a vigilante job, meaning that he is neither a villain or a good guy. He's on his own side.
Extra:
Although Kaito doesn't like people to know, Rin is Kaito's brother. He sleeps on the streets, but still manages to shower regularly and keeps hygiene by showering in other people's showers.
