  Elaina 'Lainy' Milano was born 3 months premature in Australia by American parents Tim and Christina Milano. She lived in Melbourne, Victoria with a guardian until the age of six when she was deemed healthy to relocate to America. Her parents were always off on some business meetings, but when they were home her Father Tim, a big supporter of the right to bear arms, would take her hunting while her Mother would chastise from the driveway. It wasn’t really Lainy’s thing, but she loved that she got to spend time with her father.
  
  All and all Elaina was a normal private-school girl; Did her studies, found little ways to bend rules, and surrounded by lots of friends. But something she picked up from her guardian in Australia was a love of race cars. And soon a dream to work on Formula 1 cars was born. Being accepted into M.I.T’s Sloan Automotive Laboratory for Automotive and Mechanical Engineering was as if to say it was a done deal for the girl. Everything in life was perfect, that was until she moved. It was in her first year of her dream college that her anxiety was re-diagnosed as Monophobia: The fear of being alone.
  
  With Treatment Therapy she was able to graduate 2 years behind her peers. With all that was going on, her doctor thought it prudent to do a trial run to verify she was well enough to get through this without Propranolol (Beta-Blocker) Medication. Elaina took a temporary job at an automotive shop in Racoon City, and for the first month everything was going well….

  There wasn't much to say, Percy was born and grew up in little old Racoon City, and while it did have its own university and she loves the place dearly, she wanted more for herself and decided to move to another city to complete her studies. She grew up in an orphanage and got adopted by a lovely couple at the age of seven who then got divorced four years after but maintained a friendly relationship with each other. Her father had stayed in Racoon City while her mother had moved to another city, hence she bounced like a ping pong ball from one city to another. She didn't mind, she gained a lot of friends from it.
  
  At first, she took on a Computer Science Program before shifting to Photojournalism after an event that had changed her ambitions. She finished her degree and found work in one of the well-known journalism companies. She bulldozed her way in, as with most of the articles she had worked on, although she wasn't credited as much for it during her first years. Eventually, she found herself back in Racoon City to visit her father and it turned out that there was a story that piqued her interest quite a bit.

  Percy is a very amiable person and nosy, it's quite handy as a photojournalist. It has helped her get connections that certainly helped in her journalistic endeavors. She's quite resourceful and is clever enough to get out of any situation by a whisker. While her work is based on the good intention of taking down the corrupt, she has certainly made a few enemies stemming from the wealthy and it doesn't help that she finds it quite thrilling. She's daring and isn't one to give up on her goal so easily.

When he became old enough, his father taught him to shoot, to wield axe and blade and many other things, but also told him tales of his youth, of his many endeavors in the Military.   Lyra was born in the small town of Whitechapel, Maine to two loving parents. For awhile, everything was perfect for the family of three. Lyra was top of her class, her father was part of the towns small police force, and her mother was a nurse. She never thought for a second anything could go wrong.
  Until it did anyway.
  When Lyra was ten, her mother was diagnosed with a rare cancer that rapidly spread through her body. By the age of twelve, Lyra had to watch as her mothers casket was lowered into a ground. Lyra had trouble coping with such a tragic event, she started missing school more often, wanting nothing more than to stay locked away in her room. Her father tried his best to get through to her, but ultimately put Lyra through therapy. It was also around this time she was reintroduced to ballet.
  It took a very long time, but Lyra had finally begun to act like herself again. She was making friends in school, her dancing career was becoming very successful. And eventually she graduated at the top of her class.
  It was one day after graduating that Lyra's father came into her room and told her of his new job opportunity in the city of Raccoon City. Though Lyra was happy for her father, she was less than thrilled to be leaving the town that she had not only grew up in, but where her mother was. Still, Korlovs packed their bags and made the move. Lyra was able to get into the university after some time, as well as find a job at a coffee shop. She also spent some days out of the week tutoring her peers for extra money.
  It took some time, but Lyra found herself growing fond of the city. It was charming in it's own way, though much bigger than she was used too.

  Ever sharp of wit and tongue, Katherine scrutinizes most things she hears. She usually withholds accusations until she has enough evidence to substantiate her claims. A few threats can’t deter her, which is a plus in her line of work. She tends to have great control of her voice’s volume.   Kathy went to school for journalism, eventually earning a master’s degree. It took several years, but she worked her way into Raccoon 7’s newsroom following another anchor’s demotion. Though she seemed smug and satisfied with her own promotion, Kathy knew her peer was looking into Umbrella. She started to do some of her own digging and became quite paranoid as she unraveled the mystery. Knowing Kathy was putting herself at risk, her father gave her a stun gun. He insisted she buy a pistol, but she was averse to the idea because firearms made her nervous.
  
  Recently, Kathy has been receiving calls from Percy Thorne, who is also looking for dirt on Umbrella. Given Umbrella was a major sponsor for the police department, Kathy started investigating them. She noticed the STARS teams had been dispatched to the Arklay Mountains, but only a small handful returned. The rest were gone with no convincing explanation, so she tried to get in contact with the mayor's office, the police chief, and STARS members Jill Valentine and Barry Burton. With only the mayor responding with some vague and unfulfilling answers, Kathy followed up with Percy to see what she had. The two have made plans to meet up.   'Hilary, what do you wish to be once you grow up?'
  
  The question would stump the minds of many. Particularly young ones. But when asked such a question Hilary Avery answered back with the utmost confidence and conviction. Yes, she did know what she wanted to be once she grew up. It wasn't anything cheesily unrealistic like an astronaut or princess. A doctor, that's what she wished to be. A general surgeon to be exact. It was an incredibly versatile specialty, those who dabbled in it had the most appropriate training to address traumatic injuries. Blood wasn't a sight she was afraid up. In fact, you could say she grew up around those types of things. With a workaholic biochemist for a father and stressed-out virologist for a mother, it probably was expected she would take after them in some way. So with her background, it was no surprise to anyone that Hilary already knew what she wanted to do later in life even at such a young age.
  
  Even now years later Hilary's dreams still hadn't changed in the least. They grew larger by the second. Quietly, she's just trying to finish up her senior year of high school and finally be relieved from those ignorant brats called her classmates.
