● PERSONAL ●
Personality ➺ Nikhil is a very reserved young man who keeps to himself even within the guild. He's really only in the guild for the money and has no real connection to it, or so he claims, so he doesn't enjoy conversing with the other members. He's really good at thinking things through and when he takes on a job he sees it to the end, no matter what type it is or what happens. Since he was little, he's had an uncanny cat like curiosity that gets him in and out of trouble behind the scenes all the time. He's got a 'no holds, no bars' policy when it comes to compliments or criticism, he doesn't try to sugar-coat anything. That's if he even says anything. If he doesn't feel someone is worth the effort, he won't speak to them.
Even with all that, he's got a decent mind on the inside. He won't do anything he feels is morally unjust or wrong. He can be quick to temper if anyone bring up his little sister, or even if he sees innocent children being brought into fights or bad situations. He has a big heart for little kids and would go out of his way to care for them if he could.

Biography ➺ Nikhil started out as a useless rugrat living in a small shack in some unknown town. He resided with his mother and rather sickly little sister for most of his childhood. He loved his sister, and was rather protective of the little girl, Nina. They walked to the local school together daily, though they didn't attend it together. The little mage-to-be stood up against all sorts of people on behalf of his sister. His mother worked as a seamstress to support them, but didn't earn much from it. Thing like cake or coffee were luxuries when they could afford it. Though they had basically nothing, they were happy as could be.
Yet, like all good stories, things came crashing down for them. Nina fell even farther ill, and became bedridden. His mother begged and begged for a doctor to see to her daughter, to no avail. This was when Nikhil had his first, life changing encounter with magic. A pair of wandering mages happened to pass by the weary woman one day when she was begging for help for her daughter. They offered to do what they could, and they returned to the shack with his mother. One of the pair was, thankfully, a type of magic healer. What exactly he did Nikhil still doesn't understand, but he managed to ease Nina's pain and help her find peace and stabilize her illness for a while.
In exchange for their assistance, the mages wanted no money from the family. Instead, they posed what was to become a hard choice to the family. The healer would stay and continue to look after Nina, if Nikhil took his place and traveled with the other mage. Though his mother refused to let him go for the longest time, the young boy of only 7 years made the decision for the woman and agreed to the proposal. So began his journey into the world of magic.
Nikhil traveled with the mage, who he soon learned to be called Jax. At first, they were simply traveling companions. There was a day when Jax had used his magic, Feline Soul, in front of the boy to help calm a lost girl down, and after that day, he begged to learn magic too. Jax agreed after many, many weeks to teach the child, and for the next four years, they spent their time training and traveling. Nikhil met many different cats alongside his master, and traveled to many different places. He never let Nina leave his heart though. By the time those four years drew to a close, the 11 year old was rather well off on his magic abilities, though he had a long way to go yet. The pair's journey came to a close when the old Jax finally slowed down enough that he could travel no more. The elderly man was tired and growing more tired day by day. As time passed, the old man finally passed on, and left the 11 year old alone to fend for himself in the world.
That didn't last long though. Nikhil was found by a group of mages from a magic guild called Raven Tail. They brought the young lad back to their hall, and despite the group not being known for doing the most morally right things, he remained there. How was he to know about all that anyway. He's been with the Raven Tail guild since, though it could be believed he only stays for the work and money. He eventually did find out about the darkness that held the guild and it's master, but he found he really didn't care.

● MAGIC ●
Magic Ability ➺ Feline Soul
Description ➺ Feline soul is, essentially, the same as Lisanna's magic from the canon, Animal Soul, only strictly limited to the feline family. He is able to transform some of his body parts to that of different species of cats, big or small. Depending on the body part, he gains different abilities, like if he changes his ears his hearing is advanced or if he changes his hands to paws and claws, there's a strength boost. With this, he also has the option to use Full-body Take-over to change his entire body to that of the species he chooses and gains the abilities of that species when transformed entirely.

Advantages ➺ It's very versatile and gives him plenty of options if he's ever stuck in a pickle. His magic is also great for using outside of combat at certain times. He can use more than one species on parts of his body if he chooses, making it more effective.
Disadvantages ➺ Transforming takes time which could lead to problems is he's in a rush. He also can't gain more transformation options easily, as he has to have been taught them by someone experienced enough or have met the feline before somehow to be able to use their form or abilities in his magic. Using multiple types at the same time drains his magic twice as fast. If he uses the Weretiger form, he can't keep it for very long as it's his hardest form to control.
Level of Expertise ➺ He's been using this magic since he was rather young, so he's had lots of time to improve on it. He's become close to expert with his magic, though there are still hiccups in it.
Other Battle Equipment ➺ He carries an old looking cutlass as well, though he give no reason why openly. He is moderately skilled with the sword.
