Strengths: Calm/Collected, Respectful and Easy to speak with, despite her overly formal speech.

Weaknesses: Comes off as cold-hearted, Power is naturally week to extreme heats, and she doesn't have a great deal of endurance for much outside of using her powers. (Basically she can use her powers for a while, but not running, swimming or anything of that nature.)

Personality: Ramona is called the Ice Queen for more than just her power. She comes off as difficult to approach and despite being fairly polite and kind, the aura about her keeps people at bay. She carries herself with poise and dignity refusing to show weakness to anyone. She is direct to those she doesn't know and will often speak without even considering the other's feelings. Those she does know, she tries to be more tactful in her approach. One you dig through the snow and ice, Ramona actually is a warm and friendly girl that likes people and wants to make a world rid of monsters and dark adepts.

History:

Ramona grew up being told that she needed to be a "proper lady". Her parents drilled and instructed her on the "ways of the woman" for years. Her life revolved around being a pawn to her parents' ideals of making it into higher society through marriage. Despite this however, Ramona's teachers showed the girl kindness and true parental support allowing the girl to surpass her parents' expectation and by the age of fourteen she was looking to be a wonderful "perfect bride."

That's when her SE and SP started to make themselves apparent. On her sixteenth birthday, Ramona accidentally froze her cake solid with her ability. Many were surprised by this, but it just added to her appeal as far as her parents were concerned. They enrolled her into Souldew Academy immediately and became even more excited over the prospect of their daughter's "good qualities".

During her first year, Ramona made very few friends. Part of this was her demeanor and the way she was very formal with everyone but when her hair and eyes turned from blonde and green to ice blue, people thought she was weird. Only once she had gotten a solid grip on her powers did people understand just how terrifying she was. They nicknamed her the "Ice Queen" and it stuck. Ramona wasn't bothered by the nickname and was quite content to have it.

During her second year, Ramona was used as part of an advancement test for a young man name Nero. The boy had a great deal of power but lacked the understanding to implement it in an effective way. She beat him cleanly, decisively and with no room for him to make any counter argument that it was unfair. The boy seemed hurt more by the loss itself than being told he couldn't advance to the next year. She watched silently over the boy as he struggled and fought to grow stronger, all the while aware of his desire to best her, driving him to look for more power.

At the start of her third year, Ramona was sent out on an extermination mission with a few of her classmates. It was a simple job for adepts, at least it was supposed to be. However, something went wrong. One of her classmates became influenced by a monster and turned into a dark adept. Had she not frozen him completely solid, the boy might've killed her entire squad. The battle has left some severe emotional scarring on Ramona and taught her that the desire to become stronger could be VERY dangerous. When she returned, Nero challenged her to a duel once more and Ramona let him win. She made sure to make him clearly think that he won of his own merit, but she simply let him land a solid hit on her to win the fight. She didn't want to risk him becoming a dark adept one day and so she figured that was the best way to go about it.

Now the two are fairly close and sometimes jokingly called "The King and Queen of the Academy", because of the way they carry themselves. The nickname is normally laced with a great deal of sarcasm, but the two ignore them. Mostly because "They scoff because they cannot begin to comprehend the work that one puts in to achieve status", as Nero puts it all the time.
