It's been four years since a massive war wracked the world. The damage was massive, killing off a quarter of the population. After the war had ended civilization was in ruins, homes, businesses, towns, cities destroyed. Eventually people who lost everything were taken, sold, and used a tools to rebuild until exhaustion claimed them. The rebellion is a sanctuary for those who were able to escape and those who fear being taken. After a while the rebellion became a city, home to rebels and those living in fear. The rebellion is currently finding a way to restore electricity.
