Descendant from an ancient line of kings Raim is at first glance well mannered, diligent in his work and a bit haughty. He often embodies the calm voice of restraint and reason, though there is a darker side to him that enjoys teasing and egging others on. All his life he has striven to meet lofty expectations taking success as granted; thus setbacks weigh heavily on him. He is stubborn in the pursuit of his goals and seldom accepts outside help feeling it would cheapen his victory, though he has no problem getting involved when others seem to struggle. Aiming to excel in all his endeavors Raim puts effort into maintaining a distant, dignified appearance which only drops in the presence of close friends to reveal a more fun loving, mischevious personality.

Bio:
Raised as youngest descendant of an ancient line Raim grew up secluded from the modern world. Priests, scholars and generals instructed him to the best of their ability forcing him to excel. Perhaps it is simply his nature or maybe it was the lack of fellow youngsters but pouring all of his efforts into surpassing expectations has imbued Raim with a confidence that often crosses into arrogance. Innate sense of caution from the unknown drives him to act distant and aloof until he has reached a certain familiarity.
Feeling the rippling effects of chaos reach even his secluded home the decision was made to take a more active approach, sending Raim to DWMA. Once ascending the stairs he stopped to gaze at the massive structure of utterly foreign design only to meet his future partner, who sent the young man sprawling in an accidental collision.
Despite initial efforts to avoid the violet haired student, circumstance seemed to have conspired to have them continue to cross paths. Eventually the blond warmed up to Willows energetic pace and apparent ability, finding to his surprise that they made a formidable duo. While Raim still criticizes his partners spry attitude, he has already come to enjoy her presence.
Additional information:
Horus Gaze: An ability that allows Raim to see in the dark or through obstructions such as fog or smoke clearly and can even immobilize those who would meet his gaze as long as he can keep eye contact. While using this ability Raim's other senses are dulled and those with strong willpower can break free from the effects.
Tomb King's Martial Way: A style passed down for countless generations focusing on swaying sinuous defenses and rapid counters. Pressing fingers and thumb together to create a pointed striking surface when no blade is available precision is valued above raw power.
Soul Perception: Having naturally keen eyes Raim's soul perception is warped from the norm allowing him to more easily read souls he can see, but completely disables him from noting souls with any other sense.
