Appearance: A scruffy looking man, he has a bit of stubble all around his chin and mouth, his hair is short but messy, and he wears scavenged combat armor from anywhere he can find it. It all is given the same brown color through his exploits in the wastes, but occasionally one can make out the true patchwork nature of his clothing.
Personality: Prometheus is a welcoming person, one who accepts people as they are and is outwardly friendly to them. He harbors different opinions in some cases, but will always try to act according to his stance with people. This hides a harsh internal bitterness, and a loathing for himself and the world in general.

Biographical Information: James Saisima was raised by his father to be the better man in every instance. However, as he matured he learned that people weren't always so able to meet him in calm terms. He grew bitter as a teenager, growing into someone with a little more understanding than his age allowed. James started a family in a lower-security zone, where he slowly warmed his heart to caring for others after the birth of his children. On a run to nearby ruins to look for salvage to sell, he returned to find his home had been ransacked by bandits. His family slaughtered, he grieved for a great time. Recovering from the sorrow of losing his loved ones, he went to the local 'police' group. The Overlord did nothing to solve the crime, and local officials responded to James' pleading with hostility, outright beating him down and imprisoning him for two days. After being released, he used his various talents to become a glorified errand-boy for whoever would pay him the money he needed for food. Odd jobs were never in short supply, and it was in these that James picked up the skills needed to survive alone in the wastes, and eventually wandered to the wastes to do just that after growing sick of living in the house where he failed to protect his own family. He searches for traces of the bandit clan that took out his family, seeking vengeance for what they had done to him. He partly blames the Overlord, who did nothing to help the Saisima family even during their lives. He helps anyone who needs it, taking special care to cause havoc for the corrupt bastard who sat idly by while his family was slaughtered whenever an opportunity arises.
