Background: Having grown up in Raccoon City and wanting to follow in his father's footsteps, Jack enrolled into the cities police depart at the age of 18. Having been taught by his father, he quickly fitted into his role well, learning how to fire weapons and some hand to hand combat training, along with driving. One year later into his career it happened... The event that would change his life, and more so the world forever. Witnessing first hand the Raccoon City outbreak back in 1998 when he was just 19 years of age, Jack and his father were on the front lines when the outbreak hit, patrolling the streets in a car when there came reports of people being attacked by what some where calling "Crazed people" and others "The undead".
Responding to a call, requesting that all units were to head to the station they came across a gruesome sight. The place was under siege, a horde of the undead outside trying to get in. In the confusion and panic Jacks father tried to help, much to Jack's plea for him to stay in the car, but it fell on deaf ears. He watched as his father leaved the car and then proceed to open fire into the horde as it began to make it's way towards them. Jack not wanting to just abandon his father got out and began firing as well to little effect. That's when it happened. A dog came barreling out from an alleyway and proceeded to zip Jacks father throat open killing him. Jack fled the scene in the car, managing to get out of the city and later learned on that the Raccoon City outbreak was Umbrella's doing. He swore then on to bring them down no matter the cost.

Background Story:
On April 30, 1980, her parents, Parker and Lillian Kincaid gave birth to a baby girl in Russia. Over the next few years, the small family moved countless times. From Russia to Japan to Hong Kong and then, finally, settled in Raccoon City. By the time they settled, Allyanna was four. Her mother was a school teacher and her father worked as a high level researcher for a pharmaceutical company, Umbrella. Her father worked alongside a young Albert Wesker and William Birkin and really wanted his children to be a part of the Wesker program. Shortly before Allyanna was born, her father was able to talk Mr. Spencer into putting Allyanna in like experiments, but would be the start of a new variance. The variance provided better control over such experiments, so that those affected wouldn’t have a mind of their own. They wouldn’t test all of the control methods until her teenage years. Growing up, her father always told her that it was just doctor’s appointments just to make sure she was healthy. However, when she turned eleven, her mother was suspicious at the vast amount of appointments that her father was taking her to. The amount of doctor’s appointments had quickly outnumbered the days she spent in school. When she had tried to look into the medical records of her daughter, she was denied. When she tried to ask why, she wasn’t given a clear answer. Instead, her father, her husband confronted her. He told her that there was nothing to worry about, it was just standard stuff. Having enough of the secrets, Allyanna’s mother grabbed Allyanna and two bags and fled from their house. They were on the next flight to Italy, her mother’s home country. During her first week in Italy and going to school, she met Jaxon Reveraud, who was then thirteen. During that time, she discovered that Jaxon was a foreign student from Paris, France.
Ever since meeting Jax, the two have become inseparable. They spent every free moment together, doing something. Years later, at fifteen, her and Jaxon decided to head home after a long day of working for the neighbors. Upon entering the house, she finds her mother on the ground, dead and there were a dozen agents standing around. Before both Jax and her could escape, they were grabbed by the agents. Allyanna tried to fight, but it was futile. Both her and Jax were knocked unconscious and taken.
When she awoke, she found herself in a bed and Jax was missing. It would be months before she saw him again, and he was becoming ruthless like Wesker. She found that with their given gifts, the more his thirst for power grew. It was something she didn’t realize before they were taken. She was stuck in the same room until her eighteenth birthday and had fear instilled into her everyday. From fifteen to eighteen, she was trained by Wesker himself in various things. In three years, she was fluent in four languages: German, Korean, Japanese, and Spanish. When the higher ups were pleased with her progress, they gave her her first mission. She would be a partner to Albert Wesker but would serve as just a normal STARS officer. She was unsure of what happened to Jax as he was sent to a different lab as he was flourishing in their command. While she was under Wesker’s command, he tested her on everything that he taught her. Including delving deeper into different areas like weapons and close quarter combat. A few months after she started, the fall of Raccoon City happened. When she realized she was free, she faked her death and ran. She didn’t waste any time getting out.
For quite a few years to follow, she laid low so that her death was believable. When she found out about the BSAA and how it was beginning to start up, she decided to join. It was difficult to persuade Jill and Chris that she meant no harm; that she saw the error in what Umbrella was doing and immediately left. It had seemed to work with Chris and Jill, but they still didn't trust her. They had her followed for almost a year after and she had to follow certain conditions like not being able to use her abilities during training and that she had to have semi-annual exams done to keep an eye on the virus.
When she completed her training, she was only sent on the most dangerous missions, usually working with either Chris or Jill. One mission, in particular, was the one to apprehend Oswell E. Spencer. When they arrived at the estate, she wasn't expecting to see the presumed dead Wesker standing there. It actually caused her to hesitate for a minute. She caught his eye and his surprise seeing her there. Knowing he was pissed at the betrayal, she followed Chris and Jill in the fray. After he had thrown Chris and Jill to the side, he rushed towards and grabbed her by the throat. She wasn't nearly as strong as he was as she wasn't a tyrant yet however, she was able to escape his grasp. At first she hesitated, and then lunged at him and punched him, but he knew what she was capable of and easily deflected it. When he got a hold of her again, he whispered to her, "Don't hesitate." He then threw her into the bookshelf hard enough to incapacitate her for a little. Chris and Jill had managed to get up and attacked him, but he easily deflected their attacks before walking towards Ally. He gripped her throat and raised her up to his height. Looking into her eyes, he snapped her neck and dropped her. He had then turned towards the other two and finished the battle with him.
When Ally woke up, she saw Chris sitting in a chair near her looking as if he hadn't slept. That was when he told her what took place after Wesker "killed" her. After she recollected her emotions after the news of Jill's death, she pulls out all the cords and got up despite Chris trying to stop her. When she tried to push him away, it ended up with him hitting the wall, hard. Feeling the surprise of what she was capable of, she ran and didn't stop. Not to mention, Wesker knew she was alive now and it would only be a matter of time before he came after her.
Once she got control over her newfound abilities, she used her talents to start taking out any pharmaceutical companies that attempted to make BOWs and sell them to the black market. Her emotions had hardened as she refused to get close to anyone else as the fear of losing or hurting them haunted her. The next place in her sight was NexCorp.
In all that time, she hadn’t seen Jax in years.
Her Weakness: Umbrella never told her that during all the experimentations, they had added a defense mechanism that allowed them to control her from a few minutes to up to an hour. That same control transferred over to NexCorp when Umbrella fell.

Background: Lieutenant Marcelius Severe was born in Compton, California where he had a rough life growing up in the hood. While he was still in high school, the unthinkable happened in 1998 and 2001 with the disaster of Raccoon City and the terrorist attacks of 9/11. Emboldened to make something of himself, Severe enlisted in the US Navy Seals and after completing training, he was commended for his marksmanship and became his platoon's Designated Marksman. He served in two tours of duty in Afghanistan and one in Iraq respectively, becoming a distinguished member of his squad for his deadly expertise with his weapon. After his first tour, he would meet his soon to be wife and, they would marry before his second deployment in Iraq.
During his third tour, Marcelius's wife and unborn child would fall victim to the attack at Harvardville Airport, dying in the initial plane crash and were among the first of the infected in the outbreak. This news would break Marcelius's heart, but the tragedy motivated him to fight a new fight against bioterrorism. With permission from his COs, Marcelius was transferred to the American Counter Bioterrorism Unit, US-STRATCOM, to fight for his country in preventing disasters like Harvardville from happening again.

Harold was at this point only 13 years old and didn't quite understand the situation.
Being raised for the remainder of his childhood by Umbrella, his mind was formed to suit their needs. "Implanting" their ideologies into him, he began his work for them and eventually even completed his doctorate in virology. Harold then worked with the top scientists of Umbrella, him being essential in the creation of the T-103 and the Hypnos-Gene. But he developed his own plans in secret, as many other of the scientists did. Seeing the downfall of Umbrella coming from miles away, he sold samples, his knowledge and himself to one of Umbrella's competitors: NexCorp.
Now employed as head scientist in one of their secret laboratories, Harold slowly sets his plan into motion: To become the ultimate lifeform!
