United Rhaerschia (Lazour: ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐/Romanized: dun-a-ta ra-he-er-sya, IPA: /du.na.ta ra.her.syh/, Lortien: ืจืืกืื ืืืืืืืช/Romanized: Rhvsyh Hemavehdt, Marquese: ีีซีกึีตีกีฌ ีีธึีทีฏีซีก/Romanized: Miatsโyal Rhaehkia) or commonly known as Rhaerschia, is a country in Southern Deicratia. The Country has a population of above 125 million and has a flourishing economy of over N$ 5 trillion. It borders the Aldion State and the Nor helm Republic in the North, the United Republics of Swรผlerd in the east and Rhaerschia also shares maritime borders with Japion & Orelenรฉs. It is considered a developed nation with a Human Development Index (HDI) of 0.91 (Very High) and a Gini Coefficient (Income Inequality) of 24.7 (Low). Rhaerschia possesses a predominantly moderate climate, wherein the summers are pleasant and warm, the monsoons are humid and cool, and the winters are cold in the plains and other lowlands, but freezing in the hill stations and other highlands. Rhaerschia also boasts a diverse array of indigenous vegetation and fauna, which are protected from pollution and urbanization in numerous wildlife sanctuaries and national parks, in addition to the general forests. Its capital can be said top be the city of Tylon Rouge, which serves as the seat of the government, although not proclaimed capital by any law. Rhaerschia is made up of 3 types of Administrative divisions- 1. Provinces, these are 12 in number as of now. 2. Canton Divisions, which are 9 in number. And 3. Municipal Districts, which are 2 in number.
Etymology
The Lazour name of Rhaerschia, is 'Raher' (๐๐๐๐๐). It is a word meaning, 'Prestigious', and was first used by the Rhaer Valley settlers who established the Kingdom of Lavien in 245 BCE. The name was originally written in Old Lazour as, '๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ' (Ranthus/IPA: /หrรฆnฮธษs/) but evolved overtime. After the unification of Rhaerschia in 119 CE, '๐๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐' (Rhaersyh) became the official way to write the word 'Rahersyh' with the 'syh' coming from the Lortien name for the land 'Rhvsyh'. The Lortien name is derived from the Lortien word for the land, 'ืจืืกืื' (Rhvsyh), which the Kingdom of Lavien controlled, while the Marquese word 'ีีธึีทีฏีซีก' (Rhaehkia) comes from the word 'Reich' meaning 'Realm' or 'Domain'. The English of the country comes from the river 'Rhaer', with '-schia' added after the word. So, 'Rhaerschia' means 'Land of River Rhaer'. In English the standard way to refer to a citizen of Rhaerschia, 'Rhaerschian', originates from the word Rhaer as well.

Ancient History
The ancient history of Rhaerschia starts with Stone Age migrations. These stone-age people founded the first human habitats in Rhaerschia. Later a much larger migration begin from the Copper Age, ending in the Iron Age with the Foundation of the Empire of Rhaerschia (๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐, Romanized: Raher Harwal). These migrants came mainly from Orelenรฉs and Swรผlerd, and belonged to the Aryan Group of People. The first settlements to be founded were in Sywat, dating back to around 2480 BCE. These settlements made up the Old Sywat Civilization, which flourished from 2500 BCE-2000 BCE. The reason for its decline is unknown, although some speculate the Great Floods to be the cause for the Civilization's decline. A new civilization flourished again in Sywat from 1600 BCE to 400 BCE, called the 'New Sywat Civilization'. This civilization was much more advanced than its predecessor, with urban structures and settlements, drainage systems and community storage facilities. Another great difference between the Old and New Civilizations was that the new one had a Chief Leader called 'Rex', which was the Latin word for King. According to edicts, Kingship was non-hereditary, and a council of five Aldermen elected the King after the previous's demise. The first King is believed to be an architect named, 'Diluc', who founded the famous Sywat University. A total of 18 kings ruled this civilization until it was attacked by the Low Swรผlerds in 400 BCE (How the invasion took place is highly disputed). The Low Swรผlerds, founded a military government in Dibolin, Southern Sywat, under the leadership of a Warlord named, Zyium K'mon.

In 245 BCE, the first hereditary monarchy in Rhaerschia, the Kingdom of Lavien was founded by the Lavien Clan. The Kingdom conquered much of the plains, established the knighthood system in Rhaerschia for the first time, and introduced multiple agricultural reforms. The Kingdom saw the reign of three kings- Zuvier I, Alfonso I, Zuvier II and a Queen, Margaret. The Lavien Kingdom started a "Reconquest" of Swรผlerd territories', conquering Tylin (East of Modern Day Tylon Rouge) by the reign of Margaret in 50 BCE. After Margaret's death in 38 BCE, the Swรผlerds started a conquest to take the Tylin Valley back from Lavien. But By now, the Kingdom of Lavien's crown was vacant due to a dispute between the Archon (Chief Priest) and the Heir Apparent, Alfonso II. Alfonso II ended the dispute by proclaiming himself 'High King of Tylin' on 5th of Feburary, 34 BCE, after he retook Tylin from the Swรผlerds. This also lead to the founding of the High Kingdom of Tylin. Most of Lavien's territories had been absorbed by Tylin, except for the capital, Lavoud, where the Archon held ontrol. Due to the dispute, Alfonso decided to conduct his coronation without any religious rituals, and without even inviting the Archon. In addition, Alfonso II made sure to stop any further advances by the barbarians, by creating the oldest standing army unit in Rhaerschia, D'Tylin Garde. The High Kingdom of Tylin also started a great campign against Swรผlerds, eliminating them by the Battle of Janduรฉ on 14th of December, 12 CE. The High Kingdom of Tylin, started multiple expeditions- both diplomatic and armed.
It terms of armed conflicts, Tylin invaded Voesian Invaders who had taken hold of the East, Unified the Bay-regions, and conquered the Redwoet Isles. These events mainly happended during High Queen Alisa's reign (28-79 CE), who is also known for writing Rhaerschia's two Epics- the Nymiru, and the Karoloeis. In terms of diplomatic achievments, the High Kingdom of Tylin reached a peace aggrement with the Royaume d'Orelenรฉ (Kingdom of Orelenรฉs), Established a Customs and Trade Union with Multiple smaller city-states in Rhaerschia, and other Lazour speaking states. But the greatest event was the Congress of Sweinerd, a diplomatic meeting made after a Norian Invasion of Rhaerschian Lands on 7th of August. The congress proclaimed, Julian of Tylin as, Julin I of the Empire of Rhaerschia, unifing all of the modern day Rhaerschian Mainland into a single nation.
