The Surrogate
To create your character, create a bog standard human concept, then roll either for your Trigger, or ask either me or Silvertongued if you can go for a Cauldron Vial.
If you go for a Trigger, you get up to three rolls (rolled between 1 and 440) to choose a Trigger, which you apply as a template over your character, altering it where necessary.
Once you've gotten your trigger event, open up a thread saying which one you got, and the other players and the GMs will help flesh out your powerset.
After all of that's been completed, you can create your character in the World in Peril system, which can be found here.
